15/12/2024: We went to Luigi last Friday, an impeccable host right from the moment of booking: he gave us excellent advice, both the wine and the food, he was very attentive during the entire dinner (and there were 10 of us), professional and kind. . The food is excellent, both in terms of raw material and preparation, as is the wine; delicious desserts. The intimate and well-kept location. We spent a very pleasant evening, an absolutely recommended place.

14/12/2024: Ambiente familiare, personale cortese, ottimo cibo, servizio celere. Meglio di così.... Tappa imperdibile ogni volta che si va a Brindisi.

11/12/2024: Il posto e' una mangiatoia senza ricercatezza estetica, Ma per me non sarebbe nemmeno un dramma, se la qualita' ed il gusto ci fossero, I prezzi accettabili, I secondi non sono terribili ma neppure di qualita' eccelsa, La pizza mai provata ma forse fattibile, Il servizio tutto sommato accettabile..... Ma.... I primi sono SCANDALOSI, Solo PANNA ,TUTTO CON PANNA ,AFFOGATE NELLA PANNA E BURRO. Se gli togliessero Panna e Burro potrebbero chiudere, Il bello ( oppure no) e che la media dei suoi clienti e' contenta cosi'. Nascondono e sopravvivono solo per le porzioni esagerate ed i prezzi bassi delle Mega porzioni,.. normalmente un primo per una persona ( esenpio tagluatella funghi porc. Costerebbe attorno ad i 10 euro piu' o meno) qui con 14 euro per la teglia di pasta con funghi che galleggia nell' burro o panna( ora non ricordo) ci si mangia in 4 (persone con metabolismo unano), Questo e' il motivo per cui sopravvivono, I suoi clienti fissi chiudono un occhio alla incapacita' di cucinare pur di riempire lo stomaco con pochi euro. Tutto estremamente mediocre , Cucina iprovvisata anni 70 /80 cuochi improvvisati. Gli mancherebbero giusto le pennette vodka e panna anni 80 e sarebbero perfetti. In ultimo , Animali tenuti nel recinto attiguo in condizioni discutibili.

08/12/2024: They deserve 2 to 5 years in prison for the amount of food they offer!! Impeccable service in terms of availability and timing. Absolutely valid dishes in terms of quality and quantity. We'll be back!

29/08/2024: My experience at **Osteria Bell'Italia** was fantastic. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made everything even more enjoyable. The dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients, were delicious, especially the homemade pasta. The tiramisu was the perfect end to an authentic and flavorful meal. A place to definitely return!

24/11/2024: Posto strabello,molto suggesttivo,accogliente,pulitissimo...servizio impeccabile,molto veloci,attenti ai dettagli...cibo ottimo,di qualità,prodottit freschi e tutto strabuonissimo...rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo...consigliatissimo!!!

23/11/2024: Cozy place, especially the terrace in summer, special pizzas, certainly the price is a little high compared to other places in the area. But considering quality, particularity of the products and location. It's worth going there.

02/12/2024: Large but very well-kept location, even if the internal rooms seemed quite different from each other. We attended a company lunch, with a fixed and agreed upon menu. The welcome and service were good, even if it was on a Sunday and with a packed house. Various hot and cold appetizers as entry. The octopus on a bed of broad bean puree and the fried cod deserve praise. Less successful (personal taste obviously) is the salmon carpaccio with ginger). Local first courses: fantastic Laganari Martinese style with cardoncelli mushrooms, cacioricotta and capocollo and 'surprise' an excellent dish of orecchiette and turnip cream. At this point mixed roast (bombette, sausage and livers) and then fresh fruit with ice cream and cake. Satisfied, but I plan to definitely return to be able to choose independently. See you soon.

28/11/2024: Nice location, and unfortunately the positive things end here. Tasteless dishes, all, starters and first courses. It seemed they had almost completely forgotten the salt. Even the first one with the bottarga was tasteless. Service ok, we didn't even receive a smile from the beginning to the end of lunch.

08/12/2024: Forse una stella è anche troppo! Antipasto della casa veramente immangiabile ( senza un senso e sapore dove c’erano semplicemente delle verdure buttate e cotte in padella o al forno), carne “arrosto” durissima e immangiabile! Nonostante l’abbiamo fatto presente al personale non c’è stata risposta, in cassa come se nulla fosse. Ps nei piatti è rimasto tutto quello che non abbiamo mangiato!

