25/02/2025: We went for the first time on recommendation and had a great meal. Classic proposals from the Mantua area but also original and tasty ravioli. For example, I ate blueberry ravioli with mushrooms and bacon, I really liked it. Super tigelle and fried dumplings!

29/01/2025: Simple place. Genuine products. Warmth of home. The dishes, especially the pumpkin and the pigs' food, are something sublime. Arneo, the founder, was able to teach his descendants, namely his two sons, current managers and owners, the brothers Massimo and Dario, the art and wisdom of genuine cuisine, with typical local products, very good snails and products of the various pigs. The inn with the sleeping area is also worth mentioning. Clean and well-kept rooms in the simplicity of a family. At Nizzoli you feel at home.

19/03/2025: Tornati qui dopo alcuni anni, ma tutto confermato come la prima volta (2008); anche se il sistema dei turni e la velocità con cui portano le comande dà un pò l’impressione di un servizio ‘a catena di montaggio’, per questo magari consiglio un infrasettimanale, magari più tranquillo. Cibo caratteristico, molto buono e in porzioni ragionevoli, prezzi veramente bassi; unica pecca la toilette: nel 2025 nel centro di una città di provincia non è concepibile ancora il water alla turca...

Noi siamo di Milano e, quando siamo lì nei dintorni, ci passiamo sempre volentieri. Tutto buonissimo! Diego, la prossima volta richiederemo lo sconto fedeltà visto che è già la terza volta che ci torniamo!

28/12/2024: Wir sind oft am Gardasee und sind jedes Mal in dieser gemütlichen Trattoria, die wir zufällig mal bei einem Fahrradausflug entdeckt haben. Wer ehrliche authentische italienische Küche zu fairen Preisen mag und zudem noch Live-Musik (u.a. der Patron singt entspannt) zu schätzen weiß, ist hier genau richtig. Sowohl die Pasta-Gerichte als auch die Fisch- oder Fleisch-Hauptgänge schmecken uns immer sehr gut. Das Tiramisu ist ebenfalls sehr lecker. Dazu ein Prosecco (Glera) vom Faß rundet das Abendessen ab. Die Atmosphäre ist familiär und das Personal aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich.
