13/08/2025: In the hills of Macerata, among vineyards and sunflower fields, a sign suddenly appears in the middle of nowhere: "Osteria dei segreti." We're just a few kilometers from Treia, with its charming villages, but we decide to stop for dinner. We find ourselves in front of a resort/spa/osteria of rare beauty. Come and see for yourself... The appetizer of pecorino fondue with arugula and pear is very interesting, and an excellent steak, dessert, and coffee round out the evening in an atmosphere that combines the beauty of the countryside with the outdoor pool with jacuzzi.

27/07/2025: We were guests at the resort this weekend. A dream. A true dream. Carefully renovated, combining the rustic style of the Marche region with modern rooms and common areas. The setting is reminiscent of a Windows wallpaper, surrounded by fields, sunflowers, and peace. Modern rooms equipped with every comfort, a wonderful pool, both in its shape and in the presence of a heated whirlpool. The restaurant was excellent, with every course we tried. Impeccable staff. The images on the website accurately reflect what you'll find. Despite a large event with over 100 people, our room was superbly soundproofed. We were sad to leave, but we promised to return as soon as possible. There are no other words, just compliments.

11/07/2025: It's wonderful when you leave a restaurant and feel happy. You're happy because it reminds you of eating at your grandmother's. That's exactly what happened at Trattoria Antonietta in Jesi. You can still feel the atmosphere of a typical Marche trattoria, but it's been updated with modernity. The restaurant isn't huge, but it's very quaint and historic. The warm welcome, friendly service, and attentiveness to the recommendations and explanations of the dishes are a wonderful calling card. The cuisine is simple and honest, typical of the Marche tradition, prepared with top-quality local products. Like the fresh pasta, which is strictly homemade. It's a pleasure to find a new dish every time, as the menu changes based on seasonal ingredients. The tagliatelle with peas and prosciutto and the passatelli with guanciale are excellent. The roast beef with aromatic herbs and the sliced chicken are delicious. The apple strudel with excellent vanilla ice cream is amazing. The coffee, Varnelli, toasted hazelnut, and chocolate semifreddo are equally delicious. That's happiness! The crespelle with ricotta, radicchio, walnuts, and Urbino caciotta are also excellent. The marzipan in broth is a dive into the Marche tradition. The guinea fowl in potacchio with chestnuts is also delicious. The tagliatelle with vegetables and toasted pine nuts and the maltagliati with artichokes and ciauscolo are excellent, as are the honey-caramelized roast suckling pig with aromatic herbs, the salted caramel and peanut semifreddo, and the white chocolate lime and pistachio-crusted semifreddo.

14/08/2025: Elegant restaurant. Friendly staff, except for the lady (owner's wife?) who is hasty and doesn't make you feel at ease. The truffle carbonara is really good. Definitely worth trying! The caprese, on the other hand, was a disappointment; the tomatoes and mozzarella were of terrible quality. I love tiramisu. I had the tiramisu. If you add brandy to it, please write it down or tell me, because that's no longer tiramisu, and I didn't like it.

11/08/2025: A spartan osteria recommended by our host that turned out to be an incredible discovery. If I could do it again, I'd fast all day just to try every dish on their menu! The arrosticini are incredible, the mixed grill is fantastic. If you love meat and want to enjoy it at its best, this is the place to be. The food here is top notch. Great!

24/06/2025: On a trip from Bergamo, we found a very nice environment. For those like us who wanted to try the cuisine of the Marche region and without too many frills it was perfect. You feel at home. We had read in the reviews that you sit at a table with complete strangers and when you get up they have become friends. And it is exactly like that thanks to the shared tables and the conviviality that is established (And thanks to their good wine). Something we really appreciated. Ivan very nice and available for everything. Really good food with portions that abundantly satisfy. I recommend, go there on an empty stomach because the menu is abundant and vast, and you will come away truly satisfied. Better to book a few days in advance. If you visit Petritoli, a very very nice village you cannot miss stopping to eat there. If we return to the Marche we will definitely go back.

