Paolo, the owner, welcomed us warmly and guided us through our selection of dishes, passionately explaining each course and letting us experience the meticulous attention to detail that goes into each preparation. The cuisine is something different from the typical seafood dinner: creative dishes, meticulously crafted with the highest-quality ingredients and a perfect balance of flavors. Each course was carefully crafted, never overdone, but rather harmonious and surprising. A gastronomic experience I recommend to anyone seeking refined, original seafood cuisine that truly showcases the ingredients. We'll definitely be back.
