Everything was simply perfect! Excellent food, traditional dishes prepared with great care and authentic flavor. The wine list is carefully curated, featuring top-quality bottles, perfectly paired with the dishes. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent osteria. We dined here after visiting the Foro Italico, and enjoyed the traditional Roman first courses, including the pasta alla Nerano. The desserts were also excellent, especially the babà and cheesecake. The service was very welcoming and helpful.

A very welcoming restaurant serving traditional Roman cuisine, with friendly waiters and excellent ingredients. In the summer, you can also dine outside. The bruschetta with anchovies and buffalo mozzarella stracciatella is truly noteworthy. The Roman-style artichokes are equally as delicious.

The atmosphere was a bit different than what I expected from the photos. We ordered two servings of Carbonara, but unfortunately, the pasta was served undercooked (raw). We informed the waiter, who was polite and took them back to the kitchen.
It took another 15 minutes for the new plates to arrive, but even the second time, the pasta wasn't fully cooked—it was just barely edible. We had to rush through the meal as we were catching a train. On a positive note, the staff was understanding and gave us a €10 discount as compensation for the trouble. Great service, but the kitchen definitely needs more consistency.

I had lunch today at this renovated version of the old trattoria I've known for years, with the owner, proud of her Mussolini fandom and very spartan in her manners, but the food was excellent. I discovered that the management has changed, but the quality has improved dramatically. We had the pappardelle with pork, and what can I say...it was delicious. And then a vegetarian dish with artichokes, asparagus, and green beans...a sauce that made you mop up the sauce. Delicious desserts, a rum-soaked baba filled to order with fresh cream, and a very good sour cherry tart. If there's a complaint, but just to say something, the center of the tart, the tip of the slice, wasn't perfectly cooked, like the edges. But those are subtleties. Prices are average. Service: a beautiful and knowledgeable woman, fast, impeccable. In short, we'll be back with great pleasure. Bravo!
