06/01/2026: The place is a bit noisy, the menu is decent, and the service is a bit distracted, including the person who did the bill, since we found out we hadn't drunk half the wine... Another negative is the menu. Restaurateurs are required to provide a written menu listing the dishes and prices, but here, customers are told the menu verbally without knowing the ingredients (for those with allergies) or the price.

La cucina rispecchia la qualità del locale, offrendo una vasta selezione di piatti che utilizzano sapientemente l'eccellente materia prima del territorio con preparazioni innovative che mantengono i sapori autentici della tradizione. Noi abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione da cinque portate, che è il modo migliore per conoscere l'offerta del ristorante e anche un affare dal punto di vista economico e siamo stati guidati dalla cameriera per la scelta del vino, che si è rivelato un perfetto accompagnamento per il percorso. Il menù degustazione è stata un'esperienza unica, con piatti che sono delle piccole opere d'arte, con gusti ben bilanciati e abbinamenti inaspettati che funzionano perfettamente. Consiglio caldamente "Esplosione di Manzo" e "Porgi l'altra guancia". Servizio impeccabile, attento e competente, che sa consigliarti e ti aiuta a districarti nella vasta selezione di vini. Anche le varie portate sono serviti con i tempi giusti, per un'esperienza rilassata e tranquilla. Prezzi in linea con il tipo di cucina offerto. Complimenti a tutta la squadra.

18/03/2026: It's always a pleasure to return. It's an elegant and very welcoming place, and on warm evenings you can enjoy the garden. There's a children's play area. The service was very good and the food excellent. We had salumi, pasta, and meat; everything was delicious.

11/04/2026: Last night we had dinner at the Borgo Antico restaurant and it was truly a pleasant experience. The setting is elegant and the atmosphere is unique, almost like a place suspended in time. The service is impeccable: the lady who runs the restaurant is very friendly, elegant, and attentive to detail. The food is excellent. We started with incredible appetizers of duck breast, speck, and wild asparagus. I chose a flan with truffle and porcini mushrooms, truly delicious. Each dish was well-executed and rich in flavor. The wine list is also excellent, well-stocked and featuring several quality labels. The prices are in line with the quality of the restaurant: not cheap, but absolutely justified by the overall experience. I highly recommend it!
