08/06/2026: A classic McDonald's located in the center of Pompeii, opposite one of the many exits to the archaeological excavations. Nothing special, quick service, and standard McDonald's food with prices in line with other stores.

07/06/2026: McDonald's on Pompei Via Roma generally offers good food and service, and the staff is always professional. Unfortunately, however, on Saturday evenings, the situation often becomes unbearable. For some time now, a group of customers has been consistently creating confusion within the dining room, with loud noises, disrespectful behavior, and poor maintenance of common areas. The atmosphere becomes unpleasant for other customers, making it difficult to enjoy a meal in peace. On a few occasions, the situation has degenerated into arguments and insults among diners, creating a general atmosphere of tension that the staff, however, attempts to manage professionally. This is a recurring problem, especially on Saturday evenings, and in my opinion, stricter controls are needed to ensure a minimum level of order and respect within the restaurant. Currently, the experience may be compromised, despite the restaurant's quality of service.

21/07/2026: I paid for a delivery of 21.38, it arrives from Glovo, the delivery is missing the chips, I call the Md Donald Mall and they tell me "sorry" or come here or see with Glovo, I reply "ok if I could come I didn't do the delivery through Glovo." Anyway, I contact Glovo and they make me spend another 6.57 to get me the chips already paid for 4.99, it's a disgrace, a crispy sandwich, 4 nuggets and I paid twice for the chips, this evening I get a total of 27.94

14/06/2026: We spent a lovely day at the La Cartiera shopping center, where we booked a table at Fresco. I have to say, we were truly satisfied. Everything was excellent.

05/06/2026: Several times in Pompeii, we experienced a farcical dining experience. We waited approximately 35 minutes, and the waiter told us that the longer the wait, the fresher the food. Only about ten tables were occupied. He spent the entire evening yelling at his sole waitress, who remained ever smiling. Then he turned on the kitchen, shouting through the small window overlooking the kitchen and the main entrance of the restaurant, just making a lot of noise. We quickly ate our dinner to escape this spectacle worthy of a comedy sketch. I think this gentleman should hand over the reins to someone more competent, dynamic, and respectful of his staff. Oh, and I almost forgot, he calculated the bill himself, seemingly by guesswork...

29/01/2026: A nice sit down location before taking a tour of Pompeii. Had a quick sandwich for fuel, it was fine.

23/01/2026: The place is very pleasant. The covered terraces, perfect for keeping warm during the winter, offer stunning views of the city and the surrounding mountains. The food is remarkably good, arriving quickly and piping hot, made with high-quality local ingredients that allow you to experience authentic Campanian cuisine. International dishes are available for children. The service is excellent. The food is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected in a restaurant located next to such a popular tourist attraction.

05/07/2026: I visited the pizzeria, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't positive. The prices of the craft beers seemed truly excessive: €9 for a large beer and €6 for a small one. Furthermore, the croquettes were served cold, which disappointed me. Furthermore, there was no receipt, just a simple delivery note with the prices... I hope this feedback will be taken as a starting point to improve the service and offer a more balanced quality-price ratio.

14/06/2026: I just had a pizza here and I'm absolutely thrilled. The dough was exactly how it should be: **super light and fluffy** and baked to perfection. It wasn't heavy at all, but simply tasted fresh and incredibly delicious. If you're craving a really good, fluffy pizza, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be back! 🍕✨

04/06/2026: A hidden gem in Pompeii! Besides pizza, I highly recommend the traditional Neapolitan "Per e Muss" (lemon and salt seasoned mixed tripe). Fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly delicious. 07/03/2026: The food, service, and atmosphere were terrible. It was cold inside, and we were offered a choice of dishes, including some rather nauseating fried fish. The portions were tiny (when we asked for second helpings of fries, they were almost counted), and the fish seemed almost raw. The staff was almost always rude. This was definitely an experience we wouldn't repeat. It's worth noting that we were kids on a school trip who had to spend the entire afternoon walking.
