We tried this place on a Wednesday night; it was packed, always super crowded. The place is very welcoming and spacious, and above all, clean and tidy. We had two starters and a fried dish; the starters were really good, but the fried dish was a bit chewy. For dessert, we wanted to try the cannoli, since it's a Sicilian restaurant, but for €6, I have to say, it was disappointing. Very friendly service, average prices. A good experience, but honestly, I expected better.

We often go to them, being from Palermo and not being able to always go down, we go to them because it feels very much like being in Palermo for the smell of food, fish and many other things... The dishes are very abundant, a portion of mussels feeds 2 people, I recommend it 1000 x 1000, we yesterday 3 appetizers, 2 first courses, Coca Cola, wine, 2 coffees 86 euros... I can't comment on the food, but every time I come, it's worse. Tonight, April 30, 2026, my husband and I stopped by for a plate of pasta, and I had brought my dog (a Maltese) with me. I asked for a slice of ham for him. The man at the restaurant charged me €2 for a slice of ham. Thank you so much, but I'll never come back.
I can't give you the answer below, so I'm writing it here.
I understand, but my dog weighs 3kg. If he eats five slices of ham, I'll take him straight to the vet, not home.

During a particularly difficult time, I needed to dine alone at this restaurant. It was a busy evening, partly due to a nearby musical event. I was seated without any problem and served with priceless courtesy and kindness. The fried fish was excellent, and the pizza was delicious. Thank you.

What a wonderful discovery at Il Banco Di Sicilia! It was recommended to me by the staff at the Hotel Gran Torino, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Truly delicious seafood dishes, super friendly staff, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. Prices are fair and average. Overall rating: more than excellent!

Very authentic sicilian trattoria with fantastic food. Amazing starters, and main dishes we took swordfish with pistachios sauce and amazing tuna fish. The sweet also great. Price is honest. We will definitely return. Not fancy place, in fact very informal but worth the price. We really enjoyed

The staff is young and a little inexperienced, but courteous and helpful. At first, they seemed a little lost, but then everything went smoothly, with attentive service.
The fish dishes are plentiful, tasty, and arrive fairly quickly.
The restaurant is simple, unpretentious, and the prices are fair for the quality and portions.
