24/08/2024: The restaurant "Rosso Barrique Enoteca Osteria" was an extraordinary discovery! Chef Simone's cuisine is simply exceptional, each dish is a unique experience combining authentic flavors and high quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a special evening. Particular praise also goes to Simone's wife, Silvia, very kind and extremely polite, who made our evening even more pleasant with her warm hospitality. I will definitely come back, it's a place that really deserves to be visited several times, also because they continually renew their dishes.

03/11/2024: We went to the Ponte dei Santi, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a holiday surrounded by greenery. Giancarlo is a wonderful person who welcomes you as if you were at home, who gives advice and makes you feel at ease and is always available for any information. Maria Teresa and a woman with a capital D. We tasted her super good desserts to say the least. We didn't taste the cuisine because the days were few but we will certainly return and there will be the opportunity. The beautiful rooms with a fantastic view of the woods, the swimming pool and the garden that surrounds the entire farmhouse with their animals including cows, goats, geese, peacocks and kittens without forgetting their beautiful dogs Bianca and especially Luna who followed us for our tours in the woods keeping us and our dog King company. 01/08/2024: Excellent Neapolitan pizza with super light dough. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There are tables both inside with air conditioning and outside. All the dishes are excellent, including the desserts, especially the cheesecake. I will definitely be back

I appreciated both the cuisine, which I found very good, healthy and light with dishes I had never tried before, and the service due to the professionalism of the staff. I thank the owner for his welcome and hospitality. The location is suggestive. I will definitely return.

24/11/2024: Today we had lunch for the first time in this farm which also enjoys a wonderful view! You eat very well with high quality raw materials. A special thanks goes to Mr. Nicola, very helpful, friendly and professional, who explained to us with great passion all the dishes he brought us, from the appetizer to the first courses and the second courses. 01/09/2024: Il locale è davvero piccolino e la prenotazione è consigliata, molto curato, in stile industriale, accogliente, senza troppi fronzoli, molto pulito e gradevole. Personale attento e preparato. Il titolare/chef simpatico, cordiale e premuroso, ci ha descritto i piatti con la stessa passione che mette nelle preparazioni. Noi abbiamo scelto la formula all you can eat ma torneremo anche per provare i piatti del menù a la carte. Abbiamo iniziato col botto con carpacci e tartare, davvero ottimi, poi i ravioli di carne, i bao bun, il sushi di carne mai banale grazie alla fusion con prodotti del territorio come 'nduja e cipolla di Tropea. Conclusione con lo straordinario dessert Mi Salai che potrei descrivere, ma va provato per comprendere l'esplosione di sapori! La lista dei vini è ridotta ma ampiamente soddisfacente. Infine, anche questo un dettaglio importante che dimostra la cura, amche il bagno molto pulito e con il fasciatoio a disposizione delle mamme dei futuri clienti! Locale davvero molto consigliato nel quale certamente torneremo. P.s. Volevamo fotografare tutto quando ci siamo seduti al tavolo, ma poi abbiamo assaggiato il carpaccio e abbiamo completamente scordato ogni cosa che non fosse goderci il buon cibo!

11/08/2024: We were here a couple of years ago and loved the food, but not the prices. So we saw the name had changed, but the same great chef, and made a reservation. The filet was delicious and the caciocavallo cheese cream on top was also very good. Thanks for the super nice dinner 😋 😋 😋

26/08/2024: In general the food is excellent (typical Calabrian) and the management is excellent, the owner is friendly and the daughters are excellent at serving tables, the wife is excellent in the kitchen. perhaps a little expensive, four starters and three second courses and a first course, two desserts, water and a quarter of local wine €150. They weighed the starters which were mixed and plentiful but expensive. If I had spent a total of €120 I would have been happier. Here I had the Stockholm effect: it's good and expensive, I would go back. In any case recommended, you eat well

The service was courteous and polite but the waitress who arrived with the dishes only realized that they were dirty once they had been given to us (no, I'm sorry) but that's not the worst aspect. The environment is what it is unfortunately for the few square meters available to the place. 5🌟 for the friendliness of all the staff. 5🌟 for the pizza, tasty, digestible and well made. 5🌟 definitely the speed. 4🌟 on serve but not seen as a failure. 3🌟 to the environment, chaos is easily created as it is a small place. 2🌟 with coca cola on tap, unfortunately it looked like water, coloring and a bit of sugar. Positive experience, thanks to you who work for us.

Il servizio cortese e garbato ma la cameriera che arriva con i piatti è si accorge che fossero sporche solo una volta averceli dati (anche no, mi dispiace) ma non è l'aspetto più basso. L'ambiente è quello che è purtroppo per i pochi mt² a disposizione del locale. 5🌟 per la cordialità di tutto il personale. 5🌟 per la pizza, di gusto, digeribile e fatta bene. 5🌟 sicuramente la rapidità. 4🌟 al servizio ma che non sia vista come una bocciatura. 3🌟 all'ambiente, si crea facilmente caos essendo un locale piccolo. 2🌟 alla coca cola alla spina, purtroppo sembrava acqua, colorante ed un po' di zucchero.
