21/04/2025: Easter lunch 2025 well beyond my expectations, greenery with attention to detail, children's play area, a small farm with animals, vast and free internal parking, excellent food and a frightening abundance, staff always attentive and kind, excellent quality for the price.

12/05/2025: In upper Naples, it is really close to impossible to find breakfast option which is not full of sugar and dough. Federico saved us when we walked down to the port. If you have enough of all kinds of supersweet croissants, go there and get a sandwich!

07/01/2025: Conoscevo già questo ristorante, ci sono ritornato con la famiglia dopo qualche anno, ho trovato una cucina rinnovata e sempre al passo, abbiamo trascorso un capodanno in tranquillità in un ambiente confortevole, abbiamo gradito la proposta del giorno con qualche variante, piatti preparati divinamente, ottima accoglienza e sempre disponibili, grazie e buon anno.

16/06/2025: Small, typical village gelateria with interesting flavors! I totally recommend the peach and the Atrani ones — they were my favorites.

08/06/2025: Authentic Italian ice cream, nothing more, nothing less. The gelateria is located under the bridge, near the entrance to the beach. Prices are reasonable.

27/06/2025: Fantastic food! Amazing atmosphere, and the friendly people such as Caspar, however the only negative was that there is a €20 ‘Coperto’ which is a fee that is charged to eat at the restaurant - the €20 is not disclosed to you throughout the experience. This isn’t a train-smash because some restaurants also have it. Overall I would recommend but if you on a budget - maybe not.

25/06/2025: The food was fabulous – fresh, tasty, and lovingly prepared. The service was perfect: attentive, friendly, and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. We were also pleasantly surprised by the value for money – truly fair for the quality offered. We felt completely at home and, unfortunately, only went there twice during our vacation, but we would love to go back!

11/04/2025: Vorrei solo fosse più vicino da casa mia. Frequento questa piccola osteria da diversi anni e non tradisce mai. La piccola e dolce Ersilia cucina alcuni tra i miei piatti preferiti in assoluto, assolutamente indimenticabile lo scarpariello con scarpetta obbligatoria, la pasta fresca fatta in casa con una attenta selezione di grani antichi. Invidiabile la selezione di vini e i cannoli cilentani il perfetto fine pasto. Menzione speciale, ultimo ma non per importanza, per Vincenzo, perfetto padrone di casa attento ad ogni esigenza dei suoi ospiti.

20/06/2025: Besides limoncello, you should also try the lemon sorbet. They offer it in a hollowed-out lemon with a lid. I've never seen such large lemons before, here in the Bay of Naples and Amalfi Coast area. I guess the peel of these lemons is very thick, since that's what they use to make limoncello.

30/06/2025: Enjoyed sitting outside for a unique experience eating here. We decided to go for an easy meal and the last host was abruptly funny when considering eating here. 3 pasta dishes were ordered. Two were delicious and well cooked with great flavours and prompt service. The spaghetti carbonara was tasty but had the egg starting to be cooked. Not terrible. No gluten free pasta here so a steak was selected which was €9 which was fair for the quality. A different cut, cooked to medium (requested medium rare), but overall a really enjoyed evening meal. This is a no frills location and enjoy the experience type service!

25/05/2025: This morning we went to Polaccheria for breakfast and unfortunately the experience was very negative. We found hairs in both the coffee and the water, an episode that, although rare, can happen. What really struck us negatively was the total lack of reaction from the staff. After having reported the incident to both the bartenders and the manager, no one even deigned to apologize or comment on the situation. An attitude of total indifference that denotes poor professionalism and lack of respect towards customers. Zero empathy, zero interest in the inconvenience caused to customers, as if we were completely invisible. A behavior that betrays a mentality that is not oriented towards service and respect for people. We would have expected at least a sincere apology. Instead we were shocked by the silence and the apparent carelessness shown. Hygiene and customer care should be absolute priorities in a bar. Unfortunately this experience will not encourage us to return. *In response to your reply: I would like to point out that the apology NEVER arrived, neither when we reported the incident nor at the time of payment at the cash register. The attitude shown by all the staff was one of total indifference. If you really feel "embarrassed" by what happened, this embarrassment was not even slightly evident in your behavior. It is curious how the apology is arriving only now, publicly, after a review. A professional attitude would have required immediate and spontaneous apologies, not justifications after the fact. Professionalism is demonstrated in times of need, not in superficial responses on social media. I confirm: this experience will not encourage us to return.

14/06/2025: When we are in Ischia we can't miss breakfast here. Exceptional croissants and brioche, homemade hazelnut ice cream. A delight.

02/06/2025: We happened upon this farmhouse by chance, the staff were kind and smiling; the owner was welcoming and above all the quality of the food was excellent.
