12/08/2026: The woodcutter crepes and veal shank (to name two) are simply extraordinary in their deliciousness and delicacy! The staff is kind, courteous, and welcoming, and a special mention goes to Simona, who, in addition to her professionalism, boasts extraordinary human qualities! If you come particularly hungry, rest assured...refreshment is guaranteed with every course! Highly recommended: try it and believe it!

29/07/2026: We only had dinner here in the evening, on the recommendation of another agriturismo. Very fresh Italian dishes that were very tasty. Friendly service that spoke several languages. Dishes were very generous; sometimes one platter is enough for two people, especially if you order primi, secondi, and dolce. Good value for money. You can sit outside on the covered terrace or inside.

03/08/2026: The restaurant is very charming, both inside and out. We had excellent hand-cut cured meats for appetizers, along with a delicious crescia. For starters, tagliatelle with Marche ragù and pappardelle with wild boar sauce were delicious, and for main courses, the arrosticini were fabulous. As for dessert, the homemade ice cream was good, although a little heavy, and the caramel in the crème brulee could have been flamed a little more to make it crispier. Overall, it's a very good restaurant, and the prices are reasonable. RECOMMENDED!

18/08/2026: A trattoria run and managed by women—and what women! Friendly, smart, efficient, and welcoming. Excellent homemade food, authentic flavors, and a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. A definite thumbs up, and a special mention for the famous vincisgrassi: superb!

16/06/2026: The Marche region in a restaurant, a traditional one, with sincere dishes, simplicity, and a recognizable, authentic flavor. Everything is delicious. Vegetables from Fabio's garden, exceptional in every way. There will be a bit of a wait, but that's part of the experience and part of a slow, peaceful world that no longer exists, but which can still be felt in this restaurant.

30/05/2026: A true dive into the 1980s. The focus is on substance: traditional Marche cuisine, enhanced by almost forgotten dishes like beans with pork rind and giblets, followed by tripe, grilled eggplant... And then there are the cured meats with a forgotten flavor—and all this just for appetizers. But the modernity continues throughout the courses: Campofilone macaroni with a ragù that takes you back to your childhood, followed by chicken, rabbit, and various masterfully cooked meats. Not a place for those seeking a sophisticated dish; for those seeking gourmet plating; for those demanding impeccable service. A place where you can relax and enjoy a laugh with friends, and why not, even with the "Chef" who makes sure to check if you liked each dish. One last tip: don't overdo the bread with the appetizers or you won't make it to dessert. That, too, is worth a mention. The lack of a fifth star—unfortunately—is due to the waiters, who are truly untrained. But this can be improved.

19/08/2026: We had dinner last night and it was a lovely experience. The place is a really cute, quiet place. The service was attentive, thoughtful, and never intrusive. We ate well: the dishes were both beautiful and delicious. The price was definitely average for the quality offered. Highly recommended if you're looking for a pleasant evening of good food!

03/07/2026: Found this restaurant in the historic center of Macerata thanks to reviews on Maps. Everything was very good. While we were waiting for our order to be delivered, they offered us two slices of bread with olive oil and fig jam. A strange combination, but a successful one. The two of us shared a second course, which we chose as an appetizer. It was called "veal inside," and it included samples of grilled liver, sweetbread meatballs, fried tripe, and kidney pâté: delicious!!! Then we both ordered a slice of Marche beef, which was very tasty and well-cooked. Sparkling water and a glass of wine were included, and the bill came to €67. A fair price for the quality and quantity of food. The place is also very nice. We took advantage of the outdoor seating and had a great time, but the interior, decorated in a "medieval" tavern style, also left a pleasant impression on me. The waiters were very kind and competent. One thing that really struck me was the cleanliness of the bathrooms, where there's even a disinfectant spray available for cleaning. I've never seen anything like it. 😁😁😁

16/08/2026: A restaurant serving top-quality products. We sampled a selection of truly delicious cured meats and cheeses from the Marche region, but among the appetizers, we were particularly impressed by the goose puff pastry with balsamic drops. The real highlight, however, in my opinion, were the main courses. All cooked at a low temperature, we sampled the lamb shank and the ox cheek, expertly recommended by the young waiter (the owner's son). Thanks to his recommendations, we also sampled an excellent wine. Both he and the owner were extremely kind and welcoming.

21/08/2026: A step back in time, a sincere atmosphere, and friendly service. Few questions are asked upon entry, but a true gastronomic experience offers many emotions: that of the land, the place, and the time. A special mention goes to the house specialties: rabbit and tortelloni, both strictly homemade. All accompanied by an excellent Verdicchio from Azienda Agricola Quaresima. Unfortunately, it will close its doors on September 20th, but the memory of Trattoria Anita will forever echo on my taste buds.
