06/12/2025: Compared to the past, the portions are smaller and the quality has slightly dropped. However, if you're looking for a restaurant where you can spend a pleasant evening with a group and enjoy Abruzzo dishes, this is still a good choice in Milan.

05/11/2025: As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can hear the arrosticini being cooked. While we waited for them—five chicken and five mutton—we ordered an appetizer of Ascoli olives to share, but it's actually a portion for one person. To accompany the meat, we ordered grilled Treviso radicchio and sautéed turnips. I preferred the chicken arrosticini because the mutton ones are too strong for me. The arrosticini are small, so you'll need to order more depending on your hunger. Price €1.50 each. The final bill of €48 seems unreasonable for what we ate.

23/09/2025: An intense experience sampling the chef's dishes, all refined and delicious. Worthy of note are the saffron and Taleggio tavioli, and the veal creamed with Montepulciano. Recommended.

04/09/2025: Set amongst the postcard perfect backdrop of Monte Velino, this is without doubt a textbook hidden gem quaint town restaurant. If the drive to Rosciolo dei Marsi isn’t spectacular enough, it is matched with an equally spectacular dining experience at Locanda dell’Arco. The cuisine is a far cry from the usual suspects found in most abruzzese restaurants… this is next level. The restaurant is run by a young husband and wife team, with the husband heading the kitchen. The Chef has brought his Piemontese culinary roots into the heart of Abruzzo, with a menu that respects both tradition but also with a flair of innovation. The menu is small and hand written, ensuring it’s align with what’s seasonal and available at its best. The wine is in a league of its own, expect small batch barolo, barbera d’asti and barbaresco, amongst many others, all hand picked by the passionate couple. The chef’s wife, who leads the service, highly recommended the carpaccio di manzo with mandarin and basil sorbet. Let’s just say, I drove 2 hours to arrive at this restaurant and would travel 2 hours again just for this dish. Refreshing, clean and refined, without being pretentious, it set the pace for what was to be a memorable meal. As a Piemontese should be, the chef is famed for his risotto, today it was zafferanno with liquorice, his signature dish I apparently. No this is not something i would ever order without a recommendation, so I’m lucky I asked. This was without doubt the best risotto I’ver ever had, it wasn’t to be expected in a small remote town in the middle of Abruzzo, but this was just spectacular. To finish, another Piemontese classic, bonet. A chocolate and amaretto dessert that was probably the best spoon of food I’ve had in a very long time in an Italian restaurant. Luckily we ordered two of the same as it would be criminal to share. The desserts are truly outstanding and if I was a guts, I’d probably would have ordered two! The experience at Locanda was unexpectedly exceptional. The staff, the meal, the location, this is a restaurant that begs to be revisited and well worth a day dream even from Rome! Thank you Locanda dell’Arco for a memorable experience.

17/10/2025: We had the rudest older mam wait on us and we were allowed 2 pick 2 types of pasta for 6 people, so we were forced to to all eat the same, it was horrible and they ran out of 2 meats we wanted and instead of expaling what we could substitute he we are out ,it's 3 o'clock, did you think you find anything at this hour. The food was cold to top this all off! If a chef can't make 6 different pasta dishes, close up shop!! And now I added the receipt to prove it was the right restaurant. My reviews are fair and honest!

The food was excellent and plentiful, and everything was served with care. Special thanks to the waiters, who were always kind, helpful, and attentive to our every need. Highly recommended!

11/12/2025: A typical Abruzzo restaurant with an excellent price/quality ratio, not because it's cheap, but because the quality of the ingredients is high. The main courses are cooked in a beautiful fireplace in the dining room. The first courses are excellent, the bruschetta and the meat are cooked perfectly. I recommend it.

16/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant and were very satisfied, starting with the attentive and friendly service and ending with the bill... the grilled lamb... there are no words to describe it... you have to try it... an experience to try. Highly recommended...

23/09/2025: I hadn't been back to La Conca in over ten years, since I left Turin. Returning was a wonderful feeling: the restaurant has been renovated, and the menu offers new dishes, but the quality has remained very high. The plating is always meticulous, and the ingredients are fresh and well-presented. What I was most pleased to rediscover, however, was the welcoming, family atmosphere I remembered so well, which makes this place truly special.

The selection of traditional Teramo appetizers is excellent, along with a wide selection of first and second courses, including the unmissable well-made arrosticini and pizza. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is prompt and courteous.

09/12/2025: Tue, Nov 4, 2025: I became aware of this place through the other reviews. I can only confirm the positive feedback. Great atmosphere, fantastic owner, and very good food at reasonable prices. The wine is also excellent and absolutely fair priced. The menu delivers exactly what you get. By the way, they also speak German here. I immediately made a reservation for tomorrow. A noise level rating is unnecessary in a traditional Italian restaurant. I enjoyed it. Loud, fun, and friendly. A hidden gem. Wed, Nov 5, 2025: I'm back again today. The menu looks so promising, and the owner is world-class. Plus, where else can you get a quarter of a superb Montepulcano for €3? I made a reservation yesterday, didn't have to give a name, and was greeted warmly today. I had the pumpkin lasagna as a starter and the scottadito (lamb chops with grilled vegetables) as my main course. Excellent. I was there again today. The food was indeed excellent.

12/12/2025: The appetizers were excellent, including the Sicilian caponata and the whole fried artichokes. The staff was very friendly. Congratulations, we'll be back soon.

11/12/2025: I've been going there for almost 20 years with my family and friends, even from Rome!! We've always had a great time. Lecky Horn is now a regular stop all year round. Everything is delicious and the staff is very friendly.
