21/03/2024: This charming little place is near our apartment in Rome. We´ve been already 3x and it never disappoints. The mama cooks while the son waits on tables. We never look at the menu. Best to ask them for a variety of appetizers that is enough for your group and then make suggestions for the main meal. The appetizers always fills us up so we usually split a pasta (usually vongole). Dessert is prepared as ordered. Total bill for 2 with a bottle of wine ranges between 90 to 110 euros. Amazing place!

18/03/2024: We went to dinner at this place which has recently been under new management. The experience was very positive; excellent food with excellent quality raw materials, equally positive service. We will definitely be back!
18/03/2024: The restaurant immediately appears elegant and well looked after, the rooms are comfortable, spacious and very clean. The staff is trained and competent, ready to help and advise the customer. The menu offers very interesting and different dishes from the usual, the wine list reflects and satisfies what is expected from a restaurant of that level. Overall it was a very positive experience and definitely worth repeating.

24/03/2024: A nice dinner spent in this restaurant that speaks so much of Sardinia! The location is large and very welcoming, with plenty of seating but this doesn't make the place confusing, in fact the tables are well arranged and separated from each other so you can have your own privacy! What can I say about the food... all excellent and of high quality starting from the starters, both seafood and land, up to the desserts, 10 out of 10 for the seadas! The first courses are also good, especially the amatriciana, spaghetti with tasty clams, the only slightly negative note is the abundance of oil! Excellent meat! The service is fast and the guys are all kind and super helpful! Average prices, and above all very positive quality/price ratio! They also make pizza which I will come back to try!
24/03/2024: A restaurant that was a discovery, known through friends, the restaurant is very spacious and well laid out, a note not to be underestimated because it ensures that the confusion in the environment can be dispersed well. Despite its size the restaurant remains very warm in winter which is great The food is really tasty and of a high standard, I took the paccheri alla matriciana and they were sublime, as a starter a mixture of very fresh and tasty cheeses, as a main course a nice 500g grilled beef steak cooked rare and it was really good and soft, with a side of grilled vegetables and immediately afterwards some Sardinian pork! Lastly I had a tiramisu for dessert, being a lover of the same, I was satisfied! A coffee and then we were brought Sardinian grappa with myrtle! Very friendly and helpful staff with quick service! I highly recommend! Medium-high prices between €30 and €40

27/03/2024: We were here tonight, my partner and I, we hadn't been back for a while, but we missed it. Very good raw appetizer, 5 stars, excellent second course, an exquisite piece. The price is in line with the place, the service and what you eat. Well done guys, good waiter who served us, young, knowledgeable and friendly.
19/02/2024: Ristorante pessimo, lo sconsiglio , pesce di scarsissima qualità, per non parlare che ci sono state persone che sono state malissimo con lo stomaco… il pesce puzzava. Lo sconsiglio vivamente . E devo dire scarsissima professionalità, perché dopo aver comunicato al ristorante in cassa che il pesce aveva un cattivo odore , neanche si sono scusati. Ho chiesto un rimborso dopo una settimana perché 2 persone sono state malissimo per via delle cozze, e la risposta è stata no!!! Che loro assaggiano ogni cosa che esce dalla cucina, e che noi avremmo avuto un virus!!! Senza parole

11/03/2024: Esperienza pessima. Pietanze imbarazzanti. Servizio inqualificabile. Ai tre commensali, solo due dei sette piatti ordinati sono arrivati contemporaneamente (stracotti) e uno non è arrivato affatto. Insalata di mare: pochissimi pezzetti di polpo e calamaro, allagati nell'aceto, tra minuscoli pezzi di verdure. Grigliata di pesce: due gamberi sgusciati, con la striscia nera di feci sul dorso , due scampi aperti ma col filo nero degli escrementi non rimosso, due pezzetti minuscoli, uno di aguglia, l'altro di un pesce non identificabile, tutto cucinato ad oltranza, quindi immangiabile perché asciutto. Piatto di aguglia alla griglia: completamente asciutta perché cucinata ad oltranza. Verdura in pinzimonio presentata in un contenitore di metallo con ghiaccio con pezzetti minimi di: carota, finocchio, ravanello e gambi di sedano. Insalata di carciofi crudi e grana: mai pervenuta. Alla fine dei secondi piatti, il cameriere chiede: "Com'è andata?" Rispondiamo: "Tutto troppo cotto". Risposta del cameriere: "Okay". Nessuno si è scusato e nel conto erano stati inclusi anche i "carciofi crudi, con grana". Quando lo abbiamo fatto notare, è stata solo eliminata la voce, non il prezzo, perché era stato fatto un generico sconto. Delusi su tutto.

