From a service perspective, the product was delivered in unsuitable conditions, a sign of poor customer service and a lack of attention to the overall quality of the experience. When purchasing a dessert, especially ice cream, you expect meticulous presentation and a proper consistency, not a practically liquid product. Overall, a negative experience: perceived quality far below expectations and insufficient customer service.

It's run by enthusiastic and friendly young people. The food is delicious, including the gluten-free sandwich, and above all, they're incredibly friendly! They also make good coffee, so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast at a good price.

Oddly enough, compared to other reviews, I have to say that everything went well. The staff was quick and courteous. The food met the brand's standards.
