11/03/2025: A beautiful (re)discovery, I hadn't been back in a lifetime and I was very satisfied. Even though I was at a large table and there were other groups like ours, the service was impeccable and punctual, and the quality did not suffer at all. We ate traditional dishes in quantity, all expertly prepared delicacies with small variations on the theme which did not affect their authenticity. A place that, even if you don't live nearby, is worth the journey to get there

06/03/2025: We looked for a ristorante that was open on Wednesday and "Vino e Cucina" was the only one in the area. I have rarely eaten such good tagliatelle with wild boar ragout. We were completely satisfied.

10/02/2025: I was yesterday for lunch for a ceremony, we were about 40 people, I had never been before, clean and welcoming environment, simple and well-kept table, every place right space where you could move around comfortably, kind waiters who were quick and prepared to serve, the lunch started with a classic Italian appetizer of very good cured meats and two excellent classic crostini cooked to perfection, two first courses, a first course of hare pappardelle, pasta cooked al dente and I think homemade, a white sauce of hare very balanced in flavors with a strong taste of very delicate and fragrant juniper, the small pieces of meat cooked to perfection without that gamey flavour, excellent!!!! The second first course was duck gnocchi, red sauce with small pieces of duck, good but the palate remained the same as the previous first course, gnocchi cooked well but remained a little chewy, finally the lamb meat seared and sliced ​​with rosemary, very good lamb well cooked, hot to the right point and tender, sliced ​​with rosemary tender meat cooked not rare but the inside remained pink, very scented with rosemary, excellent side dishes fried potatoes mixed with cremini Ascolana olives and various vegetables, salad, finally an excellent millefeuille cake with Chantilly cream, crunchy millefeuille with caramelized first layer with chopped toasted hazelnuts, Chantilly cream very delicate and well balanced in taste and on the palate it did not remain greasy, to finish with an excellent Roncaffe coffee and to cleanse the palate a small glass of Varnelli mistrà. Everything was excellent, I will definitely be back for the pappardelle with hare, in my opinion the main dish of the lunch!!!!!

28/01/2025: Hotel on the hills of the Marche, very quiet and intimate. The rooms are almost all on two floors, they are welcoming, well furnished and intimate. Possibility to go to the gym and swimming pool in summer. The restaurant open for lunch and dinner offers excellent dishes. Excellent quality buffet breakfast.

Nice and welcoming, the food was also good, but maybe it was because there were a lot of us, but the portions were really too small: 3 ravioli each and 5 gnocchi each. We asked for bread to compensate and the service in fact does not have the maximum stars for me as above all one waiter was quite listless in serving us. What can I say... good, but if I go again, it will be for a lunch for two, so maybe I can leave the restaurant full.

There are few places where you can find such a careful and curated selection. Not only that, the wine list was also created according to a professional scheme, containing all the information that the customer must receive before choosing. We have covered all the stages of good drinking, from bubbles to interesting reds and meditation wines. Everything available and excellent. The only little piece of advice to the manager: open the wine at the table, where the guests can see you, it is important. For the rest everything was top, I will definitely be back very often.

10/02/2025: locale carinissimo posto all'interno della cinta muraria di Macerata, arredamento rustico ma curato. Cibi buonissimi, sia per quantità che per qualità. Prosciutto ottimo, crema di insalata gustosa, coniglio all'ascolana ottimo, tagliata... buona. Ovviamente per un toscano il giudizio è poco obiettivo, ma comunque anche la cottura molto buona, e non è scontato. Dolci super ottimi, crema al limone e budino al cioccolato presentarti come opere d'arte. Liquori ottimi. Prezzi giusti. Personale gentile e accogliente, servizio veloce. Consigliatissimo
