08/10/2025: Terrible in every way. I'm not a local, I'd been away for 16 years, and I decided to buy some slices of pizza/focaccia from them out of kindness to someone I hadn't seen in a while. I made a terrible impression because the pizza was very hard and dry. The people the focaccia was intended for didn't like it.

19/08/2025: There was nothing panicky about it. After asking them if we were late and that's why there aren't any calzones or panzerotti, she replied that they don't have time to do that. They're a bakery, so we don't have time.

04/01/2026: This family-run establishment makes you feel right at home. The hostess is incredibly talented, and you can sense her passion for cooking: excellent meat dinners, authentic, and flavorful dishes. The rooms are clean, spacious, and welcoming, ideal for a relaxing stay. A simple yet well-kept place, perfect for eating well and relaxing in peace. Highly recommended!

20/12/2025: Nice venue, vibes and music, but the organization leaves much to be desired.

30/11/2025: One of the worst places I've ever been. The bathroom was simply disgusting: broken tiles, a wobbly sink, no water, a toilet flush that didn't work, and not a drop of soap. The floor was so slippery that I fell, seriously risking injury, and no staff bothered to care. The place was overcrowded, chaotic, and clearly unsafe. The drinks were of an embarrassing quality, and the staff were rude and completely disinterested in their customers. Calling this place awful is a compliment: avoid it at all costs.

27/08/2025: Delicious pizza, well-made. There's a wide variety of pizzas, a spacious and quiet place, and friendly and discreet staff. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant evening away from the chaos of the city.

19/08/2025: Excellent pizza! It's a shame we had to wait over half an hour for a single takeout pizza, and the place was almost empty. Nonetheless, the deliciousness of the pizza made up for the long wait.

31/10/2025: Craving an aperitivo, I found myself there—unfortunately, I might add. The gentlemen, then, acted as if we weren't there; they brought us two bruschettas with cherry tomatoes and an open sardine (the garnish was from a can, most likely from the sardine itself) on a single plate. The spritzes, which were also hand-carried and without a tray, came to €8 each (if I'd gone to Milan's central station, I'd have spent less). The two-star atmosphere honestly reminds me of a kebab shop, which, judging by the plastic chairs and tables filthy with leftovers and insects, takes me back to the golden days of when I was a youngster after an incredible evening. PS: They won't give you a receipt even if you pay a fortune.

17/08/2025: A squalid place. Only one waiter for all the tables they had to serve, which numbered at least ten and were crowded, endless waits, and dishonesty in not telling customers what was and wasn't on the menu. I had asked for a pizza that included arugula, and in the end I received a dry pizza crust (without a tomato base, like focaccia) that didn't have arugula. When they served it to me, they informed me they were out of it; at least they were able to replace the prosciutto with bresaola, as I had requested. Earlier, we had ordered two centerpieces of mixed fried food, but instead they brought us two enormous plates with only French fries, telling us, again later, that the mixed fried food was out. All this, and then we found ourselves paying a whopping €160, almost €27 per person, for six of us. I highly recommend sticking to the "tabacchi e bar" because doing anything else is not for you. The icing on the cake is that there are only two restrooms, which are supposed to be for women, men, and people with disabilities. Therefore, women and people with disabilities must share the same bathroom. There's a complete lack of toilet paper for routine use. Furthermore, the restrooms are located on a mezzanine level, accessible by a couple of steps, but I wonder how a wheelchair user would manage those two steps if they needed to use the bathroom. The restrooms probably aren't up to standard.

01/05/2026: I celebrated my 18th birthday here and it was a wonderful experience. The venue is elegant and welcoming, the food excellent and beautifully presented. Special thanks to the staff, always kind and helpful, who made the evening truly special. But especially to the owners, who were incredibly professional in taking care of every detail, making sure everything was just how I wanted it. Highly recommended for special occasions!

09/04/2026: We chose this restaurant to celebrate our wedding vows, and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The location is truly enchanting: a setting reminiscent of an enchanted garden, meticulously crafted, romantic, and with an atmosphere that makes every moment even more special. It's truly rare to find such a charming place in our area. Beyond the extraordinary beauty of the venue, the service was impeccable: the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and professional. The quality of the food was excellent, with carefully crafted dishes that were appreciated by all the guests. There was also a keen attention to innovation and original details: one idea we found truly charming and surprising was the bell that, when rung, opens a small window revealing a hand serving a spritz. It was a creative detail that entertained and captivated all the guests. Villa Ermenegilda is a special place that makes every celebration unforgettable.

17/10/2025: Unfortunately, I don't know if it was because we happened to be there during the All Souls' Day festival, but I can't share the stars others have given. It was chaotic with people, noisy children, confusing service, though prompt. The food was decent but nothing special. The place was barely adequate.

22/08/2025: As soon as we ordered, we waited at least an hour for just a few items, and having had restaurant experience, I'd say two waiters are too few for the number of people, and they don't listen to what's being asked of them. After eating, I ordered fries, which after an hour and a half still hadn't arrived, so my friends and I got up and went to pay, making the waitresses feel guilty when they said, "I hadn't sent the order to the kitchen," about the fries. The food was at least decent, but the service was terrible.

01/11/2025: What a disaster. I really don't understand how anyone can give a five-star review... besides the fact that not everything has to appeal to everyone's taste buds... it's really... well, people: cold meat, stale bread, ketchup and mayonnaise... that's the whole concoction... it ended up in the trash - I didn't want to waste a day of my vacation on the possibility of feeling bad after eating that lump of fat... So I definitely don't recommend it.
