28/07/2025: During dinner, it started to rain. We were sitting at the outdoor tables. When we moved, a drink spilled, and the owners didn't offer us a replacement... Even at McDonald's, they offer you another drink if you spill yours. Friends, I don't recommend it!

19/08/2025: Ridiculous prices for food and drinks, but that's to be expected on Capri and this location. (7 euros for a coke zero and the same price for a slush is at least twice of what you pay on the main land. Service is ok, expect for some of the loud older men that shout weird French phrases 'fools die of love', stuff like that... Maybe they associate French with 'haute cuisine' or something, but what's delivered is anything but sophisticated.

16/08/2025: Had a cappuccino, first he said it was 7 and corrected himself to 8 euro. When we looked at the menu, cappuccino was 6euro. He gave himself a 33% tip, beyond rude.

19/06/2025: There is a lot to say first of all I was at the b&b pioppi in collina the shuttle 1 time in the morning at 10 and went up in the evening at 18 and already it doesn't go BN we took the car every time you go up and down in the room there is no fridge and not even in common and with this heat 😔 (for children for people who take medicines that must be in the fridge anyway I don't like it at all) and in the end the owner who is rude and very rude I hadn't read a paragraph he said next to us that we didn't know how to read but how do certain people allow themselves to have a b&b 😭 on the other hand however the rooms were clean and the food was good however the thing about the fridge is the first time that it happens to me patience I won't go there again

15/02/2025: Exceptional pizza, rich and tasty, the pizza chef or Mr. Corrado was very kind and above all very nice, almost managing to convince me that he wasn't a real pizza chef 😂. 5 star rating for everything and everyone.

12/07/2025: We came here twice, the first time for drinks and the second time for breakfast. The prices are very good and the food is good. Perhaps it gets a bad rating because the waiters take their time and aren't rushed, which tourists don't like. It's obviously a family business. The view is incredible, especially at sunset. I probably wouldn't recommend going in if it's very crowded because it can be a bit long.

24/03/2025: it really feels like being in a cellar, pasta that is more than raw and the sauce is sour, cutlet taken out of the fridge and served on a plate, chips made of polyester, the dessert was a stone. the place is quite large, but the walls are full of mold and on the floor there are synthetic grass mats that cover the disaster, tables and chairs made of wood that cannot stand up, shelves with bottles of wine full of cobwebs, a non-existent roof replaced by a kind of tent that does not cover anything, we had an experience with a gecko, a wasp and some dead insects under the plates. I recommend going to visit the abandoned structure in front which in comparison is not much worse.

23/03/2025: The lunch ordered was self serve instead we were treated badly from 12.30pm to 2.00pm they still had to bring it first think carefully before going there we will never again

11/05/2025: Dopo aver aspettato 30 minuti di fila esterna x poter mangiare la signorina all ingresso ha avuto il coraggio di far passare avanti 2 tavoli perché non eravamo tutti i componenti del tavolo. dopo aver discusso spiegando che certamente nn avremmo ordinato e mangiato in 5 minuti visto la fila che c era ci fa sedere ed ora ovviamente è mezz ora che aspettiamo visto le centinaia di persone che ci sono ( normalmente facciamo presto perché hanno interesse a liberare i tavoli) Come direbbe chicco azione che regole sono? Ma sono del mestiere....

16/04/2025: Appena uscita da questo locale. Ci sono ritornata dopo molti anni e devo dire che è peggiorato di gran lunga. Panini con hamburger insapori , altrettanto la carne al piatto servita con patate che sapevano di olio bruciato. Ristoraziona da rivedere considerando anche i prezzi piuttosto alti . In qualche noto fast food avremmo mangiato meglio e pagato la metà.

04/05/2025: Hotel located in a good location, a few meters from the center and the sea. Nice and friendly staff, but unfortunately it is one of the few positive sides of this establishment. Poor cleaning, we found a dirty shower full of hair, stains on the toilet, dust everywhere. Little variety for breakfast. Poor value for money. I'm sorry but we won't be back.

06/05/2025: Plastic tables and chairs and a terribly bad red wine for the main price. (€9) we complained and received the answer that it came from a good winery. We asked if they had tasted the wine themselves. This is a must if you sell a glass of wine for the price of a whole bottle (or even more). Soooo bad! Once and never again. The staff did not become any happier after the comment. We had a better wine for €3 per glass at the harbour. The white wine was also overpriced and substandard.

18/04/2025: I give one star but in reality my rating is N.C. (Unclassifiable) Near the baseboard in the rooms it is full of dust. Therefore poor hygienic and sanitary conditions. Meat of an anemic color and completely poor cooking. I totally advise against it.

23/03/2025: Dated hotel and poorly maintained rooms. Dirty bedspreads. Breakfast with few packaged things, dirty table linen, including cups. Yet it would take little to improve, a little more attention in cleaning the rooms and we would turn a blind eye to the rest. 60 euros for a single is a steal considering that I have stayed in better facilities at lower prices. 20/07/2025: I'm giving 1 star because 0 stars aren't allowed. There were 6 of us. We ordered 2 clam sautés as appetizers, which were full of sand. After that, we ordered a first course of fusilli with pecorino cheese and mussels, which was left on the table because it was bland and the pasta was soft. Then we ordered 5 zingare, unaware that the bread wasn't "cafone" but a "saltimbocca" type, and it was RAW. After that, we went to the cashier to ask for the bill and were served the most bitter dish of all: €206.50 divided by 6 for having eaten only what I listed. Never again will it be an experience to FORGET.

20/07/2025: An experience to forget Sirenella in Ischia is, without a doubt, one of the worst restaurants I've ever set foot in. I don't know where to start: the embarrassing service or the tasteless food? As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with the same kindness reserved for a tax bill. Distracted waiters, interminable waits, and management that seemed haphazard. The menu promised "local specialties," but what we received seemed like something out of a school cafeteria from the 1980s. The pasta was overcooked, the fish—if it was indeed fish—was rubbery and flavorless. The house wine? It tasted corked and disappointing. And the final bill was the icing on an already indigestible cake: Michelin-starred prices for a meal that not even a desperate fast food joint would serve. A word of advice: if you're in Ischia and pass by Sirenella... keep walking.
