10/09/2025: A place that looked promising based on the reviews... but what a disappointment!! Unpleasant and extremely slow service even though we were the only customers in the restaurant! 1 hour to bring out two pasta dishes with tomato sauce + another 10 minutes for another dish and a pizza. All bland, even inedible. This is the first time we haven't finished our plates in a restaurant, even when everything was average. We left, our plates still half full. I highly recommend it.

02/09/2025: The location is truly unique, and for those feeling nostalgic, it's a must-see to relive the years our grandparents lived in. The food is truly excellent and home-grown, so authentic and organic. Simple yet unique dishes with a personalized touch. A truly wonderful experience! I'll be back.

12/10/2025: Terrible hygiene in terms of cooking methods. While my waffle was being prepared, the person making it was smoking a cigarette, which honestly disgusts me, but it's okay. The price is exorbitant; for a chocolate milk and a waffle I paid 10 euros... elsewhere I'd pay 5-6 euros maximum for these things, and I even waited almost an hour.

23/08/2025: This place offers both indoor and outdoor seating. It has two dining rooms, and what can I say about the products? Very well stocked, from drinks to croissants, crepes, pancakes, waffles, and more. Delicious and generously filled. Not to mention the cheerful and energetic staff and owners. They welcome you with smiles and serve you with the same care, making you feel at home. A truly excellent and well-rounded place. Worth a visit at least once, never to be left again.

17/11/2025: Didn’t have any drinks or food, just got water on the go, and the pastries seemed to be nice looking.

09/11/2025: I went to this bar this morning and unfortunately, I can't say I enjoyed it. The food wasn't great, and when it arrived, it wasn't even hot. Furthermore, one of the waiters was quite rude and responded rudely to our requests, which further ruined the experience. Considering the quality of the food and the service, the prices seemed way too high. I've eaten much better elsewhere in Naples for less. Too bad, I definitely expected more.

03/08/2025: Purtroppo non ci siamo trovate per nulla bene, oltre ad un'accoglienza poco gentile anche le sfogliatelle non erano un granché, con in ripieno eccessivamente dolce e poco friabili che di norma è invece il punto forte di questo tipo di dolce. Il locale molto trascurato, un vero peccato perché offre una vista sul golfo di Napoli davvero mozzafiato.

01/11/2025: This place takes advantage of tourists. They tell you you must pay cash over and over, but will eventually take card. The owner said we could park for our bus for free if we ate at the restaurant, so I convinced my group to eat there. Then, at the end of the day, he insisted to our bus driver that we had to pay anyway. I was so mad and said no, based on our agreement. After arguing for a long time, I just paid so that we could leave. I mean, look at the owner's comments on these reviews, he just makes excuses. He is dishonest and doesn't care about customers.

17/10/2025: My God, what terrible food... poorly presented, dirty cruets, dirty salt shakers, bad, bad, awful wine... the travel agency took us, horrible, I don't know how much the food cost, because it was included... but NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED, we returned the meat uneaten... and no one cared, neither the waiters nor the owner, so we never returned.

22/10/2025: Sunday. Lunch at 2:40 PM. Four people. In the center of town, a few steps from the house of Santo Pio. We booked there on the spot, leaving a small deposit (€20). We were seated at the agreed-upon time. We ordered three tourist menus for €18.00, plus a first course and a second course à la carte. Everything was good and excellent value. The atmosphere was quiet and characteristic, the staff was discreet and friendly. P.S.: The tourist menus do not include a €1.50 cover charge.

15/09/2025: I wouldn't recommend it for the quality/price ratio. The portions were small, starting with the first course and ending with the second course and side dish. We were a large group, only two people asked for coffee, and it was even added to the bill! I hope you don't delete the review this time... I won't recommend it to anyone!

17/10/2025: A very disappointing stay in July. The room was ready only two hours after the scheduled check-in, and the bathroom had a leaking roof and mold. Telling the staff was pointless; they even told us not to waste towels mopping up the dripping water, even though we knew we had small children. Given the numerous complaints about the poor service, the staff began to refuse to accept any requests. The rooms are simple but comfortable and fairly clean. Breakfast was basic: croissants, biscuits, milk, ham, cereal, but no fruit. Lunch and dinner were acceptable, with a choice of two menus. Oil, vinegar, and salt were missing; we had to get them from other tables. The location was good, close to the beach.

29/09/2025: Ischia is a wonderful island, with friendly, smiling people. A stay at Fortuna Beach is one I'll never repeat. It's a shame, because its exceptional location should inspire us to work hard.

01/10/2025: After 2/3 years of work well done in the last few months it's really been a shame, crumbly pizzas, tasteless and raw fried foods, missing ingredients, impracticable, never to see us again

02/10/2025: Prices are not displayed and they give you a receipt without the details of the prices. They make me pay 5€ a pack of pasta when one of the only labeled they had displayed 3,50€. Would not recommend.

24/09/2025: The staff is not particularly friendly without giving them a reason. They sold me salami with an expiration date that expired the next day. The store is well stocked, but the prices are very high compared to other places in Naples - 400 gr. salami and a bottle of ordinary local wine - 82 euros. Some goods are missing labels, which creates an opportunity for arbitrariness on the part of the employees. For the reasons stated, I do not recommend it, especially if you are a foreigner.

28/04/2025: Consapevole del fatto che in posti del genere dove l'affluenza e' alta e continua , non ci si potesse aspettare un servizio eccellente , pero' non mi aspettavo che fosse cosi veramente pessimo . Una volta seduti , dopo 10 minuti nessuno si degna ancora di portarci dei menu per vedere cosa ci fosse da poter ordinare , ho dovuto prenderne io uno da solo in uno dei tavoli poco piu avanti al nostro , altri 15 minuti e nessuno si degna di prenderci l'ordinazione , ho dovuto richiamare io l'attenzione di uno dei ragazzi in sala almeno 3 volte , al 4° tentativo uno si decide di venire a prendere il nostro ordine . Ordiniamo una margherita classica ed una provola e pepe a ruota di carro , nell'attesa delle pizze un ruoto fritto misto . Il fritto misto assolutamente pessimo , 4 pezzi di roba , fredda e insignificamente all' inverosimile prezzo di 9,50€ , pura follia vista la qualita' e quantita dello stesso . Pizza provola e pepe poi terrificante , con una quantita di pepe improponibile , avevo la bocca completamente anestetizzata tanto dal pepe che c'era , qualita' dell'impasto troppo gommoso per i miei gusti poi ( e della ruota di carro manco l'ombra per giunta ) . La margherita "sotto" a tratti era troppo bruciata , buona parte l'abbiamo lasciata . Anche per chiedere il conto ho impiegato 4 tentativi con nessuno che si interessa , gente che girovaga per la sala a vuoto , senza prestare alcuna cura ai tavoli e ai clienti ..... Pessimi ......

25/04/2025: Quando andiamo al centro commerciale Campania per noi è tappa fissa da Fratelli La Bufala. Il motivo? Molto semplice... la pizza è buonissima, impasto perfetto e sopratutto il personale è sempre accogliente è disponibile. Il direttore è una persona molto a modo, gentile e simpatico. La location è perfetta sia per chi ha dei bimbi piccoli, come noi, sia per un ritrovo tra amici... noi facciamo entrambe le cose (ci troviamo sempre bene a mangiare lì con i bambini). a presto
