12/02/2025: Where do I even begin?? My husband and I stayed at Il San Pietro di Positano for one of the stops on our honeymoon. It was by far our favorite part of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the staff was so attentive and welcoming. We were brought welcome drinks upon arrival which were absolutely delicious. When we were taken up to our room, we were completely blown away when the staff opened the door. Every single attention to detail was absolutely perfect and our giant terrace overlooking the ocean was the cherry on top. The staff had left us several gifts and notes in the room congratulating us on our wedding and honeymoon-some of these are keepsakes that we will treasure forever. These little touches truly meant so much to us and made us feel so special. Our room was so spacious and cleaned to perfection each and every day. The breakfasts with the view was phenomenal and something we looked forward to every morning. The Michelin star restaurant was equally amazing and a dinner that we will never forget. The shuttle service is so nice, quick, and easy to use. Il San Pietro became home away from home for us and we were so sad when it was time to leave. We have gone on and on about this beautiful place and cannot wait to come back on an anniversary. It is truly a place that we will cherish and never forget. We can't wait until next time.

20/01/2025: Late review but stayed here and visited the hotel at a few occasions and loved it every time. Cant wait to be back. Incredible experience and amazing food.

23/01/2025: Our meal at Posides was the best meal we had in Positano. The real standout was the lemon shrimp tagliolini which we would highly recommend ordering! The restaurant is small which adds to the intimacy of it. Service was excellent.

14/01/2025: Delicious tiny spot in Positano, not too far from the port! We ferried in for the day just to grab lunch and loved this cafe! It’s very small- only 5 or 6 tables plus one on their patio and one out the front door, but tables do turn somewhat quickly so we didn’t see anyone have to wait. The staff was so friendly and the food was amazing and all extremely fresh. Breakfast is served until 12 and then Lunch menu begins. We had a caprese salad, ravioli with smoked mozzarella, and a sea bass dish which was the best fish dish during our time here in Italy! We also got their homemade tiramisu and gelato, both of which were great. Definitely recommend this spot, and if I come back to Positano I want to try breakfast- when we walked in they were finishing up and peoples plates also looked delicious!

05/02/2025: ✨La Taverna Del Leone is a true gem! We were impressed by the warm yet classy atmosphere—cozy, elegant, and inviting. The staff was incredibly professional, providing attentive and friendly service that made us feel truly valued as guests. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, showcasing high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend. Can’t wait to return!

28/01/2025: Nos encontramos con este restaurante en nuestro camino de regreso de Sorrento ... nos detuvimos para comer algo ... no teníamos demasiado hambre, así que una vez que probamos su comida hicimos una reserva para otra noche inmediatamente. El restaurante es de propiedad familiar y dirigido; los padres y otros familiares que trabajan en la cocina o como camareros . . el servicio es impecable; elegante y discreto, con elegancia discreta. ¡Tenía la sopa de alcachofa esa primera noche y sabía que tenía que volver por otra antes de salir de Amalfi! Los filetes estaban fuera de este mundo, perfectamente cocinados... y cuando volvimos, no solo teníamos todo lo que habíamos tenido la primera vez, también pedimos otros platos y compartimos el éxtasis! No te pierdas esta joya escondida.

08/12/2024: The restaurant is high up on the mountain, and our driver (not arranged by the restaurant as some of the reviews state) knew the roads well and got us there quickly and safely. We were seated in a smaller dining room off to the side where it was really quiet. Would’ve preferred to sit in the main dining area. White table cloth atmosphere. Food was delicious, standouts include the lavender panko crusted scallops, sea bass, black truffle tagliolini (a bit under seasoned for my preference, but great truffle flavor), sorbetto di limone. And for my night cap they poured a generous 4 finger pour of 15 year scotch! Service was attentive, but not overbearing.

13/10/2024: Comimos aquí la última noche de nuestro viaje a la costa de Amalfi y tuvimos una comida increíble. Nos encantó la escapada de las multitudes de Positano, y el restaurante nos recogió y nos dejó en nuestro hotel en Positano. El personal y los propietarios de la familia eran cálidos, amables y genuinos. La comida era increíble! Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante cuando visite Positano.

31/10/2024: Very nice atmosphere, excellent service, spontaneous, attentive, very friendly, you feel more than welcome! Nothing is too much to ask and your wish is their command. Delicious food, beautiful terrace and surroundings, nice vibe.

27/02/2025: Terrible service. Three attempts and always bad treatment. At 12 they change the menu and for 30 minutes you can't order anything. Then the manager looks for you on Instagram and mistreats you

18/02/2025: Such a beautiful cafe/restaurant in Portofino. Staff are lovely cheerful people and very welcoming and obliging for people with allergies like me. Ine of the few restaurants in Italy where the staff smile and put the patrons first. Loved it ♥️

17/10/2024: Came here for happy hour and was not disappointed. The views are amazing, and the drinks and snacks were perfect for aperitivo hour. Make sure to get a reservation as soon as possible since they are very limited.

16/10/2024: We had our 1st date here on our honeymoon and it was great. They gave us the best spot in the house. I was very impressed with them and their service.

