Good food but very very long waiting times (Sunday at lunchtime, they were full, maybe they had one waiter less)

THE restaurant without the frills of radical chic, but with all the substance, finally!!! Top-notch waiters, home-style cooking, and a 90s-era atmosphere! Perfect. Well done!

The biggest advantage of this restaurant is its opening hours!))) Finally, you can come to Rome for dinner late at night—the restaurant is open until 2:00 a.m., and so is the kitchen.)))) It's simply wonderful! Trippa alla romana was deliciously prepared. My friend's pasta with mozzarella and tomatoes was also delicious. We'll definitely be back again.

Restaurant serving Roman and Italian cuisine.

The staff were very friendly and the food was average—I'd call it tourist-quality, certainly not the flavors of our Mediterranean cuisine. Honestly, I expected more from such a highly praised place. The decor feels stuck in the '80s and '90s, and inside there's a faint smell of sewage. I glimpsed two or three TV personalities, and later learned it's a popular restaurant due to its proximity to RAI. The price was average, neither expensive nor cheap. A very disappointing note was a questionable Mont Blanc, which, despite my sweet tooth, I left behind after the first bite. I think this restaurant simply reflects the general impoverishment of Italian cuisine in cities as prone to overtourism as Rome; a historic establishment that guarantees decent dishes to avoid unpleasant surprises elsewhere, and nothing more.

I had the opportunity to have lunch at this trattoria and was very satisfied. The dishes were prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, from the homemade pasta to the flavorful, traditional main courses. The atmosphere was simple yet elegant, and the staff were extremely friendly. I highly recommend this trattoria to anyone who wants to savor the flavors of Roman tradition.

Inspired by the reviews and being in the area, I dined at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the rating isn't great. I give the food two stars; the cacio e pepe was dry and lacking in cream, overcooked, and my fingers were so greasy. I was truly disappointed with the cacio e pepe. The worst I've ever had in Rome, and I've been to quite a few places. The fast and friendly service makes up for the food. The price is fair. Overall, the service and price raise the rating by one star.