24/11/2024: We went to this pizzeria for dinner on Saturday night thinking we would eat a good pizza but that wasn't the case. The start was very positive, we were greeted by very kind waiters who served us a welcome dish with bread and taralli to accompany with some good extra virgin olive oil. The ingredients offered are of excellent quality but the pizzas arrived totally burnt and lacking in seasoning. Given the waiting times, requesting to make the pizzas again would have meant losing the entire evening. Seeing the many burnt crusts left on the plates and the displeasure of the customer, who got up prematurely to leave, there were no words of courtesy towards us from the lady who was managing the cash register and the room at that moment.

06/11/2024: The historic center of Ostuni is wonderful, the location is very characteristic (a point in its favor). VERY TOURIST menu and prices "for tourists". In my personal opinion, it is a subjective opinion that you spend more than you should. The dishes are decent but there is LITTLE CHOICE. THE ASKING PRICE DOES NOT REFLECT THE QUALITY OFFERED and the staff does not pamper you in any way. For what we spent we expected a certainly higher quality service. We spent 60 euros each and ate a skimpy starter and a first course each + a bottle of wine costing 20 euros. In my PERSONAL opinion TOO EXPENSIVE. Sin

28/10/2024: Magnificent setting, refined cuisine and attentive service (very rare in the region to note). You can go there with your eyes closed, there is no better value for money in Ostuni. THANKS!

02/09/2024: At Cibus we experienced very simple fayre. The food has a comforting home cooked vibe for people with subtle tastes. I’m sure it’s just like ‘how nonna used to make it’ If you want to experience well made traditional no frills food this is the place for you. Just don’t expect any taste sensations. The decor is thoughtful and tasteful unlike most Puglian restaurant interiors. The wines are delicious. The service was great.

17/11/2024: Locale nelle stradine del centro, carino e caratteristico. Cibo niente di che, è un locale turistico che offre cibo medio. Prezzi un po’ sopra per quello che offre, ma comunque nella media. Servizio veloce anche se era pieno. Toilette pessima, piccolissima, sporca e di difficile accesso, un disabile non può entrare così come è un’impresa cambiare un bambino o anche solo tenerlo per fare i bisogni, non ci sono appoggi e non c’è lo spazio minimo per muoversi. Non lo consiglio.

04/09/2024: WORST place in all Puglia! GO AWAY from this place! It has become a tourist trap since their episode with Stanley Tucci (plus their huge ego after their popularity lol). They treat customers horrible and they feel entitle to yell at you. We went to have lunch around 12:45 pm on a normal Wednesday and ordered some bombette and meat with patata al forno. The waiting was insane long, almost one hour. When I approached to the staff to ask for my food, they miss treated us, and used a very cheap and childish argument saying that I should go to a ‘McDonald’s’ if I wanted a faster service (please grow up!). So they totally justified their extremely bad service saying that they are not a fast food place. (which we totally get it, but an hour for a bombette is just insane, we’ve been in other trattorias before, and the waiting is way shorter). They even pointed that our food was ready (showing a completely different order from someone else) to demand that we have to pay for our food, which wasn’t the case as the food they showed us was totally different from what we ordered. We totally understand that it can take time to prepare food, but the MASSIVE EGO and attitude of the staff feeling entitled to yell at you, and make childish excuses were unacceptable. The way they treat customers is honestly a joke, considering they are in the hospitality business. We ended up in another macelleria/ restaurant just around the corner (more local and less popular) and they treated us amazing! The food was unbelievable good, and service exceptional! Learnings here are: DON’T go to popular and tourists places, they are terrible! Is better to go to more local and authentic restaurants with less popularity.

04/09/2024: Good typical cisternino and puglia food, good preparation, presentation, flavor and quantities. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff, special mention to the manager-maitre and the waiters and to the great Paolo who, despite the great rain today, did not stop bringing us food from the kitchen, he placed a tablecloth over his head to protect yourself and meet your customers who were expecting the delicious dishes...we paid about 25-30 euros per person, but we ate and drank very well...

17/11/2024: Very pleasant and welcoming place in the center of Brindisi. The dishes are prepared and the products are fresh and of high quality, as is the choice of wines. The owners and waiters are all helpful and kind and the prices are normal. Good address to consider.

27/10/2024: Very good but the bill was a little too salty. It is a refined environment and the dishes are local cuisine and well executed, but to be the top it would be enough to be a bit less expensive.

24/08/2024: Amazing food, soooo!!! Much Better than all the pretentious nonsense and touristy meals. Cannot recommend highly enough, great service, fast and unfussy but food anything but. Wonderful

20/08/2024: Trattoria accogliente nel centro pulsante di Ostuni. Sono stati puntuali nel darci il tavolo e soprattutto super veloci a servire i nostri piatti, dopo 30minuti dalle ordinazioni abbiamo avuto le nostre pietanze. In generale i piatti sono stati tutti apprezzati. Quindi consiglio. PS. Chicca: la cucina a vista!
