18/06/2025: We had one of the best dinners of our entire Amalfi Coast trip at Agriturismo Villa Maria. The food is absolutely incredible – all locally grown, 0 km, and homemade with love. You can really taste the freshness and quality in every dish. The setting is beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that makes the whole experience feel truly special. The staff were warm, welcoming, and passionate about what they do – it shows in every detail. Getting there from Maiori is a bit of a longer trip with quite a few steps to climb, but it's totally worth it. Once you arrive, you're rewarded with unforgettable food, views, and hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, local dining experience away from the tourist crowds. We absolutely loved it and would come back in a heartbeat!

18/06/2025: Je wordt heel hartelijk ontvangen door de bewoners Vincent & Maria. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal en we hebben er heerlijk gegeten. Er gaat ieder uur een busje van ‘t centrum naar de b&b.

01/08/2024: Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione da 7 portate, esperienza bellissima! Ottima cucina e servizio perfetto. Al tutto si aggiunge una location mozzafiato.

07/06/2024: Hotel a 5 stelle , terrazza Belvedere per niente all’ altezza. Siamo arrivati per il nostro anniversario con grandissima aspettativa perché consigliati da un caro amico. All’ingresso siamo stati accolti con molta freddezza. Arrivati sulla terrazza, il posto è davvero meraviglioso e la vista merita davvero. Considerata la serata con una leggera brezza mia moglie ha chiesto una coperta come avevano altri ospiti, abbiamo dovuto chiederla di nuovo dopo 15 minuti perché se ne erano dimenticati. Abbiamo richiesto un Martini , ce lo hanno portato ma senza alcun accompagnamento, neanche una patatina. Dopo 20 minuti dal Martini , sono venuti a prendere l’ordine. Premetto che tutta la sera hanno dedicato le attenzioni ad un tavolo da 10 ospiti e non abbiamo avuto la benché minima considerazione come ci si aspetterebbe da un locale di questo livello. Mi moglie ha preso il totano ripieno. Abbiamo dovuto mandarlo indietro, il ripieno era immangiabile, totalmente amaro. Il tagliolino alla tartare di gamberi senza infamia e senza lode così come la frittura di gamberi e totani. Nota positiva: il totano non lo hanno fatto pagare..

29/07/2025: Locale vuoto con sole due persone che prendono le ordinazioni, puliscono, cucinano e servono ai tavoli. Se entrano i NAS lo chiudono all’istante! Cibo salato e di pessima qualità e la proprietaria è stata anche scortese e maleducata quando le abbiamo fatto notare che il polpo era duro…Non entrate se tenete un minimo all’igiene

07/07/2025: Posizione incantevole: un terrazzino sospeso sul mare, una frittura di Paranza freschissima accompagnata da patatite fritte e per chiudere un delizioso gelatinosa locale!

29/08/2024: Location molto bella con vista spettacolare. Servizio impeccabile. Cibo veramente buono, a partire dal pane proposto insieme ad olio e burro, passando per le portate principali e finendo con i dolci.

21/09/2025: Evidently they don't want new customers... I'll start by saying that I called because it was already past 1:30 PM and I asked if we could have lunch. There were three of us, two adults and a child. They told me that a table was becoming available, so they would have a place by the time we arrived. We arrived more than 20 minutes later. I identified myself, but neither of the two people serving noticed me. We sat down on the bench at the entrance. After almost 15 minutes, the younger man asked me if we were the ones who had called. I said yes, and he told me it was time to set the table. I'd have you sit down. There was more than one table free, so let's wait. They came and went, no one set the table, no one noticed us, so we left. It was almost 3 PM. With a child in tow, you're beyond reproach. I don't understand why you had us come if you didn't want any more customers. Shame on you.

05/09/2025: The food was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful, and it was located in the forest. We were greeted by a fox, and it was an unforgettable experience. We'll be back again and again.

We approached the clerk, eager to order a "typical Cilento appetizer," given the large selection of dairy products, cured meats, and cheeses. It should be noted that it was just 12:30 PM on July 22, 2025. She informed us that she had run out of bread. However, we continued with our order, giving the clerk free rein—a serious mistake. For the two of us, we received: - a paltry bowl of seasoned cherry tomatoes - a reasonable, but barely sufficient, amount of prosciutto - 5 mozzarella balls, in number - a single portion of stracciatella - 2 bottles of water Now, considering we're in the heart of Cilento, I wonder, have the clerks ever heard of "Cilento appetizer"? I left them carte blanche, expecting to receive: - various cheeses, samples - various cured meats - various dairy products - pickled vegetables - reasonable quantity of mozzarella I'm at a dairy, and I'm leaving hungrier than before. One more clarification: I hope I'm wrong, but the clerk offered the customers who arrived after us "bread." **NEGATIVE experience for a dairy**
