Prices are higher than other restaurants in the area. Good arrosticini, sheep alla calllara, wow, fried cheese a no-go. Table too small for four.

A wonderful venue located within the walls of the historic center of Tortoreto Alto. Excellent welcome and service. Excellent quality food. I highly recommend trying their fried cheese, truly amazing. A truly wonderful evening.

11/07/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Ristorante La Casetta di Paparill. The food was fantastic and very regional. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

Ristorante Colle Santamaria

12/07/2026: This was our first time at this restaurant, which is truly beautiful, especially for its panoramic view of the entire Abruzzo valley. I recommend the €30 fixed menu, which includes an appetizer, two generous first courses, a choice of one second course, one side dish, one dessert, water, and coffee. All delicious and plentiful, highly recommended.
