20/08/2025: Fabulous arrosticini, the reason for the 4 stars, the side dishes embarrassing, and the service, I would say at times, was over the top. When asked, the waitress repeatedly emphasized, as if to make a point, the reason for their service.
They didn't even offer any liqueurs.
Don't order the sorbet; it tastes like medicine.

21/08/2025: Excellent restaurant, probably one of the best in the area. The dishes are high-quality (though I would have expected larger portions, especially the pasta dishes). The view from the terrace is absolutely enchanting. However, honestly, looking at menus from a few years ago, I'd say the variety of dishes has diminished and the prices have gone up significantly. If I were to return to the area with my family, I'd opt for other restaurants with more choice and a more affordable quality/price ratio.
20/08/2025: My girlfriend and I went for lunch on August 16th. We chose the €50 menu, which included a starter of your choice, all the appetizers on the menu, a sampling of two first courses each, a second course of your choice, and a dessert of your choice. In addition to dessert, they also brought a ratafia with a sampling of cantucci and crostata. The price included a bottle of wine, water, bread, and a service charge. For two, we paid €100 and left practically rolling full and satisfied. The service was very friendly, and the owner was a wonderful and kind person.

27/07/2025: At the start of the evening, I asked for a second helping of fried cheese, which never arrived. I asked for spicy oil, which never arrived. The arrosticini were unsalted. Between appetizers and other things, there was a long wait. Finally, they asked for panna cotta. They were initially okay, but soon ran out. After a while, some uncooked panna cotta appeared, more like a straw than a spoon. Luckily, the gentian was offered.
26/07/2025: Gorgeous place and super friendly staff. I recommend the Vesuvio pizza, it's bursting with deliciousness. Let me start by saying we just happened to stop by.

24/08/2025: After an hour, half the table finally gets their food, the other half 20 minutes later. Unfortunately, the service is not good at all.
20/08/2025: After 10:00 PM they don't let you book... quite questionable... I spoke to a girl who I don't think is the owner... at 9:30 PM, however, yes... I think that for about thirty minutes the world doesn't fall apart... I would really like to speak to the owner and understand why after 10:00 PM, which seems to me to be an acceptable time anyway, it's not possible to book... 🙂 It's a shame because I must say the food is good and the portions are also generous... A real shame...

11/08/2025: Very nice place, good food, but the eggplant parmigiana was lukewarm and the hummus was cold. The menu was a bit limited, significantly smaller than in the past. The quality of the ingredients was still excellent, but the menu could be expanded with starters and side dishes. The arrosticini were priced above average. However, I appreciated the attention to detail and the atmosphere.
11/08/2025: Perfect place to spend an evening away from the crowds, enjoying the fresh country air. We went for a drink but stayed for dinner. The atmosphere is somewhere between rustic and cool, the food is good, and the bar offers a decent selection of beers, natural and still wines, and cocktails. They also do daily specials and arrosticini. The music selection is also good. We've been back three times in ten days, definitely recommended.

10/08/2025: We came in feeling quite hungry. The grilled mushrooms were bitter as life,
the tartare seemed more like it had been chewed by the "chef" than hand-cut, the fries were cold, and the spaghetti alla chitarra with lamb sauce was without lamb. I wouldn't go back. The only positive note was that the lamb was mutton.

The appetizers were bland.
The steak was a bit tough and lukewarm.
The Florentine steak, even though served on a cast iron griddle, was lukewarm.
The price was decidedly high.

30/07/2025: One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Delightful dishes, ambience, and hospitality.
Especially delicious are the lamb chops (costolette d’agniello) and the scampi al cognac.
Will be back any and every time I’m in Pescara. Loved it.

And speaking of Reviews, Your pupil, now two years old, "Expert Reviewer", in his constant wandering, in constant search of Excellence, belonging to every sector, whether product, artistic, cultural, landscape, or monument, in order to dot them with 5 Stars, where the world gazes in fascination, Your Starry Universe, just last night, on the eve of the milestone of my 74th Spring, I discovered—and more than a discovery, for me, it was a delicious and tasty confirmation—a TOP Excellence, in the field of catering, with a culinary vocation, typical of Abruzzo cuisine, and made with natural, short-chain ingredients, with a "homemade" mise en place of preparation.
This restaurant of excellence, which I highly recommend to the attentive, discerning friends of Google Maps, has a historic calling card, complete with a "Historical Plaque," awarded exclusively by the National Rotary Club to businesses that have been in the restaurant market for well over 50 years.
Lu "Scaricarelle," moving from its historic location on Viale Bovio, has set up its "trap" at the beginning of this summer at Viale Della Riviera 48, Pescara, and here too, many hungry "Mice" have already been "trapped" by the smell of its delicious "pecorino cheese," mingled with the woodsy aroma of top-quality porcini mushrooms. For carnivorous "Mice," "Lu Scaricarelle" offers a selection of top-quality steaks, including Argentine, Scottone, and Angus beef.
Inside the "trap," live characters from the Disney world, known for their friendliness, courtesy, and affability. Guests are welcomed by a young "Princess" named Beatrice, who, with a smile on her face, advises on the dishes of the day.
Luca & Walter are the two brothers who have inherited the precious treasure trove of the kitchen. Abruzzese gourmet, from their great father, inventor of the "Scaricarelle" (sorcerer), and from their Lady Mother, who still today offers her lucky patrons her inventiveness in preparing Abruzzese delicacies. She expanded her offering a few days ago, also offering the "sorcerers" of Forte dei Marmi the exquisite seafood cuisine, a symbol of Pescara cuisine.
They are part of Luca & Walter's "trappola," fantastic "trappers" at the tables, and together, they form a truly high-performance team. After years of winning championships on Viale Bovio, they now play their great game of ❤️ on the sand, "Beach Volleyball" style, on Viale della Riviera 48 in Pescara (Abruzzo), next to the "4 VELE" establishment, another historic name, of the Pescaresita seaside resort. I'm a "Follower" of theirs, and you... will join the "Sorcina Community"?

16/06/2025: Questo luogo va vissuto. Non penso sia possibile descriverlo, per la ricchezza di cose che contornano i tavoli. Storia, arte, luci, colori. L’interno una passeggiata in cose meravigliose, d’altri tempi. Le pietanze, poi, toccano la perfezione. Il carpaccio di cervo con i carciofini è squisito, lo è anche un prosciutto, tagliato spesso, bagnato con olio d’oliva EVO. Completa il tutto un servizio professionale, amichevole e rispettoso. Tornerò, sicuramente.

27/07/2025: Esperienza terribile. Siamo stati in questo ristorante su consiglio di amici. Cucina turistica e trattamento becero.
Quando è arrivata la carne, nell'immediato il tagliere si è riempito di mosche. La carne era dura, di pessima qualità e bruciata.
Da evitare.
