18/09/2025: I've been to this place, the pizza was nothing special, the gas oven then the smell of food in the dining room was open, the kitchen was without extractors, the bathrooms were running water, the prices were very high, nothing to write home about, I wouldn't recommend it.

11/09/2025: An escalation of defects: a classic pizza slice, not bad; a fried calzone, one of the frozen ones, reheated in the oven but not enough to melt the mozzarella; and finally, a poached sausage that presented obvious problems: the dough was completely hard; I don't know how many days old it was, or if it was from the same day and had hardened, but in any case, it couldn't be offered to the customer. I only removed the sausage, as the dough was inedible, and I'll let the attached photo speak for itself. I support and understand restaurateurs, aware that mistakes or oversights can happen, but presenting such products is, in my opinion, an unjustifiable mistake. I should start by saying that I've eaten a whole pizza at this pizzeria in the past; like the slice, it was also classic, not exceptional, but in line with most takeout pizzerias. However, I believe the overall rating is greatly influenced by such a lack of attention to detail.

24/08/2025: I called at 9:00 PM for an order, it's 11:06 PM I called to cancel the order. I called back after so many times they said 10 minutes and it will come, but nothing ever arrived at my house, I have 2 children waiting for the sandwich, you suck! I put one star to leave a review otherwise I wouldn't have put it.

05/08/2025: I gave this bakery several chances before giving up and writing this review. The products may be of decent quality, but the decorations aren't up to par. If I ask for a cake a certain way, the cake has to be that way. You can't change the color, shape, or ingredients on your own. I asked for a cake without cream, but it was covered in cream. I asked for a yellowish cake, but the cake was white. Finally, I asked for a white heart-shaped cake with cherries, but the cake was brown, round, and without cherries. The absurd thing is that, given my past experience, I had taken the photo from their profile, confident they knew how to make it. Yet, they even got that wrong. Then they delivered the cake already beautifully packaged, so I didn't even get a good look at it on site. Low prices, poor decoration quality. So don't have too high expectations, even if you send photos of cakes they've already made.

04/08/2025: Terrible service! I ordered a cake for yesterday with photos and details, everything was fine, everything as requested. We arrive at the bakery and there's no order in my name, even with a WhatsApp conversation with the details, but they insist they don't have any orders. They caused me a huge inconvenience, we won't be returning!

02/09/2025: Since they changed management, they've also changed the type of croissant, which is no longer brioche but puff pastry. The previous croissants were larger and filled with more filling. Unfortunately, I have to give them a negative review because the quality isn't what it used to be. I'm sorry, but I won't be going again... another place that's losing points here in Torre... I'm sorry.

27/07/2025: The food may be good, but I can say that my experience when I ordered through Deliveroo wasn't the best. An error occurred, and the people here refused to respond to Deliveroo about the mistake, so they could cancel the order before it was finished. They eventually responded to me, but I found a rather rude lady who didn't even let me finish speaking. In the end, I waited 3 hours (I'm still waiting), not even knowing if they messed up my food or not (in fact, I won't eat it). I'm sorry to have to say this, but I never expected such a negative experience.

25/05/2025: Manager propietario gentile e anche I camerieri...assolutamente ringrazio per la gentilezza della precedenza avuta per mia moglia incinta...ma onestamente non ci ritornerei, qualità prezzo zero! Pizza NON napoletana una margherita 14€ il prezzo di Capri, frittura di calamari bruciata che ancora la devo digerire, una birra 10€...ho sbagliato io dovevo capire che è un posto per turisti ma proprio per questo vi scrivo; la nostra città merita qualità, se mettete questi prezzi dovete esserne all'altezza di cioʻ...non è una questione economica ma di obbiettività....di solito non scrivo recenzioni ma spero che capiate che ad oggi mettere prezzi alti richiede anche un servizio e una qualità di prodotti all'altezza e non avere la mentalità del" chi se ne frega tsnto passano tanti turisti" Dio vi benedica ma non ci ritornerei mai piu.

