04/04/2024: Awful. Unexpectedly worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I never heard of a restaurant before that refused to change or replace a meal when a customer complained because it tasted bad. But that's the policy here! And then they made me pay for it, even though it went in the bin. Food zero/10, Customer service zero/10. They are right by the entrance to Pompei so they don't care. Beware, if you have a bad experience and leave them a bad review, they post abusive and insulting replies. Just read the many 1* reviews below!

26/03/2024: Warm, almost magical environment with all the lights turned on in the evening. When it is summer the roof is full of greenery, while in winter the closed roof displays little lights that look like stars. You are always greeted with a smile by the very kind owners. The staff were polite and courteous.. The products are always first choice, I have been frequenting this place for some time now and I must say that I am more and more fascinated by it. We go as a couple with my husband, family and friends.. I highly recommend it!

11/03/2024: They made us sit in a corner where they forgot us, I had to go and ask to order, once I had placed my order a dish was missing... more than 45 minutes had passed... luckily the waiter assured me that within 5 minutes he made it arrive and so it was. I find that the quality and quantity of the food has decreased, I don't know if it was because everything was done in a hurry or if it was always like this. I was disappointed.

09/03/2024: Meat arrived cold not even remotely similar to the photo on the menu and with a 20 minute delay between a sandwich and a dish ordered together......in terrible decline

05/04/2024: Perfect for visiting the excavations, also close to the center 10 minutes on foot, we were in a camper, I found the service blocks a bit small but with hot water always available, we liked the attached pizzeria, for Easter we paid € 40 per night. Attentive, friendly and accommodating staff. Advised

26/03/2024: Ok the location is really facing the archaeological site of Pompeii - hence my two star rating. But that does not justify either the price (37 euros) or the state of the toilets (tiny and dirty, you shower on tiptoe and it is better to have a toilet in your vehicle). 03/03/2024: Excellent place to have breakfast before entering the Pompeii excavations, it takes a few minutes of walking but it is absolutely more than worth it. Get off and walk to this place of quality food and friendly, helpful staff. Tanda

04/11/2023: Please, avoid this place if you do not want to pay extra 3€ per person. We were in three, ordered three drinks, and on top of the bill, they charged 3€ per person just for a few chips they offered themselves and didn’t order. In total, the paid 18€ more for just four chips we didn’t order. On top of that, they are so slow to serve and to attend you.

18/11/2023: The food was basically ok, pasta dishes and pizza. The place was interesting, we couldn't sit outside because there was no space there. The waiter outside didn't know English, but he told us a lot in Italian. And finally, another waiter came and led me down to a cellar, through the kitchen, through the warehouse. We ate there. It was quite bizarre. The ordered dishes were brought out in 4 rounds, with short and long breaks. There were 7 of us, so it was quite interesting. When paying, an item was added to our bill that we didn't even eat, but this was corrected as we said.

06/04/2024: Let me start by saying that I have already been to this pizzeria 2 other times, having in both cases the same impression as the one I am about to describe. I only wanted to try again because I was planning on ordering takeout. I enter the place, I approach the cashier (welcomed by no one) at a convenient time when there were very few people and the cashier doesn't even say "good evening" to me or bother to look me in the face, but remains absorbed in his cell phone. To which I say that I have already viewed the digital menu downloaded from their Instagram page (of the Pompeii branch) and that I want to order two specific take-away pizzas. I am told: "No, this is the menu"; and the same cashier, without ever sparing me a glance or apologizing for the incorrect communication on Instagram, hands me an old list of pizzas where the ones I had already spotted are not there. In the end I choose two different flavors and he makes me pay without even a thank you. I also agree that the prices are higher than those on the menu on the Instagram page and the pizzas are so small that they look more like wallet pizzas (photo attached). It's fine that we are in Pompeii, but quality and above all respect for the customer should be the imperative for a "high level" chain as they describe themselves.

01/04/2024: Had lunch today with my mother, welcoming and pleasant environment, staff who treated you with kindness and friendliness. On the plus side, they accept dogs, in fact as soon as we sat down they immediately brought fresh water to my little Pomeranian Spitz. We ordered the mountain meat sauce (highly recommended), light, soft and very tasty. Then we had a margherita pizza and one with mortadella and pistachio, very good, digestible and of high quality. For our puppy instead, grilled chicken breast which she liked and appreciated. I recommend this place, affordable prices. I will definitely go back.

03/03/2024: Bella Locations, makes a variety of pizza and panuozzo. Furthermore, on Friday evenings he engages in Karaoke, dancing etc. I highly recommend it

02/04/2024: A bad experience all in all. Small portions, mediocre food, very bad service. The waiter demanded us to tip (which we would had he not demanded it in such disrespectful way) and when we didn’t he started talking to his colleague in Italian obviously talking bad about us. There isn’t even one good reason to go there.

29/03/2024: Very pleasant evening! Good food and very friendly welcome. Considering the location in front of the sanctuary, the price is also reasonable.
