02/11/2025: I had lunch here recently: the location is truly beautiful and the atmosphere pleasant, perfect for a quiet break. However, the prices seemed a bit high compared to expectations. *The biggest flaw concerns the menu: —the one available online is completely different from the one actually served at the table. —The website refers to the takeout menu, while the lunch menu for a reserved table is different, with different dishes and prices. A little more clarity on this point would be really helpful. Overall, a decent experience, but with room for improvement, especially in communication and value for money.

02/08/2025: Absolutely fabulous hidden gem in the heart of Sorrento, near the Basilica. Staff lovely. Always remembered our order from previous visits! Loved this cafe/lounge bar so much that we visited every day of our 10 day stay, sometimes more than once a day. Best coffee in Sorrento!! See you next year!

01/08/2025: A beautiful spot in Sorrento with a wonderful design and feel to it. We have visited here a few times now during our stay and each time we cannot fault it. The staff are attentive and friendly and the drinks menu is fantastic. It just feels fun. If you are visiting Sorrento, I recommend a stop here for a nice cocktail or a refreshing aperitif.

12/10/2025: I repeat, terrible experience.!! In response to the comment in the last review, I'd like to add that, in addition to the flaw we suffered, you're also calling me a liar. The reservation was for 9:00 PM. We arrived at 8:55 PM and were told we'd have to wait a bit. We inquired at 9:15 PM and were told at least another 45 minutes. Unfortunately, it can't be fixed with a simple "there was a problem, it can happen." If the table is reserved for 9:00 PM, it should be free. Or at least, if it isn't, wait for it to become free, but don't wait at least another 45 minutes! If you're not capable of managing and guaranteeing a reservation because earning that €20 at that moment is more important, and you're lacking in politeness and respect for those who book, simply cancel the reservation. That way, you won't ruin a Saturday night for someone who works a whole week and is waiting that day to eat something in peace. Furthermore, evaluations must be based not only on taste and your products, but also on problem solving and organization. What you've done is truly the height of failure!

25/10/2025: It was a last-minute booking for work. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the owners, who were immediately very kind and available to answer any questions. The rooms are very large, welcoming, and meticulously maintained, especially in terms of cleanliness. For dinner, I went to the property's restaurant, where the chef, who is also the owner, was very skilled at showcasing locally sourced ingredients, such as mushrooms and truffles he foraged himself. The place is very quiet and surrounded by greenery, surrounded by vineyards, which I consider very niche. Excellent for a couple of days' stay, but also as a simple option for a dinner in a very family-friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

11/06/2025: The owner was very nice, he didn't let us choose, but he brought us a series of really excellent cod samples. Very nice and particular environment. Definitely recommended.

18/10/2025: The location is beautiful (sea view, in a shaded garden) and the food was delicious. The prices are moderately high, but you can taste the quality and spend it happily. We didn't have any problems with waiting (as I read in other reviews), but it must be said that we ate very late, in a nearly empty restaurant. The staff was very friendly, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. It's a shame to read so many negative reviews because it's a lovely place, with authentic cuisine (fresh and beautifully cooked fish, including fried fish that was nice and dry). You pay for the view (and the fame of Castellabate).