11/06/2025: I came back after several years and I don't regret it because the location is the same...characteristic and welcoming. An excellent "host" made us sit with a lot of respect and sympathy. An excellent service attentive to details. The quality of the food is really very high and the abundance is homely. From the cured meats, the cooked and flavored broad beans, the scrambled eggs with mushrooms, the Marche tripe, all exquisite. Continue with the polenta made with wholemeal flour and seasoned with an excellent sauce with ribs and sausage that remains sweet thanks to the tomato used (not acidic). Not to mention the veal shank that is cut directly at the table accompanied by baked potatoes. The grand finale is a maritozzo with Nutella and an excellent mistra that helps the digestion of all that poop. I don't forget to mention the red wine that is not too full-bodied and goes well with the dishes. Congratulations for your Marche excellence! We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

23/08/2025: My husband and I visited this osteria a while ago, and what can I say? We were thrilled! The food was excellent and the prices were more than fair. The chef is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, and extremely passionate about her work. Since we live in Staffolo, we started using the takeout service, and we were also extremely satisfied. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. A few days ago, we hosted a dinner at home, ordered takeout, and everyone was blown away by the quality of the food. 28/07/2025: I love this place and I go back whenever I can... the menu is rich and varied, with a wide selection of meats, and the pizza is very good. They also have many options that are great for vegetarians like me. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is also very nice: a country house with plenty of space and tables outside and inside. Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: I stopped at this restaurant for a quick dinner because I was passing through. The place is surrounded by greenery and has a swimming pool. We ordered two appetizers: one with cured meats and bruschetta, the other with vegetables and bruschetta. Both were very good and tasty. A dessert (yogurt and lime gelato) and a coffee were included. We paid €40.

05/07/2025: Nice hotel in a good location, easy to find, with ample parking in front. Structure with well-kept furnishings, as well as the rooms, perhaps a little old-fashioned. Wifi signal could be improved. High quality of sleep. Exceptional attached restaurant. Right portions and tasty dishes. The staff? Very kind and helpful. I will certainly return.

23/08/2025: We stayed at this agriturismo for two nights. The room was nice and overall comfortable, although I would have appreciated more attention to dust and a full-length mirror (there was only one in the bathroom). Another negative aspect of the room was that the shutters didn't close properly, allowing a lot of light to enter in the morning. It was fine for our needs, but these are details that make a difference. The welcome wasn't the best: they simply showed us to our room without providing any useful information (breakfast times, available services, etc.), which didn't make a good first impression. Breakfast was the most disappointing aspect: there were no fresh croissants or savory options, only four types of cakes and several packaged products. Even the rusks were limited (just honey and one type of jam). In the end, we didn't eat anything, which is a shame, because you'd expect a more varied breakfast from a agriturismo. The restaurant, on the other hand, is a very positive note: we stopped for dinner one evening and everything was truly excellent, with carefully prepared and delicious dishes. The location is convenient, close to Porto Recanati, and the place overall is beautiful. If they improved the welcome, the quality of the breakfast, and a few details about the rooms, the experience would be decidedly more complete.

30/06/2025: Nel cuore del centro storico di Urbino, il locale si distingue per la sua atmosfera intima e accogliente. Un'osteria rinascimentale con arredamento molto elegante e ben climatizzato. La cucina rispecchia la qualità del locale, offrendo una vasta selezione di piatti che utilizzano sapientemente l'eccellente materia prima del territorio con preparazioni innovative che mantengono i sapori autentici della tradizione. Noi abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione da cinque portate, che è il modo migliore per conoscere l'offerta del ristorante e anche un affare dal punto di vista economico e siamo stati guidati dalla cameriera per la scelta del vino, che si è rivelato un perfetto accompagnamento per il percorso. Il menù degustazione è stata un'esperienza unica, con piatti che sono delle piccole opere d'arte, con gusti ben bilanciati e abbinamenti inaspettati che funzionano perfettamente. Consiglio caldamente "Esplosione di Manzo" e "Porgi l'altra guancia". Servizio impeccabile, attento e competente, che sa consigliarti e ti aiuta a districarti nella vasta selezione di vini. Anche le varie portate sono serviti con i tempi giusti, per un'esperienza rilassata e tranquilla. Prezzi in linea con il tipo di cucina offerto. Complimenti a tutta la squadra.
