We returned to this restaurant after several years, but the ownership and quality have remained unchanged. The maccheroncini al torchio with stracotto are excellent, as are the stracotto with polenta, mixed boiled meats and apple mustard. Abundant rations. Fair value for money. We will be back more often!!

We stopped for lunch and ordered the agnoli in broth. Yummy!! I liked the Elvezia cake less and the stew with polenta that we took away was delicious. Good service

Ciclicamente torniamo in questo buon ristorante e non rimaniamo mai delusi. La cucina è quasi immutata negli anni, piatti del territorio fatti bene, ovvero tortelli di zucca, stracotto, bolliti ecc. Tutto veramente apprezzabile. Conto corretto. Alla prossima

Cenato qui dopo aver letto le recensioni. Le portate sono buone, in particolare la carne che è molto buona ma il personale è asciutto e distaccato, quindi non ci si sente a proprio agio. La mezza bottiglia di vino è arrivata già aperta... Andrebbe riprovato

17/03/2024: I went for lunch with friends from Cremona and I can only speak highly of this "tavern" in the Mantuan countryside...excellent first courses, exceptional second courses and a very good wine list!! Really good, I will definitely be back
