03/05/2026: La Quarta Carbonaia, which I visited during my stay in Milan, exceeded my expectations. The steak was perfectly cooked, with a wonderful balance of crispy exterior and juicy interior. The lean meat had a rich flavor, and the simple seasoning allowed the quality of the ingredients to shine through.
The Milanese risotto I ordered as a side dish was also authentic, with a vibrant color and a refined saffron aroma that left a lasting impression. The extensive wine list is also a plus, allowing you to enjoy wines paired with your meal.
The service was friendly, making it a comfortable place for tourists. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a truly delicious meal in Milan.

14/05/2026: Fantastic food, the owner was friendly and very approachable, making us feel at home. Generous portions and excellent quality.
We each had a supplì, a carbonara, a cacio e pepe, and two maritozzi (one to take away, as it was so amazing; I highly recommend it). The two pasta dishes were super creamy, perfect for mopping up the bread with your favorite sauce 😋.
We're from Varese, and we haven't found any places this welcoming and delicious with typical Roman dishes. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

We chose the "meat and spirit" menu and were absolutely delighted. Everything was delicious, and the wait was really short.

21/05/2026: I don't recommend it. The prices are exorbitant. Mixed meats for two people, a piece of pulled beef, chicken breasts, and sausages cost 45 euros, with fries and salad served separately.
Absolutely not worth the price, and the owners' reaction to our complaints about it being too expensive was very, very rude.
I believe we were defrauded. We are restaurateurs, and this type of treatment of guests is unacceptable in a civilized world.

The dining room is nice, but the grill/kitchen area is dirty and poorly maintained.

05/05/2026: Today, a new experience: I asked for bread, and they replied, "We don't have any left" (at 1 p.m.). It's NEVER happened to me in my life that a restaurant didn't have any bread... and they even charged me a cover charge (2 euros).
