29/01/2026: Sincere congratulations to the Store Manager (cashier), who, with her dazzling smile from the moment we greeted us to the moment we said goodbye, made us feel truly at ease and happy to return.
I've been coming here for years with my daughters, but I'd never before felt such a strong sense of empathy and professionalism.
Although I missed seeing some of the kind waiters who are no longer working, it was wonderful to spend one of them's birthday in such a pleasant atmosphere. I'm still particularly grateful to the management for the candles and the happy birthday greetings, a simple but truly touching gesture.
Thank you so much, we'll be back with great pleasure.

06/03/2026: Restaurant outside the Pompeii ruins… We ordered one pasta with pesto and the other with Bolognese sauce. It tasted like it came from a package; there was way too much pesto, it was inedible. We also ordered two orange juices, and they tasted rotten—horrible. I don't recommend it.
04/03/2026: The Waitress was very rude and impatient with my sister. They pick the food with their hands without washing it.
Focaccia sandwich was bad for the price.
The ice cream was good.
They let me prove it before Buying.

26/01/2026: Delicious pizza and great Aperol. Not overly sweet like in Poland :) The dough and ingredients are fantastic. I recommend it.
21/01/2026: We were served very quickly. They didn't have all the desserts on the menu available, but they offered us a wide variety. The pizzas were truly delicious; I definitely recommend it.

05/03/2026: The restaurant is a bit dated; perhaps it was appreciated years ago, but today it doesn't really stand out for its distinctive style. Culinary-wise, there are two drawbacks: while the menu isn't particularly varied, it's decent; especially the meats, it's uninspiring, both in terms of quality and primarily because of the prices, which are clearly above average. The same goes for the appetizers, side dishes, and desserts; while they're worth it, the prices aren't justified. Ultimately, the friendliness of the staff alone can't justify the prices, which in similar, yet more attractive, establishments are significantly lower for higher quality.

23/02/2026: Fresh ingredients and this is not a given, the quality of the products is good (reported as all you can eat) it is logical that you will not be served fresh red tuna for even 20 euros 😆
06/01/2026: I've eaten here several times, and despite the all-you-can-eat option, I can say the quality of the dishes is very high, significantly above average compared to other options. I also tried the ramen, which I found excellent. Highly recommended.

It's a nice bar, and the croissants are good, but overall the place didn't strike me as particularly clean. And it's best not to mention the bathroom.

01/03/2026: The Dream 64 is a guarantee! Both for gluten-free and, I might add, especially gluten-free and lactose-free dishes.
It's my go-to... Nothing else to say! Try it and believe it!
The owners are truly delightful people, and chatting with them while enjoying their delicacies is a unique pleasure!

12/03/2026: Fantastic staff make this place perfect for your stay in pompeii. The reception staff are so helpful and the breakfast team so friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again just for the attentive service. The only down sides being the poor electrical points in the bedroom which we could not get our electrical appliances to work in, and this included the hotel room kettle, the non working fridge which meant that I could't keep my medication cold, the lack of balcony furniture and tepid "hot" water in the shower. This is a shame as the wonderful staff really put their hearts into making your stay an experience which you will not forget. The hotel is sited opposite the archeology site and there are transport links to other places close by.
10/03/2026: Fantastic location, opposite the entrance to the excavations. Very convenient private parking. Breakfast was adequate, but the cappuccino was truly tasteless, both from the bar and the vending machine. The fruit juice was the same. The desserts are standard—pies and donuts, but no local products (no sfogliatelle, cannoli, etc.). Only plain croissants. Single-serving packaged jams and off-brand yogurt, only plain. Bread, but no toaster. Maple syrup, but no pancakes.
Small room with a tiny bathroom, with broken tiles and exposed grout. Small TV. Very comfortable bed.
Are you sure it's a 4-star hotel?
Thank you for your kind reply. But from your booking confirmation email, which I've attached, we had booked a standard double room, not an economy one.
We also paid for the two small bottles of water, which were the only items in the minibar. This has never happened in a 4-star hotel, or at least without being notified at check-in. Thanks again for your consideration.

11/06/2025: Fantástico helado italiano a excelentes precios! Uno pensaría que como esto se encuentra en la plaza principal, estaría pagando precios de gama alta, pero no, esta tienda vende helados a precios tan asequibles. Probamos vainilla y pistacho. Ambos fueron increíbles. El tamaño de la porción del helado es muy grande. Puedes compartir una fácilmente con tu pareja. Recomiendo encarecidamente una visita aquí!
02/06/2025: 4 ragazze svogliate e maleducate specialmente quella più in carne con l’allergia e quella con l’orecchino al naso le abbiamo chiesto due milkshake e le due si sono guardate sbuffando su chi dovesse farlo in più con fare maleducato per la scelta dei gelati dei bambini invitava a fare presto . Vergogna queste ragazze sono maleducate e in questo esercizio commerciale non verremo mai più che schifo di servizio