27/01/2025: The most amazing hotel in Positano, Italy. Its location is absolutely perfect. It’s in the heart of Positano, and the direct walkway to the beach. But when you walk into the gardens of hotel, you can no longer hear the noise or see the tourist. The rooms are gorgeous and their service is excellent. They have a morning buffet style breakfast. I am not someone who eats at buffets but this was one of the most magnificent spreads for breakfast. There are also staff to bring you drinks or anything else you may need during is time. There is a restaurant at the hotel. Food is great and easy to get seated at as well. We also rented a scooter, and they let us parking it in their private lot for free. We were able to access it whenever we needed and they always had a guard at the gate. I will only return to this hotel for future trips to Positano.

14/12/2024: An oasis of calm in the crowded streets. This time we were just in the courtyard for a snack and drinks. With its central location, the well-kept shady gardens and, last but not least, the pool, the hotel cannot be compared to any local accommodation. Friendly staff. Absolutely recommended.

03/01/2025: A very special dining experience in Positano, we came here as recommended by our host, they were able to book us pick up and drop off to our accomodation as well. The food was incredibly fresh, authentic and the drinks were also top notch. The views were amazing, and was a different vibe to the main hub in Positano, highly recommend!

27/12/2024: We stumbled upon this restaurant after hiking the “Path of the Gods”. We had a late lunch of wine and various snacks including the salmon bruschetta and a delightful bottle of a locally made “Falanghina” white wine. We made reservations for the following evening and wisely chose to accept the offer of a shuttle versus walking all the way up from Positano again! Dinner was fabulous. Highly recommend, this place. We will be back

31/01/2025: Good and economical place to eat near Positano. Good views and good food. We ordered some Sorrentine gnocchi and a pizza. The terrace is not open in winter.

16/01/2025: Locale informale sulla spiaggia che offre un menù di mare. Una barca effettua servizio di navetta dal molo di Positano. Assolutamente da provare la zuppa di cozze ed il tonno scottato accompagnato da pesto di peperoncini verdi da loro chiamato pesto di friarielli. Locale sempre affollato, aperto solo a pranzo, che effettua due turni. Consiglio di prenotare con largo anticipo per evitare di non trovare posto.

02/12/2024: If you're looking for a quick lunch, this is not the spot for you. Da Adolfo is an experience! You want to dedicate most of your morning and part of your afternoon to it. If you are looking for a local hangout and authentic spot this is the place. You are able to rent beach chairs on their private beach for much less money than the main beaches of Positano, and you are just steps away from your lunch reservation. It is hard to get a reservation, so I recommend asking your hotel or your bnb host to see if they have any connections. The quick boat ride to and from the private cove is the cherry on top! Not to mention all of the food was so fresh and absolutely delicious!

01/09/2024: This is an amazing place to stay. The rooms are beautiful. The private balcony from your room provides a gorgeous backdrop while you eat breakfast every day. There are also lounges out there. The infinity pools up above are great and provide an even more spectacular view. The property is located on the highest elevated street on the mountain, so you get the complete view of the west mountain of Positano. There are not that many rooms in the establishment, so it feels like you have the entire place to yourself most of the time. The staff and service are great. Front desk gives good dining and activity recommendations. The rest of the staff is very attentive. I highly recommend a stay here!!!

29/10/2024: Esta pequeña tienda tiene deliciosos sándwiches y postres y batidos muy, muy sabrosos. Todo estaba muy fresco y el servicio era rápido y amable. Definitivamente volviendo por un aperitivo. (¡Y tiene una tienda hermana al otro lado de Positano, para que puedas conseguir tu "arreglo" de postre dondequiera que estés caminando en Positano!)

03/01/2025: This restaurant, the food and service was a 10/10, it was an absolute highlight of the trip to Positano, the seafood was so fresh and of high quality and the flavours were next level, the views from the restaurant are breathtaking, it was such a special evening and I’d recommend this to anyone visiting Positano

03/11/2024: Mi esposa y yo probamos Ristorante D'Aiello en nuestro primer día e Italia. La comida, el servicio y las vistas eran excelentes. Este es un gran lugar para comer, especialmente si disfrutas de la gente viendo tantas mesas con vistas a la calle principal. Fuimos durante las horas no pico de turismo, que recomiendo encarecidamente si planea disfrutar de Italia sin estar hombro con hombro en las calles y desea ver y disfrutar de todo en su lista. Saludo especial a nuestra camarera, Elenora, que fue extremadamente educada y cuyo servicio realmente contribuyó a la gran experiencia que tuvimos.

29/10/2024: Cenamos aquí varias noches. El servicio fue excelente. Los camareros saben cómo hacer excelentes Negronis y Aperol Spritzes (sp? ). Este restaurante es relativamente nuevo, solo unos años, pero merece todos los elogios que he visto. Mis amigos en su mayoría tenían los platos de marisco, que dijeron que eran excelentes, y la presentación de los mismos fue impresionante. Comía las diferentes pastas cada noche. Saben cómo cocinarlo correctamente. Las salsas (boloñesa, Pomodoro, y una salsa de limón de la que he olvidado el nombre) estaban deliciosas. La salsa de limón era algo que nunca había probado antes y estaba muy sabrosa. Las salsas rojas eran celestiales y llenas. La focaccia era ligera y absorbía muy bien las salsas restantes. ¡Y no puedo olvidar los postres! Desmayarse digno y derretirse en la boca. Sin duda volveré la próxima vez que esté en Positano.
