26/05/2026: La Taverna del Priore, From Lead to the Gold of Flavors... There are places where you eat. And then there are places where, almost without realizing it, you are welcomed. La Taverna del Priore didn't seem like just a dinner, but a small journey: a slow journey from lead to gold, where lead is the traveler's hunger and gold is that rare sense of fullness that lingers even after dessert. We begin with appetizers that seem to recount the region without haste: small, carefully selected samples, tradition, textures, memories. From the creamy gratin to the more rustic flavors, to the notes of home cooking that still knows how to speak without the need for special effects. The first course arrives as a well-found balance: generous pasta, flavors that don't shout but make themselves heard. A cuisine that seems to say: "Relax, sit down. Here we really eat." Then the meat. The real thing. The kind that doesn't need masks. Soft, flavorful, accompanied with intelligence, with that reassuring sensation of a kitchen that knows the slow pace of preparations made with respect. 28/04/2026: Knowing you'll eat well and be greeted with kindness isn't always a given. Here, the combination of good quality and traditional food is perfect. Chicken livers and Ascoli olives are highly recommended.

08/05/2026: We dined here three nights a week, enjoying traditional Abruzzo dishes. They were very well cooked, so we recommend trying them out for yourself if you're passing through Giulianova. They're only open for dinner. The staff were very welcoming. The first courses and the lamb and mutton, cooked in various ways, were highly recommended.

12/05/2026: Excellent kebabs, mixed bruschetta. A little disappointed by the beef tagliata; the meat was quite tough, not cooked quite right, and it needed a touch of fleur de sel for flavor. I still recommend it, though, and mistakes happen.
07/05/2026: The service was quick and very friendly. The bruschetta was delicious – a nice change of pace with fine, crispy bread. The tagliata di manzo was excellent with any side dishes.

11/05/2026: I booked a confirmation ceremony a month ago. I spoke by phone and in person with Mrs. Anna and her son. Everything was arranged for that day. Less than two weeks later, yesterday, the lady called me to tell me she could no longer accommodate me for that day because she had a baptism and the number of seats had increased. Disappointed, since we've been customers for years... Disappointed, because that's not how you behave... Fortunately, I found another restaurant that was accommodating, kind, and courteous. What can I say? I'll never set foot in that place again; we were customers. So disappointed. Anyway, thank you.
25/04/2026: An unforgettable dining experience at Posta Pacentrana in Abruzzo! The antipasti were absolutely wonderful, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch—attentive, warm, and truly professional. Special thanks to Mrs. Anna for making our visit even more enjoyable. It was a real pleasure for both the senses and the stomach. You can feel that every dish is prepared with genuine care and heart. I will definitely come back, and my friends and I highly recommend this place!

15/03/2026: Good food, reliable and honest owners. You can find a bit of everything besides wood-fired pizza. Delicious arrosticini. Friendly and professional staff. There are plenty of tables, but reservations are strongly recommended. Ample outdoor parking is available. The restaurant has been open for decades and has always focused on traditional dishes.

04/02/2026: It's a trattoria, but I expect everything to be fresh and homemade. The agnolotti seemed like they were packaged because the filling didn't taste fresh. The other pasta dishes, however, seemed a bit better. The scottadito and skewers weren't bad. Cost per person for one course and dessert was over €30.
27/01/2026: Excellent first and second courses... Only one negative note: several small bones in the oxtail sauce, which I presume was definitely not sieved even though it was excellent.

15/05/2026: A friendly welcome from the owner at the entrance to the restaurant. After choosing the dishes, they were enjoyed undisturbed as a concert of selected flavors (superior pizza - Tirolese, gnocchi al ragù)... finally, a farewell toast.
12/05/2026: I've eaten there many times; it's one of my favorites in Loreto Aprutino. The location is excellent, especially in the summer, and the food is divine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