13/10/2025: After a few years, I returned to this restaurant, which has since changed address. I offered my group of 13 a dinner with a fixed menu for €40 on Friday, October 10, 2025. It was a terrible place; there was music, but it was actually nonexistent, and we were the only ones in the restaurant at 9:30 PM. They served us terrible wine, which they changed once because it was even worse than the one they left on the table. The appetizers: the mozzarella was yellow, the parmigiana was awful/sour, and the anchovies, which were supposed to be served in the center of the table, were plated up, and there were about 4 per plate, while the mussels were barely warm and dry (inedible). The first courses weren't great, especially the gnocchi, and the second courses were even worse. When we asked for coffee, they told us they didn't serve it. The only person in the restaurant, besides the person who was ringing the bell (who left before us), was the waiter, who often didn't even understand our requests because he probably didn't speak Italian. I thought I'd spend an evening in a typical Neapolitan restaurant (as it actually was a few years ago), but it was anything but. In the end, we paid our dues, and even though we were clearly unhappy, the only waiter/person present took it without a word. In my opinion, it made a terrible impression on my travel companions, but above all, the food was terrible, and not only that. As a customer wrote in another review, I gave it one star because you can't give zero.

28/09/2025: A real disgrace! Yesterday, during the Gigi D'Alessio concert, we stopped at this pizzeria to get a slice of takeout pizza and were treated horribly. The blonde woman at the counter was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful to the customers. We paid €4.50 for a so-called "pizza a portafoglio," which was actually a tiny piece, as hard as a biscuit: not pizza at all! A rip-off and an insult to Neapolitan tradition. We were shocked: in Naples, the home of pizza, serving something like that is truly unacceptable. Never again, and I strongly advise anyone not to set foot there. They didn't even have wastebaskets, and I noticed they treated an elderly woman worse than us...

27/09/2025: Avoid! Unfortunately, we stumbled upon this pseudo-pizzeria while hungry. The pizza a portafoglio was insignificant in size and tasteless; the fried food was inedible. We ordered four "pizza a portafoglio," a hot dog, a croquette, a cuoppo di terra, and four small bottles of water...priced at €27.50. Furthermore, the girl called us back, saying she hadn't counted the cuoppo di terra, which cost €7. So, the total bill was €34.50. Excessively expensive, especially considering the poor quality of the products.

09/07/2025: I went here for a different kind of evening in Naples, but despite my enthusiasm, it only lasted five minutes. The moment I saw my average spritz (€5!) made with less than 5cl of Campari, I felt sick. They used three clear liquids that watered everything down. The taste of this spritz is truly far from anything good or beautiful, so disappointing that it ruined an evening with friends. I'm not usually a complainer, but this scene left a deep impression on me. I see it as disrespectful to me, spending money on something that isn't a spritz and isn't even close. Nothing against workers or anything, I'm truly sorry.

13/07/2025: Esperienza deludente Sono passata in questa pasticceria passeggiando per le vie del corso , ma purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata tutt’altro che soddisfacente. I dolci in vetrina avevano un bell’aspetto, ma una volta assaggiati si sono rivelati del tutto insapori e sicuramente non freschi. Il personale è stato freddo, scorbutico, sembrava quasi infastidito dalla nostra presenza. Nessun sorriso, nessuna attenzione al cliente anzi aggressivo. Il locale, inoltre, non era particolarmente pulito: i tavolini avevano ancora le briciole dei clienti precedenti. Delusi tutti i componenti della mia compagnia, ben 15 persone!! Il cassier , vi descrivo per correttezza, il più scorbutico, pelato guardate il suo viso prima di ordinare. Purtroppo o per fortunata non torneremo. Ci sono molte altre pasticcerie nella zona che meritano. Napoli città dai mille colori e piena di calore, che sfortunata essere entrati qui. Sconsiglio vivamente di entrare qui dentro, C R E D E T E M I o meglio provare per credere. 2 stelle per l insegna!

29/06/2025: Caffè nella media ma bagni sconvolgenti. Non si può andare in bagno e trovare uno scempio del genere .. entrambi i servizi vergognosi…. …..Come la risposta del personale quando lo abbiamo fatto notare ! Evitatelo !

17/10/2025: Warning! Rip-off!!! Please stay far away from this place. The food is overpriced, not fresh, the portions are tiny, and the service is disgusting. Don't order a large beer—you'll get a liter for €15! We got a €100 bill for two people—it wasn't worth it. You'll leave the restaurant with a bitter taste in your mouth, hungry, and in a bad mood :(

03/10/2025: Beware, tourist trap! Overpriced, and they even ask for a tip at the end, even though you're charged for the cover charge. Not recommended.

27/10/2025: I have nothing to say about the restaurant and the food, which is all average, but I think you should give the parking attendant a call. I don't want to go into details.

26/10/2025: Poor-quality food and a chaotic atmosphere. The people at the piano bar are so loud they can't even get a word in edgewise. I don't know how people have so much fun!
