A seafood restaurant specializing in Sardinia. Since it is near my house, I always saw it was crowded, so I made a reservation before going. The staff were so friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and the Sardinian wine was especially good. I don't think I will ever forget this taste and the people here, even after I return to Korea!

I was looking for an authentic place in Rome and found "Cane al vento," a name that immediately struck me because it recalls Grazia Deledda's famous novel. And just like the writing of the great Sardinian author, Nobel Prize winner for Literature, this place manages to describe Sardinia with grace, depth, and a strong identity. The cuisine is a true declaration of love for the island. I started with a mixed appetizer of the freshest fish, a symphony of seafood flavors that opened the meal in the best possible way. The seafood fregola was simply perfect: expertly cooked, fragrant, and rich, just as you would enjoy it in a sea-view restaurant in Sardinia. I couldn't finish without a masterfully crafted seada, a dessert that is pure poetry. All accompanied by an excellent selection of wines that enhanced every course. If for Deledda the Nobel Prize was a well-deserved recognition of her immense value, for this restaurant the "prize" is the genuine pleasure it conveys to its guests. The food is divine and the atmosphere transports you straight to the Sardinian coast. Highly recommended for those seeking quality, tradition, and a touch of literature on the table.

A family-run restaurant where you can savor the authentic flavors of the sea. Fresh, high-quality fish; their appetizers are already an explosion of flavor. The first course options are varied, each spectacular (the tonnarello with shrimp and asparagus is superb!). The fish of the day is wisely recommended by the staff (professional and extremely courteous). The price is absolutely reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. A real treat!

A Sardinian restaurant with many fish dishes. We didn't see the menu because we were there with locals. We ordered various appetizers for everyone, a round of spaghetti vongole, and then fish according to preference. Reservations are recommended on weekends.

Today, since it was my parents' wedding anniversary, I decided to surprise them: I took them to the "Canne al Vento" restaurant. For starters, we had a sautéed mussels, baby octopus, grilled eggplant, and fish. Then, we moved on to the first course: my dad, mom, and I both decided on risotto with cream of scampi. Finally, for the second course, fried fish. So delicious :) We were so pleased we'll be back!! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and kind. And my compliments also go to the chef, whom I thanked personally 😃😅. I wish the same to everyone!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT

I return every year, even multiple times. Everything is excellent, starting with the varied and abundant appetizers. The staff is kind.
