08/09/2025: A truly lovely place, discovered by chance while looking for something to eat after visiting the Royal Palace of Caserta. We were truly fortunate; everything we tried was delicious. You can choose whatever you like, both cooked and cured, and the prices are fair. It's a shame it's so far away.

08/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance for lunch in July and it was a pleasant surprise. They offer a wide selection of products with a very welcoming area to sit and eat. For me, being vegan, there were lots of delicious vegetables. Next time I'm in Caserta, I'll definitely be back.

30/08/2025: Avoid. We arrived at 8:30 PM, and the first waiter showed up after 30 minutes. After 1:30 PM, we still hadn't been served. At 10:30 PM, the first burgers arrived one by one... GO ELSEWHERE.

11/06/2025: The pizza is excellent. The environment is not elegant, but familiar, quiet and well-kept. On the tables there are tablecloths and cloth napkins. The staff is kind and welcoming, always with a smile. The selection of pizzas is wide, I recommend the classic ones rather than the gourmet ones. The wait is limited. On holidays and days before holidays it is always better to book. One flaw: the selection of desserts is limited. Despite this I often go back.

20/05/2025: Guys trust me, we went to this pizzeria to try some of their pizzas, what can I say a great experience, very light dough, ingredients on top of the pizza of excellent quality, impeccable service, always attentive to the needs of the customer, the frittatine are very good, crispy on the outside and very tasty and flavorful on the inside, we tried the classic ones and the cacio e pepe, at the end of the dinner we took the straccetti with Nutella and I can say that they melted in your mouth. I can only tell you to try it because it is superior to many famous pizzerias in the province of Caserta. Congratulations indeed!

26/05/2025: Very good food, high quality and with many choices. I was impressed, in addition to the quality and care in preparing the chicken, also by the choice and flavor of the salad: nothing pre-packaged, but something good (very good) and selected. Even the homemade sauces are exceptional, like the equally fresh and tasty French fries. In short, many things that are not obvious and that make the difference. The quality and authentic flavors they offer are worth the whole trip to get there. Furthermore, the place is really nice, very clean (even the bathrooms) and the staff is very attentive and kind. Really many compliments! I hope to return soon from the north and eat at your place again!

27/08/2025: I can't wait to go back! Top service and exceptional meat! The only flaw was a glass with a bad smell, but it was promptly changed by the super-kind waiter. He also served excellent wines and sparkling wines, so it's fine to spend 70-80 euros if you eat well.

13/08/2025: Summary: - Beautiful location. For intimate moments. - Top service. Attentive and courteous. - Food doesn't reflect the price at all. Good, worth trying, but very poor value. A welcoming place, with great attention to detail, refined, perfect for a chic, romantic dinner. Very quiet, almost making it uncomfortable to chat with the person in front of you. Absolutely not for those with a loud voice. Top service. Impeccable, precise, non-stressful, and high-quality. The food was definitely below par. We went straight for the meat to avoid ruining our appetite. We chose two medium-high-end 300g cuts. One was good but nothing special, the other was shameful. At the modest price of €10/hour, if it barely melts in your mouth, it's unacceptable, and if you have to chew it thoroughly to get a bite down, it's a real disappointment. Much better with the side dishes: truly delicious mashed potatoes and warm bread. For wine, I asked for a glass to accompany the meat, and it was vinegar. It tasted like a €3 bottle at the supermarket. A glass cost €10. It's true that you could have a bottle, and there was a wide selection.

10/09/2025: We stayed in this hotel the 3rd week of August and it was a beautiful week, kindness, courtesy and excellent welcome, excellent cuisine, Mrs. Marisa is a beautiful person, excellent spa, swimming pools and I conclude with the masseuse Mrs. Anna very good, we will definitely return.....

24/07/2025: The best pizza in Caserta, hands down. There are obviously many other good pizzerias in Caserta, but their pizza delivery is unmatched, in my opinion. Friendly and helpful, they've never had a single delay with home deliveries, and the place is beautiful. Meticulous attention to detail. Furthermore, their countertop products are exceptional and offer a wide selection. The only downside is the recent, unjustified price increase on some pizzas.

27/07/2025: The staff and owner are kind and attentive to different needs, very professional, the atmosphere is familiar and very welcoming, the dishes are well prepared and adequate, good value for money.

26/07/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday with some friends and we spent a quiet Sunday, with excellent food. Especially the wine list is super stocked, spacious and clean rooms, professional and courteous staff. What can I say, everything was excellent, we will definitely return.

17/08/2025: The place is nicely styled, but the interior is dimly lit, making it difficult to see. The staff was very friendly throughout the evening, but I didn't like the food; it had no flavor and seemed frozen and served. The prices are too high for the quality, and there are few parking spaces outside without any clear lines. I don't think I'll be back.

16/06/2025: Really nice and well decorated place, very colorful and unique. We had the chips with cheddar and bacon and we liked them a lot. The croquette was nothing special and the sandwiches were rather dry, we didn't like them.

The owner is incredibly kind and personable, the food is delicious and made with the freshest ingredients, the place is clean and welcoming, making you feel right at home, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend it for young people who want to have fun with karaoke on Fridays and eat delicious and tasty treats! I highly recommend it!

03/08/2025: This is my second time at Chalet Helen, and I have to say I was thrilled once again. The place is simply wonderful, with attention to every detail, and the food is excellent! The ladies in the dining room were courteous and attentive. In short, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.
