04/09/2025: It was the same experience as with so many places in this city. We had done a lot of research and were really looking forward to this place. But three-quarters of the time, the opening hours were incorrectly listed, and we found ourselves in front of closed doors. That was the case here, too. It's extremely annoying and shows that they don't value new customers. We won't try it again.

21/08/2025: Very, very good food, very cozy decor, and super friendly staff. We felt well looked after, and the prices are completely reasonable. We would come back anytime! One of the best restaurants we've been to in the region (we ate dinner at 14 different restaurants over 14 days). We definitely recommend Da Rolando.

28/07/2025: As is customary on movie sets... ...a good start!!! Let's start from the beginning: The reservation was easy, with a response that clearly shows what you're about to experience... You arrive and have to ring a bell to enter. An elegant setting, where you immediately feel at ease. A warm and friendly welcome. You find yourself in a stunning lounge. Moving on to the food, we sampled traditional Marche dishes prepared with exceptional skill. Everything was extraordinary, accompanied by an excellent rosé wine. Even the desserts were delicious... Everything was EXCELLENT!!!

09/10/2025: Although the menu isn't particularly varied, the dishes are truly high-quality. The first courses are very good, both in terms of the sauce and the pasta, and the second courses feature well-cooked meat. The atmosphere is very simple, with seating both inside and outside on a small terrace (open only in the summer). There's plenty of parking nearby and a splendid view from the town walls, perfect for a post-meal stroll. The service was very friendly and quick.

23/08/2025: A pleasant discovery in the Marche hills. All the dishes we tried were delicious (the pappardelle with wild boar ragù and the lamb skewers are highly recommended). The service was excellent, with friendly and prompt staff. The small, welcoming restaurant is tastefully decorated, and the large outdoor terrace overlooking the mountains is also stunning. Recommended.

22/08/2025: Excellent cuisine typical of the Marches, especially with homemade charcuterie; everything is delicious. Friendly and efficient service. The restaurant's main attraction is its panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. It's charming at sunset and beyond, and at any time of day when the sun isn't too strong.

13/10/2025: I left with high expectations because I used to come here about fifteen years ago, when the place was much simpler and less crowded. Back then, the dishes were limited but high quality. The service was simple but genuine, and everyone knew that everything was simple but good. Today, perhaps we were just unlucky with the waiter, who was young and perhaps tired given that the season was almost over, but the quality isn't what I remembered. I'm happy for the owners because the place was busy, but all that's left of the simple, high-quality place I used to frequent. It's a shame. Maybe we'll try again next year, at the start of the season... and... who knows...

20/09/2025: Rustic (spartan) trattoria a little outside Sirolo, with very friendly and helpful staff. They offer daily set menus to choose from. The food is plentiful and very good, and the house wine is excellent and highly recommended.

05/10/2025: This was my second visit to this traditional restaurant. It's a very unique place, perfect for those seeking an atmosphere steeped in Marche tradition, including through its food. Good value, especially considering its central location. Very friendly staff, highly recommended!

05/10/2025: The restaurant's menu features traditional dishes from Ancona and the Marche region. We tried the delicious ceviche with various fish and seafood, the brodetto, and also the ravioli stuffed with cod in a fish and tomato sauce. Highly recommended! We found it amusing that we were served by three waiters in one evening.
