11/05/2025: Restaurant in a wonderful place and with truly excellent dishes! I recommend the first course with broad beans, fennel and bacon which is truly delicious and the fillet with green pepper which is done to perfection! I also recommend leaving your car in the nearby car park from which the beautiful Eagle path starts and upon returning from the walk, which lasts about 2-3 hours, go for lunch/dinner in this restaurant.

10/05/2025: They had spoken well to me about this restaurant and after several times I was unable to book in time we finally managed to come here for lunch. The food is truly excellent, the service friendly and quite fast, even the background music was pleasant. The owner also entertained us by playing the guitar. The price is not exactly cheap but the value for money is excellent. We will happily return

12/05/2025: Had dinner in the restaurant tonight, a great experience. Lots of choice, fish and meat. Chosen for fish. Starter, starter and main course, all good. Friendly service and a beautiful view of Corinaldo. If you are in the area, definitely eat at this good restaurant. We will definitely come back.

26/05/2025: Highly recommended by a colleague, we celebrated my son's birthday here after 14 years (my son lives abroad), with my daughter-in-law (Catalan), my one-year-old niece and two dear friends... We tried all the appetizers, main courses and desserts, sharing them. Everything was absolutely delicious! Interesting and honest wine list. Absolutely honest prices! Guys (I'm talking to the owners)... you're on the right track. Quality, passion, courtesy and hospitality like few others. Even though we far exceeded the reservation time, even though we were long-winded, you made us feel at home, helping to make this day truly special. I thank you with all my heart! Cristina.

18/04/2025: Saturday lunch a few weeks ago, in the tranquility of a family environment, with great attention to the essentials, fresh flowers at the table, an outdoor garden colored with tulips. We have found the alchemist of Ascoli olives here! Well yes, Marche cuisine with traditional dishes and a revisitation of family recipes. The selection of wines from excellent small wineries is also interesting. Take time to enjoy excellent food, prepared with great care and love. Thank you

30/04/2025: Gita rilassante nelle Marche. Come la solito ho cercato una sistemazione con annesso ristorante per non dover cercare da mangiare e farmi beccare con troppo alcol. Anche questa volta ci ho preso. Location molto bella in mezzo alle colline. Camera pulita e molto tranquilla. Sotto ristorante di notevole qualità e con prezzi più che abbordabili. Buona anche la colazione. Punto strategico per visitare molti borghi marchigiani (Arcevia, Jesi, Corinaldo) e scoprire gioielli nascosti. Un ringraziamento a Michele per la disponibilità

13/05/2025: Small trattoria very "homely" but beautiful for this very reason. I noticed a menu with few choices, but the dishes chosen were all of quality. The service was a little distracted, but since it was Saturday night with the restaurant full it can be understandable. Overall it was a nice experience in a place that seemed "authentic" to me and not very attractive to tourism, a positive note for me.

15/05/2025: We had lunch for 6, taking a maxi platter where the salum, the two small cheeses and the pinsa did not present any specialty. Three first courses including the fregnacce that I do not recommend. A plate of arrosticini two slices not at all tasty. Two roast potatoes a bottle of wine and water six coffees. 185 EURO Really too much for the quality offered. The environment is clean but very simple. In such a small village I would have expected lower prices and above all better quality food. I don't think we will ever return

12/05/2025: Ho organizzato la festa per gli 80 anni di mia madre con una cinquantina di invitati. La festa è stata meravigliosa: il servizio eccellente e l’organizzazione ci hanno permesso di trascorrere un pranzo tra amici e familiari veramente perfetto. La cucina marchigiana saporita ed effettuata solo con materie prime selezionate ha soddisfatto tutti. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chi vuole passare del tempo conviviale con amici e parenti in un ambiente familiare assaporando delizie gastronomiche. Per non parlare della cura per il menù per celiaci: senza paragoni per completezza e sapori.

13/05/2025: Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at Ristorante da Rosa and the experience was truly excellent! I started with spaghetti carbonara with truffles, a dish rich in flavor and perfectly balanced, followed by a tender and tasty veal fillet, truly impeccable. The environment is very welcoming and well-kept, ideal for a pleasant lunch break or a relaxing dinner. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, considering the quality of the dishes and the service. Definitely recommended for those looking for good food and a pleasant atmosphere. 👏🍽️✨

03/05/2025: Good food, friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. The "Carbonara al Tartufo" dish was excellent! The "Filetto de Vitello" was not as good. But we will definitely be back!

02/05/2025: In an enchanting location, surrounded by the magnificent hills of the Marche region, we stayed in this splendid structure which has a restaurant, rooms and mini apartments with all comforts and a SPA with swimming pool. In addition to the cleanliness and care of the greenery that surrounds it, we were able to appreciate the excellent Marche cuisine. Worthy of note are certainly the porchetta, the pecorino fondue with pears and meats in general. Fast and courteous service. Five stars truly deserved!

25/03/2025: Ho passato un piacevole weekend con un’amica in Osteria. Personale gentile e attento ad ogni esigenza. La nostra camera era pulita, accogliente e sviluppata in due piani, con letto matrimoniale e divano letto, dotata di kit di cortesia, asciugamani e tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

18/05/2025: Gradevole ambiente che si sviluppa su un sedime abbastanza vasto e ricco di attrazioni. Abbiamo pertanto potuto gustare la sua cucina durante una cena spettacolo. Ricca e di qualità dunque anche se manca la varietà in caso di intolleranze !

04/01/2025: We had dinner with friends at the legendary Rolando, master of dialect cuisine, writer, painter, but above all it is always a pleasure to spend time in his company. Restaurant that spans the history of cuisine over the last 50 years, with strictly typical dishes of the area and excellent wines. An excellent dinner in a refined and familiar environment and service. Very good to recommend
