13/04/2026: The three of us were here today – with our six-month-old baby – and we're honestly still impressed. The service was absolutely fantastic. It's rare to experience such attentive, warm, and yet unobtrusive service. From the very first moment, we felt welcome. The entire team made us feel like regulars – almost like royalty. Everyone was incredibly caring and relaxed, especially with our baby, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The ambiance is harmonious, charming, and perfectly complements the overall experience. And the food? Simply spot on: authentic, creative, and prepared with a deep understanding of true Italian cuisine. We are so grateful for this serendipitous discovery and will definitely be back. A definite recommendation for anyone who wants to not just eat Italy, but truly experience it.

26/01/2026: One of the more fancy/expensive restaurants in Ceglie. The food is very good and really interesting. I ate their raviolo (1 giant raviolo, the size of the plate) and it was delicious. Would recommend!

09/12/2025: We couldn't have ended the trip better. Gentlemen, what a place, what quality, what cuisine. The best tuna tartare I've ever eaten in my life, and it was simple...just tuna, with no decorations that altered the flavor of the fresh product. The cacio e pepe with shrimp was indescribable, as were the potatoes that accompanied the octopus: yes, simple potatoes that seemed heavenly. We were treated with the utmost professionalism and attention, a truly excellent place. We will return to Brindisi only to return to the Locanda del Porto.

08/12/2025: Everything is delicious. Every time we go, we feel right at home. Fresh food cooked to order. The waiters are very kind, and the owner is welcoming, smiling, and always ready to please. We go often. The menu is extensive, catering to both fish and meat eaters. The prices are fair, even lower than other restaurants. They always have the freshest fish off the menu, with no surprises on the bill. Just walking into this restaurant and being greeted with a smile is a pleasure. We've had the opportunity to try many dishes on the menu and have never been disappointed. Reservations are essential, as it's always busy. We're regular customers, and I sincerely recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well at a fair price.

30/03/2026: Palm Sunday, lunch outside the town of Cisternino, an unexpected venue, spacious with several rooms clearly dedicated to receptions. The welcome was courteous and the staff attentive and helpful. We ordered a house appetizer and a first course. The appetizer perhaps showcases the cuisine's potential, but it should have been accompanied by a description of the various dishes and the reasons behind certain choices... finding a classic broad bean puree with strips of cephalopods is certainly not gourmet. Clearly, a passing customer is not entitled to the attention of regulars. The photos provide directions for the subsequent dishes. We enjoyed a good rosé, from the vineyards in Gioia del Colle.

22/03/2026: I chose the venue based on the good reviews, which I actually found for the food, service, and menu. However, after my personal experience, I reluctantly gave one star to the reliability of the booking confirmations, which is no small thing and undermines the venue's credibility. With a rather banal excuse, I received a ridiculous phone call a month before the event, telling me I was no longer allowed to use the venue because they had no more places for the date I had booked, and we're talking about a confirmation event for 14 people. I thank the venue for the inconvenience, I'm sure.

13/04/2026: The slow cooked chicken and thigh dish was excellent - the meat was tender and tastefully sauced. The coffee mascarpone cream desert had a unique coffee taste and not sweet. Service was excellent. The restaurant was beautifully decorated inside and outside. After dinner, we went back for afternoon coffee and desert the next afternoon

02/03/2026: The appetizer was good, varied, and plentiful. We moved straight on to the main course, with "Potato Loaf," as it was written on the menu, but in reality, it was a slightly elongated, burnt, tough, and flavorless meatball—definitely not worth the €14 price tag. The herb timbale was so-so.

04/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome at this charming, intimate little restaurant. The service was impeccable. The food was excellent, with surprising aromas and spices. Luckily, there weren't many of us, as the dining room is quite noisy. Thank you very much.

02/04/2026: Frankly, the best meal I had in 14 days in Puglia. The pizza was fantastic, and so was the dessert. Stylish, not an Italian osteria but a modern restaurant (I know, we all want it super local). The hand-painted porcelain was truly ingenious. If you're in Ostuni, you absolutely have to go there.

01/04/2026: We went there on Monday evening, everything was very authentic, top-notch bombette, fava beans and chicory were a real specialty, the guy who served us was really friendly, they even let us take a box away because we were in a hurry and couldn't stay any longer. Recommended!
