16/04/2026: A tricky place to get, but it was absolutely worth it! Wow, a super historic place, a vast and incredibly interesting wine cellar, traditional Ligurian dishes, and some revisited ones.
The Conigggiu Magro was fabulous!

The restaurant's atmosphere is the ideal blend of local tradition and a more modern approach. From our table, we enjoyed a stunning view of the Graveglia Valley.
The service was elegant and meticulously crafted, from the sommelier's wine pairings to the tableside brewing of filter coffee.
The tasting menu offered a variety of local dishes, some revisited with the chef's personal touch. Each dish was thoroughly explained, from its history and ingredients to the tableware itself.
We concluded with a tour of the cellar, which boasts over three thousand bottles and numerous references.
Highly recommended, whether for simply enjoying a memorable lunch or celebrating a special event.

20/04/2026: The location, with its stream, is beautiful. The menu features a few delicious dishes, made with genuine ingredients. The portions are generous and the prices are very competitive.

20/04/2026: Absolutely positive review: tasty dishes, prompt staff and service, welcoming, quiet (it's a bit out of the way), and well-maintained atmosphere. The vegetarian appetizer, without the usual cured meats, was appreciated. The fixed price formula, which includes water, dessert, and coffee, was spot on, and varies depending on the dishes you order. All in all, a real surprise, and they even got a little discount at the end!

surrounded by greenery. The pesto is among the best I've ever eaten. Highly recommended. Impeccable and very welcoming service. Excellent prices. You couldn't ask for more!

29/04/2026: The food was amazing. Pasta with truffles was so creamy and delicious. Pinsa was crunchy. And the staff was so friendly. Good music playlist. At the lunch time it can be a little bit crowded and noisy.

07/05/2026: Trattoria Arvigo is worth a stop. Excellent food, welcoming and attentive staff: we felt right at home. Fair prices, incredibly delicious desserts, and excellent prosecco. We would have happily stopped by on our way back, but it's closed on Mondays. We hope to return soon! If only more places were like this. Thank you again for your professionalism and helpfulness.

16/05/2026: Beautiful experience... The Recco gluten-free focaccia was excellent since I'm celiac.
10/05/2026: To avoid the slightly rustic treatment the Genoese gave us Alpini, during the 97th gathering,
on May 8, 2026, we came to Recco, receiving a warm welcome full of smiles and greetings. We then entered this elegant restaurant, with soft lighting, discreet music, charming decor, and attentive service, and enjoyed a cheese focaccia, the pride of Recco, a gastronomic highlight. Then we moved on to the delicate and colorful creamed cod.
All this was preceded by an amuse-bouche similar to potato chips, but made with chickpea flour, truly delicious and original.
Finally, we witnessed a procession of dishes for the other customers, which left us speechless.

03/05/2026: What a wonderful discovery hidden in an alley and down below the street level. Easily the best food and environment we found in Genoa. Try the local dishes and enjoy. Also the house red is a perfectly drinkable wine for dinner and very reasonable in price. Be aware U.S. tourists they do not offer an English menu. The staff also does not speak very much English.

15/04/2026: The food was just okay, very greasy. The fried calamari turned out badly; the calamari wasn't fresh, it seemed frozen (you could taste it), it was like chewing gum, and there was a lot of flour. The food depends on your taste.

11/04/2026: Surprises we love! The good reviews made us choose it, and... I confirm all the stars! Welcoming and courteous staff, excellent food (both restaurant and pizza)! Spaghetti with clams, worth 10, the warm seafood appetizer was wow, and the dessert... simple to look at, but you can't believe how good it was (I'll leave you the photo). We finished with a Camatti amaro and said goodbye... because yes, I would return!

The food and atmosphere were authentic and top-notch.
I even reached out to the restaurant to find a song I heard during dinner, and they were incredibly sweet about it.
The service was beyond words.
A must-visit spot in Italy if you care about both taste and vibe!
