15/07/2025: We ordered three sandwiches between the two of us, and each one was better than the last. Prices were reasonable, and the place was nice. I highly recommend it.

05/07/2025: Apparently a very nice place and with very inviting products on social media, but totally not recommended. I ordered two takeaway sandwiches, a portion of chips with bacon and a portion of chicken strips covered in popcorn and almonds. The chicken was obviously stale and tasteless, the chips inedible and also obviously "old" and cooked several times in the same oil, the disgusting sandwich, oozing oil in absurd quantities (among other things stuffed with the same tasteless chicken and with spoiled salad and heavy sauces). We had to throw practically everything away after spending exactly 40 euros for two and we felt nauseated for hours from the little we tasted.

22/06/2025: A pleasant discovery! We celebrated a friend's birthday at the Il Calfettiere bar and it was a truly pleasant experience. As soon as we entered, we bought the receipt and headed to the counter, where the barista — with great kindness and friendliness — welcomed us by letting us taste one of his creations: a refined variation on the theme of coffee, served in a particular cup, which immediately caught our attention. A spontaneous, simple but precious gesture, which made the welcome even warmer. The place is well-kept and welcoming, the service is fast and with that extra touch that makes the difference: tasting a new flavor without even asking for it. A place that knows how to surprise with kindness. We will definitely be back!

27/05/2025: Il Caffettiere – Casoria A classy corner in the heart of Casoria. Il Caffettiere is a chic bar, cared for in the smallest details, where elegance meets hospitality. Frequented by good people, it is the ideal place for those looking for a quiet, refined environment with an always attentive service. A beautiful bar, indeed, that embellishes the city with its sober and distinguished style.

21/06/2025: Delicious pizza 🍕. Fast and friendly service. The restaurant is quite large and located in a very quiet area. There's plenty of parking. We liked it a lot and can recommend it. The price/performance ratio is excellent!

06/09/2025: This pizzeria on Via Napoli in Montesarchio (BN) was a pleasant discovery. The food was nothing short of superb, both the fried foods and the pizzas far exceeded our expectations. We were speechless at the quality of the product. This is also fueled by the fact that the prices, which is not a given, are average. I gave it 3 stars for two reasons. The first is the welcome; we arrived at 7:10 PM and the very unfriendly staff member told us it was still too early to be seated. Without giving us any further information, she told us we could come back in 20 minutes. Coming from a long way away, we had to wait in the car, and in the meantime, we noticed that after less than 10 minutes, they were starting to seat other people. The second reason is a staff oversight, or at least I hope so. We asked for sauces for our fries and only got two; since we were two people, we literally had to share them. Otherwise, I highly recommend this beautiful place and the pizza, which is truly worth it.

03/09/2025: I was looking for a genuine restaurant that wasn't overcrowded with tourists, and I finally found it: Da Zio Ciro. Just outside Naples, about 15 minutes by scooter, you can enjoy a fantastic seafood dinner at reasonable and not too expensive prices. Fried Couppo €7, spaghetti with seafood €17. Excellent, friendly staff, who know how to make you feel at home in a great atmosphere. I returned several times during my vacation in Naples and highly recommend it to all tourists and non-tourists.

19/08/2025: Disappointed, lot of fish were not available, expensive for the little portion. By the way, The tuna Carbonara was good. The money back was wrong…

11/09/2025: Absolutely superb souvenir shop. Far better than the tat that is available at the Vesuvius entrance. We stopped on the way up and the way back down which definitely shows that quality of the merchandise. Then a couple of decent espressos at the adjacent restaurant.

04/09/2025: Excellent food, well-cooked. We came for a snack, then had lunch because the smells from the kitchen seduced us. 😍 The staff (especially the lady and her husband) are friendly and good company. It was a family stop before continuing. We'll be back soon! P.S. Be careful with the red wine...it's so good it's addictive. 😂

03/08/2025: Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti da questa trattoria a conduzione familiare. Il locale è piccolo, ma molto accogliente, tra l’altro la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, presente al punto giusto e con una cortesia genuina! 🥰 Abbiamo ordinato tre primi di pesce e due secondi, in tre persone: le porzioni erano davvero abbondanti e ogni piatto era squisito, preparato con ingredienti freschissimi e cucinato alla perfezione. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è più che giusto: per la qualità e la quantità delle portate, il costo è assolutamente proporzionato. Un posto semplice ma speciale, dove si torna volentieri ❤️. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca buona cucina e un’accoglienza che sa di casa!

02/08/2025: We’ve just had a very tasty lunch here. The seafood pasta was delicious and the fried seafood-squid and huge prawns-fantastic. We also enjoyed the chicken with a side of roast potatoes and veal with lemon. All washed down with the house white and complimentary lemon cello. Delicious home cooked food with simple ingredients. Highly recommended. Thanks

Each bite was layered with bold, briny Mediterranean flavors that felt both rustic and refined. But it wasn’t just the food—it was the experience. The ambience, the gentle hum of conversation, and the atmosphere’s genuine warmth made my wife and me feel like we were dining in a Neapolitan home. Coming from NYC, it was exactly what we were looking for: a taste of tradition wrapped in hospitality.

19/07/2025: Only one word to describe this experience...horrible. There were 11 of us, served 2-3 times at a time, terrible food. The wine was very warm, we asked for ice, which was brought after 30 minutes. Not only did our table complain, other tables decided to leave. Anyway, the appetizer lasted an hour and a half, my wife was served after an hour and 20 minutes, the waiters were inexperienced, I'm not going to comment on them but on the incompetent manager, I complained to him, he was sorry... but he didn't do anything more than that. We paid a bill of 490.00 euros. We also paid for the liqueurs... it's not for the 5-6 euros per liqueur, at least for all the unpleasant things that happened shouldn't have been counted. I forgot p.s. Let's not talk about the meat. I think I paid 80 euros per kilo Irish, if I'm not mistaken. It arrived raw, not rare. We asked for a griddle... and one arrived for three steaks... imagine that. Anyway, change your itinerary... this place should be closed due to the service, the food, the cistus, and the unprofessional behavior. Best regards, Marco Russo

06/07/2025: Sono stata per la prima volta in question locale, per una piacevolissima serata di fine giugno. Antipasto con crocchè, frittatina di pasta e montanarina, scazzuoppoli con sughetto fresco, assaggio di pizze di vari gusti. Servizio ai tavoli veloce, personale gentile e professionale. Prezzo giusto e conveniente per la qualità eccellente dei prodotti. Ritornero certamente, anche per assaggiare altre pietanze. Consigliatissimo. 5 stelle meritate!!!
