Splendid experience one day for lunch, finding ourselves in Chieti... we will definitely return! Typical local dishes, tasty and genuine! Absolutely worth trying and the prices are excellent, considering the quality and quantity of the dishes. WELL DONE, keep it up!!!!

I went with some friends for an informal dinner. We had a great time. Excellent first courses, Oscar with sagne and chickpeas, as well as the rest. The owner is very helpful and offered us a bottle of sparkling wine. There is a sense of familiarity and lightness. Low prices.

Locale rustico di ottima cucina chietina e abruzzese. Sicuramente non ci siamo risparmiati con le pallotte cacio e ova e bruschette come antipasto. Ovviamente altro ottimo piatto della tradizione sagne e ceci, molto gustoso e saporito. Infine il grande classico degli arrosticini, il tutto annaffiato da ottimo vino della casa. Il locale è molto semplice, accogliente e rustico. Prezzi contenuti. Consigliato.

The first courses are superb and the french fries are REAL!!!! They are worth the trip. The owner is approachable and friendly. We will happily return. I gave the environment 4 out of 5 stars because I didn't visit the toilet and I'm not sure if there is access for disabled people.

I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s a firm favourite now. Like all family run restaurants, it pays to be flexible about what you eat and go with the flow a bit. It’s not a tourist place, at lunchtime you’ll find that the clientele comprise mainly working people across the spectrum eating a proper lunch, in the Italian fashion. The food is of a typically high standard, as all Italians expect and incredible value. I’ve always got there quite early and it does seem to fill up.
