25/07/2026: Fabulous location, captivating service. If you arrive at 12:15, you'll leave at 2:30 and have only eaten one dish. The shrimp innards served on a plate for the crudités and fish in general, if you don't get the catch of the day, it's nothing special. It's a shame because it's beautiful but it doesn't dance.

24/07/2026: A delightful moment with a breathtaking view! Fresh, simple dishes served quickly overlooking the sea – truly a real break 😊 Note the opening hours; pizzas are only served in the evening, but the daily specials are very good.

14/11/2025: A quiet pizzeria for a relaxing evening. The staff is friendly and offers decent service. There's a small indoor dining area where you can sit down and enjoy your meal without any hassle. It's located in the Pennello area between Vibo Marina and Bivona, on the main road that connects these two seaside resorts in the Vibo Valentia area.

08/11/2025: The atmosphere is very nice, the pizza is delicious and they bring it to you hot but not too hot.

14/04/2026: Enchanting place! I spent a wonderful evening here, and having booked for an early dinner, I was lucky enough to get a table with a truly breathtaking view. The food was excellent: we had a mixed antipasto, plus a trio of onions and Calabrian pitta, and I must say I was impressed. Initially, given the restaurant's central location, I was worried it might be too touristy; instead, everything was delicious. The quality-price ratio, especially considering the location, seemed reasonable. For three of us, we spent about 80 euros.

28/12/2025: The wait for two pizzas was an hour and a half. The place wasn't full. Not recommended.

11/03/2026: Here you can eat the real Pizzo truffle! They have many delicious gelato flavors...and if you want to give someone a sweet gift, they also have mini multi-flavored chocolate-covered croissants 😋 everything is delicious!

29/12/2025: Interesting selection and friendly service. Prices, however, are decidedly high for the portions: three miniatures for €4.50.

06/05/2026: It's a shame that such a welcoming place in such a lovely seaside location leaves much to be desired in terms of food; and if we add to this the manager's presumption in passing off frozen fish as fresh, frankly, it's too much to warrant returning. On the other hand, the price of a low-quality meal is the icing on the cake, in a negative sense: excessive.

27/06/2026: DJ playing incredibly loud music, making it impossible to stay on the beach, especially at 4 PM. Rude staff. They handed me a bottle of expired "craft" beer for €6 (the price wasn't on the price list, obviously). When I pointed out that it tasted awful and was completely flat (basically dirty water), I was told it hadn't expired because it was two days away from expiration... (spelled...) and that I was the first to complain... Evidently, according to them, reporting that a product has gone bad isn't an option. It's a shame because the location wouldn't be bad, but that's all.

04/06/2026: Very good food, made to order, and the restaurant menu features several typical local products. We ate good fish and were reasonably priced. Friendly service in a basic restaurant with a beautiful garden of succulents.

10/05/2026: We walk in at 1:30 p.m., shout, no one's there, and we're hungry. It's probably not worth bothering with this place.

08/09/2025: The location is lovely, offering a beautiful view of the Tropea sea. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man, but unfortunately, the man taking our orders arrived as soon as we were seated, rushing us, making it impossible to choose our dishes. He was also quite annoyed. Despite everything, we ate reasonably well, except for the first course, which, strangely, arrived less than five minutes later, so we assumed it was already ready. The tuna steak with onion was good, but I would pay more attention to the plating.

03/09/2025: I'll be brief because I almost never leave negative reviews, but I didn't feel like a tourist here, so I had to warn you. As soon as we arrived, they told us the starters weren't available. We asked for the tuna steak to be cooked more, which was brought without asking us how cooked it was. They said no because they had already closed the kitchen. 3 PM? Maybe 3:30 PM max? I asked to charge my phone and was told, "Madam, we're about to close, remember to take it back." So, a 5-minute charge was a blessing. Then they hadn't even asked for coffee yet, and the cashier lady, as she passed by, asked me to settle the bill because they were closing the counter. 😐 Well, now tell me, in a seaside place like Tropea, should tourists be served like this? I gave it 3 stars only for the view and the food, otherwise I would have given it 1 or 2 stars at most.

26/06/2026: It is not a convenient destination for air travelers. If you arrive late like me at Reggio Calabria airport, there is no transportation, and the reception does not offer a transfer from this airport because it is very far (80 km). If you arrive in Lamezia, it may be possible ( 40 km ). I somehow accepted this, we stayed to sleep in Reggio Calabria. The next day we take the train to Briatico. And I call the reception again to inform them what time I will be in Briatico to pick me up. Our family was already there waiting for us. My husband's sister decided to come with the driver from the hotel to meet us, but the reception said that we don't have a transfer booked. Well, I'm already very angry. They told her that we had to wait because the driver had to refuel (the distance is 4 km). Again refusal. We hitchhiked because we couldn't find a taxi. We arrive at the village and the lady at the reception starts arguing with me that I didn't order a transfer. I said I wanted to talk to the director, and he was in front of me and had no attitude. Later I find out they are family 🙂. The room is 200 meters from the reception. Пътят не е асфалтиран. We can't turn on the air conditioner for 30 minutes. We call the reception, another 20 minutes until the technician comes. It turned out that the remote had no batteries 🫢. To get to the beach you either take a bus, which is in a miserable condition, or you walk for about 10 minutes 🥵. Three days without hot water. You tell the maid to change the towels and sheets, she tells you they are changed every three days. And she starts an argument and says she doesn't care. In the so-called restaurant, which is a hall, there is no toilet (nowhere to wash your hands). It's the same at the bar. The toilet is located somewhere in the village, which is in a deplorable state. The food is the same, the entertainment from the animators is the same. It is green and has vegetation, which adds beauty. The sea is clean. My husband's nephew got into the pool and got pimples on his body 😡. I couldn't stand it and left two days early.

17/06/2026: The resort resembles a farmhouse, centered around an old olive grove and a country house where the management is located. The rooms, equipped with television and air conditioning, are simple but spacious, as is the bathroom. Each room has a small patio with a table, chairs, and a sink. Some, like mine, are quite close to the sea, so you can hear the waves. The sea is beautiful, with a large, quiet beach. Each room has a beach umbrella, a sun lounger, and a deckchair. It can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot or by shuttle. I was very pleased with the food, which typically includes three first courses and two second courses for both lunch and dinner, and a large buffet of appetizers and side dishes. The quality of the ingredients is good, certainly better than the average for resorts. The restaurant has a sea-view room, with splendid sunsets over Punta Safo. The grounds are well-kept with flowering plants and palm trees. The entertainment team, led by Alice, a Tuscan, is friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive. The wait staff is also very kind and efficient. A village that I recommend for its excellent quality-price ratio.