30/03/2024: My dinner at L'Isola dei Sardi Due was an unforgettable culinary experience. I had the pleasure of tasting very fresh fish, expertly prepared and elegantly presented. Each bite was an explosion of flavors from the sea, confirming the restaurant's reputation for the excellence of its seafood dishes. Furthermore, the pizza my partner ordered was simply delicious. The dough was perfectly risen and crunchy, while the toppings were fresh and plentiful. It is clear that even in the preparation of the pizza, L'Isola dei Sardi Due aims for perfection and the satisfaction of its customers. The atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming and relaxed, perfect for a romantic evening or a dinner with friends. The staff were attentive and courteous, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, I highly recommend L'Isola dei Sardi Due to anyone who wishes to enjoy excellent fish and quality pizza in a welcoming, homely environment. I can't wait to return to enjoy more delicacies from their kitchen.

17/12/2023: We ate lunch today at this restaurant. The location is very nice, the environment welcoming and the staff friendly and helpful, in our opinion they lack a little experience! After seeing the menus we asked for more time to choose and the girl in the dining room, always very kind, instead of immediately telling us that some dishes on the menu were not available, only after returning did she inform us that there was no Sardinian fregola with seafood , culurgiones and candies with provola and bacon. In our opinion it is an avoidable mistake caused by little experience. Furthermore, while we were eating the first courses, the fried calamari and prawns arrived shortly after, another inconvenience that could be avoided by paying more attention to the orders. In fact, when the owner noticed it, not only did she recognize the mistake, but having learned that we had not ordered an appetizer because the sweets were not available, she very kindly prepared the sweets for us on the spot, I must say that it was a great gesture. helpfulness and kindness, much appreciated, it's not for everyone. The quality of the food is excellent, first courses al dente, fried well done! We will return to taste the fregola, culurgiones and other dishes. Our feedback is exclusively made to improve and avoid small errors which, with greater attention to detail, can however make the difference and raise the quality of the service. 27/02/2024: La spontanea e coinvolgente accoglienza della simpaticissima Elisabetta crea una immediata atmosfera amicale: è come essere ospitati da un caro amico che non vedi da tempo. Un caro amico che ti ospita nella sua curata dimora, che ha preparato per te una cena coi fiocchi e che soddisfa ogni tuo desiderio culinario e beverino ancorché quasi inespresso. Ottimi piatti, soprattutto della tradizione sarda, e schietti abbinamenti con vini regionali italiani. In sintesi: accoglienza calorosa, cura nel servizio, ambiente gradevole, gustose proposte dalla cucina e buon vino; costo non lieve, ma adeguato all'offerta complessiva.

30/03/2024: Let's start by saying that the quality/price ratio is embarrassing, a very high cost for raw materials that are probably almost all frozen and/or old. The waiter who most of the time served us smelled quite bad and, smelling that smell, certainly does not invite the appetite. Furthermore, to make clear the terrible quality of such a central and tourist-catching place, the price to pay for a low-quality cut is 25 euros, with "porcini" mushrooms that are definitely frozen, old and acidic. And to conclude with an impressive bitterness, the desserts surpassed the ridiculous, with a tiramisu bordering on edibility and biscuits, very few, paid for 5 euros. Consider whether to come to this place carefully, the day after eating there I suffered from a significant stomach ache. Absolutely not recommended, €80 for a miserable dinner, better spend it elsewhere
30/03/2024: I had a seafood course for 40 euros and a pork course for 35 euros. There is no seating tax, so the price is very reasonable. Comes with an appetizer, 1st dish, 2nd dish, dessert, and wine. The seafood pasta was the most delicious I had in Italy. The fried squid is also delicious!! The pork course is also delicious! However, I highly recommend the seafood course.

06/02/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante i primi giorni di gennaio e l’esperienza si è rivelata pienamente soddisfacente. Alla ricerca di un posto dove pranzare, dopo aver visitato la Galleria Borghese, ci siamo fortunatamente imbattuti in questo bel ristorante sardo che propone un menù prevalentemente a base di pesce. Il locale è molto bello, l’ambiente piuttosto raffinato e il personale decisamente disponibile e gentile. Ottime entrambe le portate che ho assaggiato, il polpo grigliato su purè di patate con tartufo e il rombo in crosta di patate. Molto buoni anche il pane carasau e il vino che ci è stato suggerito. Un ristorante dove tornerei molto volentieri.
06/02/2024: After many years, I was finally able to return to one of my favorite restaurants in Rome. Wonderful mixed anti pasta and a plate of pasta were spot-on. Great sparkling wine suggested by the staff. Looking forward to coming back soon.
