16/04/2026: A tricky place to get, but it was absolutely worth it! Wow, a super historic place, a vast and incredibly interesting wine cellar, traditional Ligurian dishes, and some revisited ones. The Conigggiu Magro was fabulous!

13/04/2026: A simply perfect lunch. The restaurant's atmosphere is the ideal blend of local tradition and a more modern approach. From our table, we enjoyed a stunning view of the Graveglia Valley. The service was elegant and meticulously crafted, from the sommelier's wine pairings to the tableside brewing of filter coffee. The tasting menu offered a variety of local dishes, some revisited with the chef's personal touch. Each dish was thoroughly explained, from its history and ingredients to the tableware itself. We concluded with a tour of the cellar, which boasts over three thousand bottles and numerous references. Highly recommended, whether for simply enjoying a memorable lunch or celebrating a special event.

20/04/2026: Absolutely positive review: tasty dishes, prompt staff and service, welcoming, quiet (it's a bit out of the way), and well-maintained atmosphere. The vegetarian appetizer, without the usual cured meats, was appreciated. The fixed price formula, which includes water, dessert, and coffee, was spot on, and varies depending on the dishes you order. All in all, a real surprise, and they even got a little discount at the end!

I recently took advantage of one of these and was delighted with the finely sliced ​​raw beef topped with shaved young artichokes, as well as the delicate beans with melted butter. Since I joined our group later, I can't comment on the pasta dishes. My friends, however, were thrilled, especially with the mushroom sauce. Naturally, there were also plenty of dishes with pesto, as is typical for the Genoa area. I was absolutely delighted with the panna cotta with wild berries. Besides the delicious flavor, they certainly didn't skimp on the quantity of high-quality blueberries and raspberries. I was also very impressed by the toasted bread drizzled with olive oil. The service was first-class, friendly, and unobtrusive. My request for water for my dog ​​was promptly fulfilled. Communication beforehand regarding the reservation was also very pleasant. We will definitely be back!

But what struck me most was the atmosphere. Here, you don't feel like a tourist—they welcome you like family. The people are incredibly kind, sincere, and attentive. The service is so high that it makes you want to return again and again, not just for the food, but also for the warmth. Honestly, I didn't expect that after so many travels, I could still be surprised by a pizza. But this place in Italy proved otherwise. If you happen to be in the area, don't pass it by. 07/04/2026: Excellent dinner with a fish menu. Interesting, tasty options, both meat and fish, classic and traditional Ligurian dishes. The ambiance is simple and refined, all in wood. Unfortunately, we happened upon a night with too many dogs... When you bring your four-legged friend to a restaurant, you always have to consider the other guests, and not everyone is this sensitive and considerate. There were five dogs in the dining room, not all of them quiet, and one alone took up two meters of space and wagged its tail at table level. It's perfectly fine to welcome pets into the restaurant, but perhaps their owners should be reminded that they deserve respect for all the people eating and don't like finding a tail on their plate!

02/04/2026: I didn’t like the food. Lasagne (was a bit tasteless), soup and chicken Liguria style were ok but nothing special. Was also a bit cold. Atmosphere ok, but also nothing special in my opinion. It’s just cheaper but that’s it.

12/04/2026: We were thrilled. Authentic Ligurian cuisine, mostly locals and regulars. Few tourists. The American tourists next to us devoured the giant steak and were, quite audibly, very satisfied. Our pasta – just like Mom used to make. Delicious and down-to-earth.

18/04/2026: I ate like a god. I thought I'd spend a lot, but for a first course, second course, and dessert, I only paid 30 euros. Wonderful. The owners are very friendly and kind. I wanted to try the local specialties, and they suggested the testaroli with pesto (the best I've ever had) and stockfish accomodated. 10 out of 10. I'll gladly go back!

11/04/2026: Surprises we love! The good reviews made us choose it, and... I confirm all the stars! Welcoming and courteous staff, excellent food (both restaurant and pizza)! Spaghetti with clams, worth 10, the warm seafood appetizer was wow, and the dessert... simple to look at, but you can't believe how good it was (I'll leave you the photo). We finished with a Camatti amaro and said goodbye... because yes, I would return!
