26/01/2026: One of the more fancy/expensive restaurants in Ceglie. The food is very good and really interesting. I ate their raviolo (1 giant raviolo, the size of the plate) and it was delicious. Would recommend!
11/01/2026: Booked late for a dinner for 2 and had to wait a while for the reservation to be confirmed. However, worth the wait. Cibus is a wonderful Puglain restaurant. The prices are not excessive, the quality of the dishes is very good. We enjoyed everything we had. Seasonal Antipasti, Fave, Coniglio and Lamb shank. Could not fit in a sweet dish at the end. Service became a little slow as they filled up, but not a problem for us as the ambience is nice. Good wine list too. If you are in the area, this is worth a journey to.

09/12/2025: We couldn't have ended the trip better. Gentlemen, what a place, what quality, what cuisine. The best tuna tartare I've ever eaten in my life, and it was simple...just tuna, with no decorations that altered the flavor of the fresh product. The cacio e pepe with shrimp was indescribable, as were the potatoes that accompanied the octopus: yes, simple potatoes that seemed heavenly.
We were treated with the utmost professionalism and attention, a truly excellent place. We will return to Brindisi only to return to the Locanda del Porto.
08/12/2025: Everything is delicious. Every time we go, we feel right at home. Fresh food cooked to order. The waiters are very kind, and the owner is welcoming, smiling, and always ready to please. We go often. The menu is extensive, catering to both fish and meat eaters. The prices are fair, even lower than other restaurants. They always have the freshest fish off the menu, with no surprises on the bill. Just walking into this restaurant and being greeted with a smile is a pleasure. We've had the opportunity to try many dishes on the menu and have never been disappointed. Reservations are essential, as it's always busy. We're regular customers, and I sincerely recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well at a fair price.

The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, and the service is attentive and friendly. We sampled several dishes, from starters to desserts, and found everything to be of high quality, flavorful, and true to local tradition.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well in an authentic atmosphere.
08/02/2026: Today, Sunday, February 8th, I was here for the first time and was truly thrilled. The quality of the dishes is top-notch: fresh ingredients, exquisite flavors, and impeccable presentation. You can immediately sense the attention to detail and passion for cooking.
The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is kind and professional. An experience that won me over from start to finish. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for true quality and a wonderful dining experience.

10/01/2026: People, Apulian or not, go to this restaurant once in your life and have no doubt you'll have a sensational experience: varied and carefully selected appetizers, homemade first courses like at your grandmother's house, and pure, authentic second courses.
And if Cosimo is serving you, you'll find friendliness, professionalism, and a touch of discretion that's hard to find elsewhere.
Well, if all this is accompanied by prices that are truly very low compared to the quality, then you just have to go because you'll be back again and again, just like I do now.
Increase the stars, because five just isn't enough! ❤️

03/11/2025: After two months of waiting, we finally went to lunch at the famous Il Capriccio restaurant. What a disappointment! The much-vaunted and highly praised tagliolini all'aragostella (lobster-like tagliolini) is nothing more than a mass of pasta with a questionable pulp (lobster?) mixed with a lot of cream. But can you serve a fish dish(?) with cream? An experience I'll never forget.

03/01/2026: Lunch with friends in a perfect setting!
The staff was very attentive and professional, yet also very friendly. They advised us on the best appetizers, and we were even offered limoncello at the end of the meal (which I never take for granted).
The appetizers (which on the menu are recommended for two people) were perfectly portioned, very refined, and elegant... and, of course, delicious!
For the first courses, I opted for the shrimp-filled panciotti... a true delight!
Everything was perfect, absolutely recommended... and I'm telling you this from a restaurateur!
29/12/2025: As good as scorpion fish!! A small restaurant on the Savelletri seafront, lunchtime on a Monday in December. The service was female, polite, and attentive. After two appetizers, both good but lacking in flair, we were served a memorable scorpion fish linguine. A sweet sauce and cubes of soft, almost melting fish, the linguine was cooked to perfection. The dish was completed with a sumptuous soup made with the fish carcass. A few homemade desserts, but well-made. The price is reasonable for the location, the service, and the freshness of the fish.

01/02/2026: A varied appetizer with cured meats, cheeses, and hot dishes, but all served together on a platter with no indication of what they were or what was in the terracotta pans. This is important for first-time visitors.
Everything was good, however, as was the enormous "elephant ear" cutlet, which we shared between two of us. The grilled vegetables were delicious.
Improved service, with minimal interruptions to comment on the dishes, would make this an excellent trattoria.

18/02/2026: Off-season (February), the welcome was very friendly, the service quick and efficient, the food excellent (pork knuckle, cuttlefish, lamb, or spaghetti—all perfect), the menu concise with a limited selection of dishes, which is a guarantee of quality, very few tables, and an old-fashioned decor under a stone vaulted ceiling—we were delighted. And to top it all off, a very well-stocked whisky cellar!
18/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, equivalent to a two-star establishment in France in my opinion, at a very reasonable price considering the quality of the ingredients. Everything was delicious and prepared with care. Note that there are only a few tables available.
