18/09/2025: The restaurant is owned by a Libyan and run by a Libyan named Mohammed Al Sagheer. He is a real man. I swear to God that his food is clean and the restaurant is very clean. They use gloves and the food is the cleanest halal restaurant in Naples. May God grant them success and provide for them. I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants burgers, grilled meats, and shawarma. The taste and cleanliness are of a high standard.

27/08/2025: We ate very well, both for lunch and dinner, at this lovely, traditional restaurant beneath the Aragonese Castle. It was like having your feet in the water... For lunch, I had the fried paranza verace, one of the best I've ever eaten. For dinner, the seafood linguine: excellent, flavorful, rich... Just what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

26/10/2025: Someone explain the positive reviews of this place to me! I've been there twice and it was terrible. Everyone who tells me they've been there complains about it... yet, inexplicably, I find positive feedback here! I'll share my experience. Brunch menu €12 Mocha + orange juice + club sandwich The club sandwich is supposed to have multiple layers, be "tall," and super stuffed, as well as having a specific bread that's larger than the classic "panbauletto." A toasted sandwich arrives with literally a slice of bacon and a tomato, for a total thickness of about 2cm! Inside, there was supposed to be chicken, but even after searching, I only found a tiny piece! Then they thought it was a good idea to put two squirts of mayonnaise on top, making it impossible to eat without getting dirty (see photo). I've noticed other reviews complaining about the same "problem," so I ask the management: Why offer a dish like this at your restaurant? The mocha was anything but a mocha. The juice served in a paper cup... considering how much it costs to eat at your place! The format is self-service, and that's fine... but the staff is nonexistent, they don't even bother to greet customers or ask if they need anything... they don't even give you cutlery with your order, you have to go find it yourself... If the above isn't enough for you, We also ordered toast and a juicer. Bread + a slice of cheese and a slice of ham. Not even the worst fast food restaurants in Caracas. The juicer had traces of spinach and ginger in it; it's a shame it should have been made with apple and carrot. Total €18.50 Food cost? You decide!

24/08/2025: We went there a few days ago for the first time, and to be honest, the mussel soup was excellent. What we didn't like was the wait time, which was a bit long (perhaps due to a lack of staff) and the place was packed. We're thinking of going back, hoping the wait times have shortened!

Unfortunately, lately, I don't know why the pizzas become much more chewy and rubbery as soon as the temperature drops, losing all their softness. It's a real shame, we've known this pizzeria for over a year and are loyal customers. We hope they fix this problem.

The dough is truly delicious and easy to digest, the ingredients are high-quality and well-combined on their gourmet pizzas. The fried foods are very good, and the service is top-notch, with a truly skilled and always available management.

20/07/2025: Siamo stati al Ristorante Da Filippo in occasione di una cena. Posto leggermente affollato ma personale efficiente nei tempi di attesa. Abbiamo ordinato un primo piatto, due tagliate di carne e un dolce. Prezzi modici per la qualità del posto e del cibo, inoltre le porzioni erano adeguate ne abbondanti né insufficienti. Che dir si voglia, ma non che non abbia rispettato le nostre aspettative. Citando un noto poeta: “fu tzoppu beddu stu manciari sangò”.

28/09/2025: Nice place, decent service but the cuisine needs to be reviewed. Let's say that the starter for everyone is the same and it's also good but forcing you to take a maximum of 2 first courses per table and always for 2 people, badly cooked meat not to mention the porcini mushrooms with truffles practically boiled then you discover that the next table arrives 4 different first courses because it was the chef's friend. To avoid these things in my opinion are incorrect. At this point, make a tourist menu.

09/11/2025: A simply fantastic Neapolitan Margherita! Light dough, a high, fluffy crust as per tradition, fragrant tomatoes, and top-quality mozzarella. Every bite speaks of true Neapolitan tradition. Quick and friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere in the heart of Vomero.
