A delightful little restaurant in the center of Recanati. It's a shame some misunderstandings ruined the experience a bit. We're a group of six with a reservation at 8:30 PM. The waiter asks us to combine our orders because they have a small kitchen (which I appreciate). So we order three beef tartares, two goose puff pastry, and a carpaccio. Unfortunately, at 9:30 AM, only five appetizers arrive... the third tartare arrives 20 minutes later. I must honestly say that my goose puff pastry with mixed salad and red fruits was truly delicious. I recommend it, but unfortunately, our relationship with the waiter deteriorates due to the sixth appetizer being late and the second bottle of wine not arriving. Time passes, and finally the main courses arrive. What can I say? A very mixed experience. My Vincisgrassi was mediocre, the parmigiana my wife ordered was delicious and fragrant. It's a shame it was only warm on the outside but frozen on the inside. The duck leg was very good. What can I say? We wanted to continue, but the weather had become really cold... What a shame!

A sign ("We're open when we're open") introduces the small space, with chalkboards with proverbs and sayings on the walls, courtesy, quality, care, and pleasant '70s music. A simple burrata, accompanied by a balanced blend of Taggiasca olives, lamb's lettuce, anchovies, and Tropea onions, becomes more than just an excellent appetizer. The perfect goose breast, Vincisgrasso (not philological but exquisite), tagliolini with Cinta Senese white ragù of touching goodness, and the textbook duck leg. The house red is honest and fragrant, the bill is spot on. What more could you ask for?

I've never been to this restaurant, nor have I eaten there, and I don't know the atmosphere, but I recommend it with complete confidence because Chef Bruno has references from maître d'hôtel Pedro Cavalcanti, maître d'hôtel Severino Cavalcanti, and from me, Marcelo de Souza Cavalcanti, his father. I love you, Chef Bruno Cavalcanti!

It's a very quaint, peaceful oasis in the center of Recanati. It's small, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The kitchen is a master. We had a wonderful meal, with just the right amount of dishes. Excellent quality food and reasonable prices. The house wine is excellent. The wine list is also fabulous. The menu offers a wide selection, but it's difficult to choose from the delicacies on offer. We'll definitely be back. Thank you all.
