23/10/2025: Unfortunately, I must report a growing lack of professionalism on the part of this pizzeria. We order often, and after several negative experiences with delivery times, we always ask for an approximate wait time to avoid ordering at 8:00 PM and eating at midnight. Lately, in addition to an unfriendly attitude on the phone, we've regularly been informed of times that don't correspond to reality: they tell us 40 minutes, and then the wait consistently extends to over an hour and a half. This behavior also penalizes us for choosing an alternative, because if the wait were actually 30-40 minutes, we wouldn't consider other pizzerias in the area, but having to wait more than two hours is truly excessive. Furthermore, when we called to remind us—which arrived a full 50 minutes after the estimated time—we were rudely told that the waiting time was that, and if we didn't like it, we could cancel the order... at 11:00 PM! Do you think this is acceptable behavior? I don't recommend this pizzeria to anyone looking for reliability, honesty, and customer service. Use it only as a last resort: there are much more reliable professionals in the area.

18/10/2025: TERRIBLE TAKEOUT EXPERIENCE! We ordered 4 pizzas and 3 saltimbocca for 9 PM. The delivery man arrived at 10:10 PM. We checked the pizzas to be sure, and the saltimbocca were EMPTY… The delivery man went back, but when he came back with the saltimbocca, they were full, BUT WITH THE WRONG TOPS. We kept the pizzas because it was late and we felt sorry for the delivery man, but I highly recommend against it💔

16/10/2025: It’s cold and raining in capri - and we buy $10 worth of gelato next to the gelato stand, and sit down at one small table on a row of empty tables out front. We get asked to leave unless we order dine in?? Guess we’ll just stand in the rain eating gelato when the place is empty?

13/10/2025: Very ovepriced with questionable quality. Our bill was €46 but we were charged €50 instead. The cc machine is ready to tap when they hand it to you. I asked for the receipt and it was when I realized they charged more than the bill. Good location that's why they don't care about the reviews

03/11/2025: Nasty nasty pizzeria. Would not recommend the lady’s are terrible. The customer service was very bad and food was disgusting. There was a bug in my food. Not clean. We also ended getting sick.

14/08/2025: Terrible experience. I ordered a Jefferson amaro (at the modest price of €8), but they sold me a more commercial amaro. When I showed the waiter the evidence, I was told they did this because the Jefferson bottle was warm. Being taken for a ride is never nice. Never again.

20/07/2025: Terrible experience, I had a coffee at the counter, it was incredibly hot... the bartenders were all sweating, I feel so sorry for them, I can't imagine how they can work like this

11/07/2025: We came here by chance without reading the negative reviews, and I regret it... the first course was "fish" that was all frozen, high prices, old and smelly atmosphere, a dump. P.S. They only accept cash, shameful, change your profession.

02/05/2025: Eravamo in 3, dovevamo andare di fretta ed era l’unico locale non pieno. Ci siediamo e ci viene detto che le pizze non si possono fare ma soltanto pannuozzi o primi. Ci prendiamo 3 pannuozzi, mangiati per fame e non erano nemmeno caldi. Ma la cosa terribile che 3 di noi, 3 bibibite e 3 pannuozzi abbiamo speso 48€. Ma veramente così volete attirare i clienti?

14/10/2025: I don't know where these bad reviews come from. We ate a delicious giant croissant with pistachio and Neapolitan cream, and had coffee with it, while waiting for the bus to Vesuvius. Everything was delicious.

25/09/2025: I think it's better if you don't open next year at all, I'll stop here otherwise it will be worse.

29/08/2025: A refreshment stand on the beach of the same name. What can I say? Everything is incredibly expensive and of poor quality. The guys behind the counter, mobbed by hordes of tourists, do what they can. I even think they're kind. If you decide to spend a day at the beach, there are no alternatives except the nearby diner, which also has ridiculous prices.

04/08/2025: Questa recensione non riguarda i prodotti di questo esercizio che non ho assaggiato ma il personale che si è dimostrato sgradevole e per niente gentile. Chiunque abbia un figlio tra i 2 e 3 anni sa bene che appena spannolinati non hanno ancora il controllo per cui appena dicono "pipì" bisogna correre. Avevamo da poco consumato un gelato da Bellavia ma quando c'è stata l' urgenza aveva appena chiuso per cui ci ha suggerito di andare da Don cake facendo il loro nome essendo la stessa catena. Quando siamo andati il titolare ha iniziato a mettere in dubbio che fossimo stati da Bellavia e in modo molto infastidito ci ha "concesso" di andare in bagno. Ha inoltre sottolineato che non si sarebbe preso la responsabilità di eventuali cadute del bambino visto che c' erano delle scale come se io volessi quasi farlo cadere di proposito...mah...credo che chiunque altro vedendo un bimbo piccolo non avrebbe fatto problemi senza o con la "raccomandazione" di Bellavia. Conclusione: mio figlio avendo percepito i toni piuttosto sgradevoli della conversazione non è voluto più andare in bagno. Credo che per fare i commercianti non basti solo avere buoni prodotti ma anche saper avere a che fare con i clienti potenziali e non e con le persone in generale...

27/10/2025: TERRIBLE. One evening, my friends and I wanted something tasty, and we ended up poisoned. Cuoppo di mare with a few pieces reheated in the microwave, rubbery and inedible calamari for a whopping €8. My friends ordered a cuoppo di terra. By the end of the story, we were all nauseated. This isn't Naples, this is a tourist trap, and unfortunately, as Neapolitans, we fell head over heels for it. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, and TERRIBLE again.

15/10/2025: WARNING! Blatant rip-off, coperto and forced tip of 9 euros. Please steer clear of "Porto Salvo" in Amalfi.

09/09/2025: Two coffees, two croissants, €7 Not even good... I had the feeling that since we're not Neapolitan, they wanted to rip us off... Avoid.

26/08/2025: To be avoided, the croissant is definitely dated, with a non-existent cream filling, if it can be defined as cream, inadequate price and of course without a receipt.

09/10/2025: Do not come here. For an Aperol Spritz, one beer and some calamari (which were good but not amazing) they charges us 28 euros!!! Insane.

22/09/2025: Extremely expensive! A Coke costs 5 euros, served without a single chip or peanut.

15/08/2025: Extremely long wait times for the arrival without air conditioning in August 40 degrees outside 50 inside plus I realized that these people can only live thanks to tourism since there was no real local food like mozzarella on the pizza even if you paid gold! But it was only provoletta!!!!

27/09/2025: (Glovo) Guys, please, you can't write "buffalo milk cream" and put condensed milk in it, and I love you guys... two completely different things, let's face it. 😒 Maybe if you didn't have buffalo milk cream available, a call to replace the product would have been nice. If I had been pregnant, my son would have been born with a birthmark shaped like a croissant 😂

21/09/2025: It's a shame I can't give less than one star. I placed an order through Glovo, and as always, something is missing or everything arrives upside down. I called the restaurant and they told me the delivery driver didn't take the missing order, while the delivery driver told me they didn't deliver it to him. They're inattentive and unprofessional; they should be careful to deliver the correct orders to the delivery driver and check what they give. I also work with Glovo at my restaurant, and every time I'm about to give the delivery driver an order, I always check how many bags and what to give him, precisely to avoid things like this. Not to mention that they don't issue receipts, just bags with the order code written on them in marker... the finance department should do a thorough check, and I'll take care of that by sending everything.
