04/04/2024: Very pleasant experience. I went to dinner for the first time and the search for raw materials amazed me. I take as an example the cured meat appetizer which may seem trivial. I found flavors that I hadn't found for 20 years. And during the evening and morning I woke up without thirst. Which is really rare.
