01/06/2026: An enviable location right in the heart of Capri's Piazzetta. The historic charm of Gran Caffè Vuotto is impossible to miss, perfect for people-watching and soaking up the island's unique atmosphere. ​However, the overall experience was only average. While the quality of the products is decent, the prices are decidedly high, which is understandable given the location, but one would expect a more attentive and prompt level of service in return. We had to wait quite a while for our food, and the staff seemed rather hasty. ​A place that focuses on its history and view, but could offer a more refined experience to better justify the price.
