01/11/2025: This place takes advantage of tourists. They tell you you must pay cash over and over, but will eventually take card. The owner said we could park for our bus for free if we ate at the restaurant, so I convinced my group to eat there. Then, at the end of the day, he insisted to our bus driver that we had to pay anyway. I was so mad and said no, based on our agreement. After arguing for a long time, I just paid so that we could leave. I mean, look at the owner's comments on these reviews, he just makes excuses. He is dishonest and doesn't care about customers.

17/10/2025: My God, what terrible food... poorly presented, dirty cruets, dirty salt shakers, bad, bad, awful wine... the travel agency took us, horrible, I don't know how much the food cost, because it was included... but NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED, we returned the meat uneaten... and no one cared, neither the waiters nor the owner, so we never returned.

01/11/2025: The appetizer wasn't very fresh but the pasta was sublime. The meat was good but for the price it was a bit low.

19/10/2025: I also confirm what I've read in other reviews. Rude staff, poor service, below-average products, especially the shortcrust pastry and cannoli (terrible). Truly an insult to tradition. NB: There were two annoyed baristas at the counter, and even when we thanked them and said goodbye, after drinking our coffee, one of them replied, "...see you never again." I've never seen anything like it. SEE YOU NEVER AGAIN FOR REAL!!

19/10/2025: I'm a customer and it's the umpteenth time that I come in on purpose at 8:15 (opening at 7:30) and I can't find any gluten-free breakfast sweets!

21/10/2025: We ordered a couple of espressos and snacks and it was average, but the staff, especially the barista had the worst attitude and seemed extremely miserable. It was NOT the vibe I’d expect in any restaurant or cafe.

29/09/2025: The place might be nice and welcoming, but unfortunately, the long wait for a simple breakfast and the rudeness of the waiter who served me prevent me from recommending it. Not to mention the exorbitant prices!!!

09/11/2025: Let's start with the fact that the place was created as a restaurant, as described on Google, and not as a post-dinner disco. This is also due to the fact that the place is small, and despite the high average prices (€20 for entry and a drink, mediocre; I've had better in less elaborate places, and without even issuing a receipt for the €5 per person cloakroom fee), the somewhat haughty security outside is present as if the Minister of Defense were inside. In the end, there are the usual people packed in like sardines, but suddenly you find yourself in disbelief in front of your boyfriend, even the threesome of over-40s who are constantly kissing and groping each other. In the end, if someone wants to do a triptych like that, they'd make a better impression by booking a hotel room and staying there as long as they want! I didn't like the arrogance of the security outside, and the failure to issue receipts for the cloakroom, which means everything is collected clean and tidy without paying any tax. I would then carefully review all the regulations and permits to use the PICCOLO space as a disco.

01/09/2025: Agreed with the "scammy" vibe reviews, they charge 4 euro pp for "bread, silverware, etc". We argued with the staff and manager but were not able to fully remove the charge. Food isn't bad, but go somewhere else instead. If I spoke Italian I wouldn't put up with this sh*t.

15/11/2025: Very, very good croissants and coffee, and those freshly squeezed juices are a must-try, these pastries are some of the best... the service is very friendly and there's a lot going on in the heart of the roundabout.

18/10/2025: We visited Joy several times for cappuccino and cornetto. Once, the service was friendly, but the cappuccino was half foam with very little coffee, and the chocolate cornetto was completely squashed. On the second and third day, the service was also completely unfriendly.

24/07/2025: Everything was amazing! The croissants were fresh and delicious, and the service was absolutely the best – friendly, fast, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

10/05/2025: It smells of cigarettes from a mile away, and you can get Aperol a few hundred meters away for three times the price.

19/09/2025: Ridiculous. They wanted to charge us €10 for the aperitif snacks, even though they're free throughout Italy. They're trying to rip you off just because you speak a different language. Avoid this at all costs.

16/09/2025: Be careful, you'll get ripped off here. Snacks are simply added to the price of an aperitif. It's not stated on the menu. Definitely not recommended.

27/10/2025: DO NOT STAY HERE . Avoid at all costs if your time is precious. I had a DREADFUL experience with this hotel. Getting to the hotel in the traffic took hours, I couldn't get near the hotel entrance and was locked in a traffic grid around the hotel. When i did get to their side lane there was no room in their parking nor any one to help with bags outside (vital as I had an injured foot and was alone). When I called the reception for help they put the phone down on my 2 mins into conversation. I eventually had to stay elsewhere. When requesting a refund for my 1 night, my email were left unanswered for days. The Head of Sales Vivian who I eventually spoke to lacked ZERO empathy or understanding towards my predicament. She even told me i should have picked somewhere else with my injury ie it was my own fault.

26/10/2025: In room 107 the noise from the ventilation is unbearable and prevents you from sleeping, reception will not do anything if you have a problem.

30/09/2025: We stopped in twice in a row for a quick breakfast before leaving for the boat tours. Coffee, dessert, and pizza were all excellent!!

24/09/2025: I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star but there’s no option to give it no stars! Terrible attitude from the waitress, we left straight away! We know when we’re not wanted :)

09/10/2025: The dining room is welcoming, with attentive young waiters. The all-you-can-eat menu reflects the menu's offerings. We'll definitely be back.

20/06/2025: Honestly two triple-decker pancakes paid 12.50 at home with very little Nutella so dry and difficult to swallow. OOOOOOO but do you think that they give us the money, here we study it. Have respect for the customer. Never again never again. It is shameful to ask you know how to ask but not to give.
