19/03/2025: Very pleasant culinary experience. I return to this restaurant for the second time and the quality of the dishes is confirmed. Table service of the highest level and with remarkable courtesy. The only thing not in line with everything else, the fried food. Rather soft and soft in consistency. However, the place is worth a visit!

07/04/2025: Unfortunately, probably the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The menu includes funghi porcini on the pizza and canned mushrooms on the pizza - disgusting! I like stamps, but not if they pretend to be real stamps.

27/04/2025: When you don't know if the welcome or the quality of the food and service is better. Giuseppe is an excellent host and has people at his side who live their work with passion and a smile. The Baita is simply wonderful The dishes - porcini fondue polenta / porcini orecchiette peperone crusco / sausage with San Donatese spectacular. Thanks Giuseppe! ..and let's hope: see you soon! :) PS for tourists (like me): but in Calabria doesn't anyone suffer from high blood pressure? :)))

24/04/2025: The best porcini mushroom fondue of my life! A slow-cooked, n'duja-glazed pork shank, surprisingly tender and tender. Crispy, puffed peppers are very fragrant. We highly recommend this delicious stopover, where you'll receive a wonderful welcome from Giuseppe and his team!

12/04/2025: I went to this place on the evening of April 10th, recommended by local friends. Upon entering you notice the atmosphere of a real peasant restaurant. After sitting down, the waitress arrives and I order a house menu (recommended by my friends). The girl replies that since I was alone I couldn't order it. Ok in the end I opt for a starter and a first course which are all really good. I go to the cash register to pay, I report the inconvenience to the owner and he tells me that I could have ordered the house menu. Moral of the story, it would be appropriate that even if they are good looking, waiters should be briefed on how to work and interface with customers. Too bad I could have come back.

04/04/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena in questo bellissimo locale. L'ambiente é davvero intimo ed accogliente. Personale di sala molto professionale. Il cibo é preparato con molta cura ed abbina tradizione e innovazione. Siamo partiti con gli antipasti . Che dire, davvero ottimi. Un mix di portate caldi-freddi squisiti. Poi, abbiamo optato per uno stracotto di vitello che si squagliava in bocca da quanto era gustoso e un filetto di suino. Abbiamo terminato con il dolce alla panna, limone crumble e fragola buonissimo. Inoltre, a fine serata abbiamo avuto modo il piacere di parlare con lo chef che oltre a farci visitare il bel palazzo ci ha raccontato di come é nata l'idea di questo luogo. Insomma, esperienza da fare e rifare.
