05/08/2025: We tried this restaurant for the first time. The interior was beautiful, the staff was polite, and attentive. The fish dishes were well-cooked. I didn't give the food a 5 only because it was too salty, but it was still good. Recommended

15/05/2025: I regret not having read the reviews before booking, we would have avoided a useless day for our children and saved us adults hard-earned money! In fact, I confirm all the negative reviews: no welcome, tour of the farm (calling it that is an insult) independently without any form of accompaniment or enthusiasm for the children, dusty toys, dilapidated and unsafe rides all over the outside, devoid of care. Nothing that was advertised corresponded to reality. The only ones who were smiling were the rats (I said rats not mice) that ran around undisturbed even near the place where the kitchens are used! Anyone who denies is lying!

19/08/2025: I visited this restaurant with a group of friends, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Two dishes from our order were completely forgotten and were only served after we pointed out the omission to the staff. Meanwhile, everyone else had already finished their food, and we found ourselves starting dinner after the rest of the table had already finished. This completely ruined the atmosphere of the evening. Such a lack of attention to service is unacceptable, especially in a place that should be at least minimally organized. We definitely won't be returning!

23/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato per ben due volte in questo ristorante durante il nostro soggiorno a Roseto. Un pallino solo per la prima sera, in cui abbiamo mangiato antipasto di pesce e pizza che erano discretamente buoni, per cui decidiamo di tornare per mangiare un primo, sembravano infatti molto invitanti. Delusione totale. Le linguine cozze e vongole senza alcun sapore di mare: linguine all'olio, con cozze e vongole letteralmente buttate sulla pasta, tra di essi non c'era nessun filo di connessione. Inoltre abbiamo ordinato un piatto di orecchiette zucchine e tonno. Le zucchine???? Praticamente inesistenti. Già all'arrivo del piatto ci guardiamo straniti perché si vedevano solo pomodori datterini e il cameriere risponde non si vedono ma ci sono. Infatti fin dal primo boccone abbiamo notato che erano solo pomodorini. La mia domanda prima di ordinare il piatto è stata precisa : come sono le zucchine? In crema o a pezzi ? La risposta: sia in crema che a pezzi. Dopo aver pagato il conto lo faccio presente al cameriere che faceva cassa e, dopo aver affermato che nonostante ciò il piatto era buono, mi risponde, anche in maniera presuntuosa e non disponibile al dialogo, che loro cucinano così. Bene anzi benissimo perché visto che non sapete distinguere le zucchine dai datterini non ci ritorneremo mai più. Sconsigliato!!!! Ci sono ristoranti a Roseto dove si mangia decisamente meglio, il personale è molto più cortese e molto probabilmente non vieni nemmeno preso in giro.

08/10/2025: Terrible in every way. I'm not a local, I'd been away for 16 years, and I decided to buy some slices of pizza/focaccia from them out of kindness to someone I hadn't seen in a while. I made a terrible impression because the pizza was very hard and dry. The people the focaccia was intended for didn't like it.

19/08/2025: There was nothing panicky about it. After asking them if we were late and that's why there aren't any calzones or panzerotti, she replied that they don't have time to do that. They're a bakery, so we don't have time.

06/03/2025: Finally, a place to eat, it didn't particularly impress me, the food is good and the prices are a bit high, I'll try it again in the future to update the review, maybe I picked the wrong evening.

01/06/2025: Tutto buono per il cibo, l’unica pecca ed è quella fondamentale per un ristorante è stato il cameriere che prende le comande, scorbutico e antipaticissimo. Davvero peccato perché se mi ricapita prima di entrare se ci sarà lo stesso non entrerò più.

21/04/2025: Basho is a real gem. Over the years, we have returned several times and have never been disappointed. However, we have noticed a notable improvement. From the entrance to the moment of the bill, every detail is taken care of with a passion and professionalism that can be clearly perceived. The place is welcoming, with a refined atmosphere, but the real added value lies in the people. A special thanks to the impeccable management of Mattia, who knows how to combine competence and customer attention in a rare way. It's clear how much he cares, and that really makes a difference. Applause also goes to Giovanni, professional, friendly and attentive: his service was simply perfect, always present but never intrusive, with a courtesy that deserves to be underlined. The menu is refined, with very fresh raw materials. We will return every time we return to Cosenza.

02/05/2025: Il posto è carino ed è alla moda etc etc. Purtroppo il prezzo è alto. Un aperitivo con 5 polpettine 1 triangolino di pizza 1 pugno di patatine fritte 1 bibita ( cola o birra) 26.50 Purtroppo a casa abbiamo dovuto cenare di nuovo. Viaggiano anche blatte rosse giganti. Non applicano mai sconti Prendono anche i 25 centesimi. Comunque x chi è a dieta ed è coraggioso è molto consigliato

17/08/2025: The organization was nonexistent, improvised, and lacking in enthusiasm. We were asked what we wanted, but everything was verbal. There were no menus, and the information was almost chained together. We ordered an appetizer, a first course, and a second course. We ordered, and after 30 minutes, the appetizer arrived, but on a plate covered in fingerprints. The appetizer was good and in sufficient quantity. After 45 minutes, the grilled meat and the first course arrived. The grilled meat was meager in quantity, with a tiny piece of dry sausage and a skimpy veal steak that looked like a shoe sole. The pork shoulder was practically a bone with skin around it. The first course was approximately 70g, sufficient in quality but truly meager in quantity. I immediately pointed this out to the waiter, but they didn't care at all. Totally disappointed, we decided not to even ask for dessert or anything else. I'd like to point out that the timing wasn't dictated by overcrowding; we arrived ahead of the other customers. The disorganization and almost smug attitude is what disappointed me the most (for their own sake). Unfortunately, I can't recommend it, especially since the €39 price tag certainly didn't reflect adequate quality and quantity. I don't recommend it.

23/10/2025: At the end of October, the only open spot. €20 was way too expensive! Campsite with one shower and one toilet with a shower. A bit of dog poop scattered around the site. Roosters and dogs are annoying after 4 a.m.!! Pretty dead place. Lots of empty houses in the village (enough space for refugees). Beautiful beach

25/08/2025: Very convenient rest area with a very high potential, very kind and helpful owner, however there is a lot to improve, I had a very good time, there is infinite peace, very down to earth services, however I am sure they will do something to improve, I will definitely return

We stop for information and have an aperitif: excellent local wine, 7 euros a glass served with crisps and taralli The water in front of the gravel beach is crystal clear The bathroom is clean and complete with toilet paper Showers for 20 cents, enough salt to rinse off for 2 people Second day: umbrella and 2 sunbeds in the third row 20 euros The same aperitif: 2 glasses of wine, served without any accompaniment and they also make us pay for the cover charge, even though we are also guests of the beach. I have no words

01/07/2025: The bartender is rude, prices products based on the nationality of the buyer. Weak drinks. I do not recommend. There are better places in the area.
