Classic MC but without air conditioning and without table service (no warning)..... congratulations to the MC!

Fantastic birthday party! 🎉 Yesterday I celebrated my daughter Bea's eighth birthday here. We were a huge group: over forty children with their mothers! I want to compliment the entire staff for their impeccable management, but a special shout-out goes to Elisabetta and Jessica. They were incredibly kind to us mothers and extraordinarily sweet and affectionate with all the children, especially birthday girl Bea, making her feel special. Despite the myriad of different requests and the inevitable chaos of such a large group, all the staff remained smiling, patient, and super efficient. A wonderful experience, thank you so much to everyone! Five well-deserved stars.

Fast food service not by chance

I met Elisabetta, and I have to say I'm amazed by her enormous kindness! There's life in this club when we find her! My kids always want to come! Thank you, MC Vulcano, for having this figure.

Fairly fast. Very crowded on weekends.

Compared to other MCs, it's not organized with table service, and it's complicated to carry trays into the dining room repeatedly when surrounded by people, having to leave children unattended. In my opinion, the waste sorting was poorly done during cleaning: I was told they sort it outside afterwards, but I don't believe it, or it would be quite absurd to reopen the bags, etc.
