11/06/2025: We ordered two small beers. We got 2 x 0.4 beers but charged the price of 2 bigs. Service wasn’t nice. We didn’t eat. I do not recommend.

02/09/2025: Don't go! I've never eaten as badly as here. Over €90 for three people, and we could only spit the food into our napkins. It seems as if they assume that guests are only there once to see the archaeological site.

19/08/2025: We arrived in the morning and parked the car to visit the Pompeii park... after the visit, we also stayed for lunch at 2 pm, and the kitchen was open... Superb welcome!!! The waiter was professional and very attentive. The dishes were superb; I recommend the first courses (we ordered those), the Genovese and the clams. The pasta was cooked al dente and plentiful. The flavor was fantastic!! We tried the pizza with Vesuvius cherry tomatoes; they melted in our mouths... I also highly recommend the Zucchini Parmigiana, excellent!! I've also read some reviews about this restaurant, and honestly, they don't deserve them. I'm sorry because we had a truly wonderful time. Congratulations... if we return to Pompeii, we know where to go.

29/07/2025: Came as part of a tour. Asked for a mixed salad and got a plate of plain lettuce. Husband’s gnocchi appeared to be tinned. If we wanted pizza it was a 45 minute wait. My seat was in an ants’ nest. All in all pretty dreadful.

28/07/2025: Posto incantevole tra le rovine romane. Personale eccellente e cibo di ottima qualità. Pranzare sotto il pergolato nonostante la pioggia è stata un'esperienza unica. 02/06/2025: Tuvimos una gran comida y una gran experiencia en Tiberio! Después de una mañana en las ruinas de Pompeya, hicimos el corto viaje a Tiberio para un almuerzo de buena comida. La comida / bebidas eran excelentes y el servicio excelente. El propietario compartió sus experiencias, que incluyeron su cena en la Casa Blanca, donde explicó cómo pudieron reconstruir la forma en que se preparaban los alimentos en la antigua Pompeya. Simplemente encantador. Me alegro de que nuestra compañía turística, Tauck, nos llevara allí.

16/08/2025: McDonald's is very messy, very dirty, very uninterested staff and I'll give you a two star rating, in fact I'm already giving it these two stars. Try not to come and visit this McDonald's to see how they can make an ideal hygienic order to accommodate a customer.

07/01/2025: We spent New Year's Eve in this restaurant. The place is basically a veranda closed with sheets that let in drafts, my feet were frozen all evening. As for the food, the appetizers were decent, the first course was paccheri with seafood ragù, the ragù was good, the paccheri were overcooked (and it takes a lot to overcook the paccheri!), the second course, risotto with champagne was tasteless, completely without salt and above all without champagne! The second course, sea bream fillet was good but the potatoes on top were raw. The apple pie was good but frozen, but the thing that really left me speechless were the lentils, the big ones from discount stores, dry, mushy, completely without salt, unpresentable and inedible, in fact everyone left them. A positive note was the service, kind and polite girls/boys I don't think we'll be returning to this restaurant again

01/01/2025: A delicious New Year's Eve in Pompeii How can I not leave an excellent review for this place, where we were truly welcomed like family without neglecting professionalism, accompanied by good music as soon as we arrived Antonio one of the owners immediately welcomed us like family, the super active staff, but the jewel in the crown was Gianluca the Chef also one of the owners who delighted and pampered us with his splendid and tasty fish-based cuisine, all fresh, cooked to perfection but with flavors above many other places in Pompeii, highly recommended. Well done guys, I can only recommend everyone to taste your delicacies THE TOP of the cuisine, the welcome, the cleanliness, the elegance and professionalism. Well done. Well done.

08/06/2025: Molto bella l'opzione di cenare nel giardino del ristorante, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.Frittura di pesce ottima, antipasti e dolci anche. Ci tornerei volentieri.

24/07/2025: This place was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I honestly don’t understand how it’s still in business. From the moment we walked in, we were hit with a musty smell and a depressing atmosphere that felt more like a run-down waiting room than a restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food — despite the place being half-empty — and when it finally arrived, it was cold, bland, and clearly microwaved. I ordered a schnitzel that could’ve doubled as a rubber shoe sole, and the sides were greasy, soggy, and completely unappetizing. I’ve had better meals out of a vending machine. The service? Awful. The staff looked annoyed just to be there. Unfriendly, inattentive, and couldn’t be bothered to check on us once. When we mentioned the issues, they shrugged and walked away. Not even a fake apology. And let’s not even talk about the bathrooms — filthy, disgusting, and clearly not cleaned all day. No toilet paper, no soap. Honestly, a health inspector’s worst nightmare. Bottom line: This “restaurant” fails on every single level — food, service, hygiene, atmosphere. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. Save yourself the regret and go literally anywhere else.

10/07/2025: A rose among thorns, this place is what you want for a quick delicious meal. My boys and I took a 10 minute walk and found this gem. Fantastic food and a great local atmosphere.

04/07/2025: Pasamos a tomar un café y un refrigerio después de visitar el parque arqueológico. No se muestran precios de café, bebidas frías ni pasteles. Pedí un café, una botella pequeña de agua, un mini pastel y un postre de natillas en un recipiente tipo yogur. Cuando fui a pagar, no me entregaron ninguna factura en papel, pero me dijeron que la factura era de 17 euros. Dije que no iba a pagar tanto y que dejaran de intentar estafarme. Redujo la factura a 12 euros, pero aún no hay factura en papel que muestre los precios. Le di 10 euros y le dije que era suficiente. Él aceptó. Lamentable dado el flujo de turistas al lado del parque arqueológico, sienten que tienen que estafar a los turistas... que vergüenza. En una nota positiva, ¡no me cobraron extra por usar el baño!

16/08/2025: Poor quality food, zucchini flowers stuffed with sour ricotta, inedible fried foods, terrible, extremely slow service. And be careful with your bill; you might end up with items you ordered that never made it to the table, due to their negligence. A nightmare pizzeria. Negative reviews are useful for improving.

06/08/2025: If you want a real Italian pizza, you go to Pizzeria Bella 'Mbria. The Staff are welcoming, knowledgeable (one if ours has some allergies, and they knew every single ingredient in the food), and above else - professional to a fault. We had so much fun here it's unreal. The food was delicious. There's a collection of local alcohols to choose from, and if you need anything specific that's not on the menu, just ask about it. When we're in Pompeii next time, this will be our go-to Restaurant.

10/09/2025: They delivered cold, burnt, tasteless, and unsightly pizzas. The escarole was half-raw, tasteless, and overcooked. The pizzas were red because there was no sauce. Never again.

08/09/2025: Sunday evening, I ordered three pizzas on Glovo: they were perfectly undercooked!!! Terrible product

28/08/2025: I asked for gluten-free lasagna and it's not a fad, they said they have it, when we were about to order the answer was "we don't have anything like that", so I asked for fish. I ordered fish which was served CRUD, 😡 I don't recommend it!

27/08/2025: A tourist pizzeria in the square in Pompeii. I've had better pizzerias in Milan. Above-average prices. Confusing service. Modest ingredients.
