07/06/2025: Last night I went to this place for the first time with some friends of ours and it was a wonderful experience. Excellent quality food and well presented, friendly service and attentive to every need. It was also a special evening because the comedian Kulz was performing and entertained everyone with his sympathy. To return.🥂

16/06/2025: My wife had the tagliata with olives and cherry tomatoes. Tasty, but the olives were pitted, which is not very easy to eat. I had the tartare. The meat was minced, while with a real tartare it is sliced. I also prefer that the chef mixes everything and you can just season it instead of having to mix everything yourself.

15/06/2025: Delicious food and a beautiful location right next to the castle in Dozza, although you need to reserve for the outdoor tables. Prices are rather high, but portions are small.

13/06/2025: A lovely restaurant in the historic centre. We chose it for lunch and loved the food, location and staff. We liked it so much we went back and ate there again for dinner. If I’m in Bologna again I would happily go again.

18/06/2025: Good restaurant with a not very extensive menu but with typical dishes. Handmade tortellini but I got it wrong (this evening they had the filling too salty and the cooking was al dente!). Excellent tagliata. A little attention to detail but good

25/05/2025: We were very impressed with everything about this place, the food was uniquely delicious, the service impeccable, the atmosphere Italian, the wine… mamma mia! That's why we went back, we only tried the pizzas both times, as we liked them very much. I recommend with both hands 🥂

21/05/2025: We had the seafood spaghetti and a Capricciosa pizza. The spaghetti was decent, but unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend the pizza. The dough was quite dense and heavy, which made it hard to enjoy, though the toppings were okay. Prices were fairly reasonable for the area — pretty much the same as elsewhere. The wine was opened in front of us, and so was the sparkling water, which was a nice touch. Service was okay overall, although they forgot about us when we asked for the bill… maybe they wanted to offer us a gift 😅

26/06/2025: Sublime to the palate! Tagliatelle reminded me of the flavors that dada, an excellent cook, had accustomed me to! The fantastic friggione, a simple delight, deserves an "unsurpassable". The artfully created tortelloni! The lady cotoletta petroniana soft and filled with flavor. Thanks to Daniele and the staff for their kindness and thoughtfulness. See you soon!

13/06/2025: The food is nice however the staff is not very polite and also they don't inform at all the addition price for cover. I don't recommend it.

08/06/2025: The cuisine is a big plus, typical and very tasty dishes at normal prices. The service is not very polite and seems to be focused on serving tourists in large numbers.

23/06/2025: A great experience, though not perfect. I loved the idea of an alleyway restaurant, yet we weren't able to sit in the alleyway as we ended up going there without making a reservation. This was the only real disappointment of the meal, as the restaurant was clearly not meant to be enjoyed inside its significantly less appealing inside dining room. Eye-level pictures of the Virgin Mary and Padre Pio stared at me as I ate, and the sheer amount of other artwork on the walls made the space feel more cluttered than authentic. I ordered burratina to start, and the tortellini in broth as my main course. The burratina was beyond delicious, to the point where I had to cut the slices even smaller to keep from finishing it too fast. The tortellini was similarly excellent, far better than the other tortellini I have tried throughout Italy. It was firm but not crunchy, flavorful without being too salty, and I found myself trying to scrape up the broth with my fork after I'd finished. The service was friendly and accommodating, and gave us plenty of time to keep enjoying ourselves after we finished eating. I would definitely come again, but only if I'm able to secure outside seating.

23/06/2025: I had a great experience at Ristorante Teresina! This is a nice restaurant hidden in a side street of Bologna. It is a bit pricey, but the prices are comparable to those of other sit-down restaurants in Italy. The service is nice as well. Everyone at the restaurant was very friendly and were very understanding when we struggled to pronounce the names of the dishes. They were also very helpful in splitting the check for us. We found Ristorante Teresina while walking the streets of Bologna. We were intrigued by the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. Luckily, the food was just as good. We ordered the clams, a charcuterie board, and mozzarella with tomatoes as our appetizers. They were all delicious, especially the mozzarella, which was very fresh. For my main, I ordered the spaghetti with mantis shrimp. The dish tasted great, but was very messy. I had to peel the tomato sauce covered shrimp with my hands, which ended with me completely covered in sauce as well. However, this is something you have to expect with this type of dish. My only suggestion is that they should provide wipes with the mantis shrimp.

13/06/2025: Excellent trattoria in San Giovanni in Persiceto, close to the center but with parking nearby..... fast and helpful service, with kindness of the staff. Dishes prepared with care and using excellent raw materials. A place to always return to with pleasure!!! To recommend
