07/04/2024: This has always been my favorite trattoria in Bologna and I have been frequenting it ever since I moved to the city. Now, for work, I live elsewhere but, when I return to Bologna, a stop here has always been mandatory. The crescentine were divine, as were the cold cuts, a shame about the lasagna sauce which didn't convince us. The cut, however, was very good, my heartfelt compliments! From experience I say that their Bolognese cutlet is a must try! Hoping that gramigna al torchio alla salciccia returns to the menu, I recommend everyone to go here!

03/04/2024: Had a bad experience in this restaurant, the waitress was not very sympathetic, it looks like we were annoying her. Didn’t feel welcome. The food was also very disappointing
