16/03/2025: About two hours of waiting before eating a pizza, while some people left completely fasting. The quality of the mozzarella left a lot to be desired. Completely absent staff. I won't repeat the experience.

08/08/2025: A great break from the chaos of the main streets. We had delicious fish first and second courses, and the waiter recommended them. We felt like family. Don't miss it!

17/07/2025: Very accommodating, delicious food and wonderful service. Like every restaurant sometimes there is a bad review but I cannot say enough good things. I had a salad with tuna, rigatoni with sausage and it was so fresh and very delicious. Heads up… they season and salt the food well, if you prefer little to no salt, let them know first. Definitely check it out!!

07/08/2025: ✅ Positives • Central location in the heart of Salerno, easily accessible on foot or by car • Two floors with seating, both inside and outside, theoretically enough space ❌ Problems & Shortcomings 1. Extremely poor cleanliness • Outdoor area very dirty: paper, cups, food leftovers • Indoors: sticky floors, dirty tables, smelly toilets 2. Unfriendly, inefficient service • Irritable staff, lack of commitment • Frequently missing or incorrect orders 3. Long wait times & organizational chaos • Orders take an unusually long time • Kiosks available, but staff are lacking → lines 4. Poor accessibility • Upper floor only accessible via narrow stairs • Hardly suitable for families with strollers 5. General location problems • Recurring complaints about hygiene and organization • In summer 2023, the location even had to temporarily close due to a broken air conditioning system and employee protests 💬 Conclusion This location hardly delivers the standard experience you'd expect from McDonald's expected. Hygiene and service are well below average, and the organization seems chaotic. The location and concept barely manage to save the rating at 3 stars.

03/08/2025: Absolutely unacceptable experience at McDonald’s Napoli Airport. Despite clearly ordering a Big Tasty Bacon Menu, the burger was missing the bacon entirely — even though it’s explicitly listed on the receipt. When we pointed this out, the staff rudely claimed that “bacon costs extra” – which is nonsense, considering we had ordered and paid for the Big Tasty Bacon. On top of that, the fries were cold and stale, completely lacking any crunch or taste. The burger bun was bland, without the usual seasoning (no salt, no pepper), and the whole burger seemed smaller than usual. To make matters worse, the receipt lists everything individually, although we ordered a full menu — clearly an attempt to mask pricing or confuse the customer. In short: overpriced, incorrect order, rude staff, and very poor food quality. Avoid this location at all costs. Total disappointment.

08/07/2025: Unfortunately, I can't give it zero stars. I don't think in all my years at beach resorts, I've ever had such a negative experience. Disgraceful, to say the least. At the entrance, the owner didn't even know how to charge us 30 euros for an umbrella with a card. But that's just the beginning. The beach club doesn't have showers on the beach, only pay-to-use ones. The women's restroom has no lights, and the metal bar is completely covered in rust, so you could easily cut your hands. In short, this explains why the beach club only had eight umbrellas open, in such a beautiful location. Never again, not even for free.

14/07/2025: The lady at the house where we paid was very rude. First she scolded me because I took two ice creams from the fridge for the kids. Then she started chatting, instead of making us pay so she could give them to the kids! First she scolds me to hurry up. Then she starts talking. 😟

12/07/2025: Esperienza pessima. L’attenzione al cliente è stata inesistente: nessuna cura in quello che fanno, almeno nel mio caso. Mi hanno fatto fare una figuraccia a causa di un errore loro, ma naturalmente hanno fatto comunque pagare tutto a prezzo pieno, senza nemmeno una scusa. Il servizio è stato sbrigativo, approssimativo e per nulla orientato al cliente. Nessun rispetto per chi paga, nessuna voglia di rimediare o prendersi la responsabilità per ciò che consegnano. Una brutta esperienza che non ripeterò. Sconsigliato.

14/07/2025: We ordered a Fredo coffee and a beer. I asked to use the bathroom, but the person who served me got angry. Terrible service from the staff. I find it incredible how they treat tourists like this. We come here eagerly to experience Italy and respect the culture, but these kinds of drinks are unacceptable. On top of that, my coffee was awful.

27/04/2025: Cibo non male siamo andati diverse volte ed è stato tutto buono, l'unica cosa che migliorerei è la gestione delle comande, spesso sul tablet l'aggiornamento sulle cose consegnate non è corretto

22/03/2025: Ritornati dopo parecchi anni per gustare i mitici escargot di pizza...ma nulla. Cambio di gestione e cambio di sapori. Non erano quelli di una volta: secchi e poco condimento. Anche la pizza era qualcosa di indescrivibile: sembrava quella congelata della Cameo. L'impasto discreto morbido e poco salato, ma mozzarella e pomodoro veramente di scarsissima qualità. Mi dispiace per i ragazzi che ci lavorano, ma o cambiano gli ingredienti o cambiano pizzaiolo.

18/06/2025: The new manager/owner should take a course in savoir-faire. The welcome, the way of presenting themselves and the lack of attention towards the customer are truly disappointing. The internal environment is warm and the external one is very neglected. A young boy as a waiter who should have done everything more... at the same time. I hope you improve, to do so first of all you have to be less arrogant.

02/06/2025: you can't even go in because the people who work there look at you badly. disorganization among them is sky high and rudeness is the same. I asked a guy to go to the bathroom and he said yes but when I came out another guy sitting behind the cash register with a very annoyed face told me that to go to the bathroom (only one) you have to consume and that "this is not a service station". not to mention the bathroom... not even a trace of paper, the toilet is very dirty and even the sink outside without soap or anything to dry yourself. you really are pathetic

26/04/2025: Right from the initial screen, the game fails to convey particularly positive sensations: the graphics appear poorly maintained and the visual impact is rather disappointing. Once the game started, I was forced to wait for a bot to intervene to be downloaded into the main lobby. The wait wasn't long, but it still broke the rhythm of the experience. The lobby, once loaded, proved to be rather small and uncomfortable, immediately limiting freedom of movement and interaction. A larger and more welcoming environment would certainly have contributed to improving the initial impression. The start-up times of the actual match, however, were good: quick loading and fluid transitions gave the illusion of a potentially compelling match. However, expectations were quickly tempered once we got into the heart of the experience. The loot system, a fundamental element for any good gameplay, proved to be unbalanced. The rewards obtained during the session in no way justified the cost incurred to participate in the game. The final feeling was that of an investment not repaid in terms of quality, quantity and variety of the loot offered. Overall, the experience is lacking in several aspects, leaving ample room for improvement both in the design of the lobby and in the management of rewards. A game that, with some important updates, could aspire to a decidedly higher level of quality.
