03/06/2025: Excellent and very flexible service! Beautiful, large rooms. Magnificent property with all its wooden structures, the wellness center, access to the farm, the peaceful location at the bottom of the valley... The breakfast buffet is a riot of small dishes, each one more exquisite than the last. Cheeses, tarts, meats, etc. It's really hard to stop eating! The restaurant in the evening was equally excellent, and the traditional dishes, although "theoretically" simple and humble, were all excellent. I recommend it 200%.

12/07/2025: I discovered this wonderful restaurant thanks to my curiosity and desire to explore other restaurants in the area. Since then, I've tried to return as often as I can. The owner is truly brilliant, the food is excellent, and the variety of dishes offered daily is excellent. But more than any other dish, you can't beat their famous tiramisu, and more specifically, their tiramisu cream, which caps off every culinary experience at this magnificent restaurant. Highly recommended.

01/07/2025: 30 40 minutes of walking up a steep hill, arriving and being told that they had no room for ONE person because it was raining and they didn't have enough room inside... But don't they know the saying aggiun un posto a tavola around here??!! I got out and nothing, if anything were to happen to you, know that it will have been my curses and swearing. 20/07/2025: Terrible service, we had a terrible experience... The place was about 20% full, the wait was really long. The dessert we ordered still hadn't arrived after 20 minutes, so we got up and left... I didn't ask for a discount, but we were disappointed. The staff was rude.

26/07/2025: There were five of us, and we ordered the menu. Everything was very good. There was so much fish that we couldn't finish it. And we're not people who eat small amounts. I recommend it to anyone who wants to feast on fish.

02/08/2025: I usually don't like to write negative reviews, but in this case I absolutely have to, because situations like this need to be reported to alert people to the importance of service and customer care. We make a reservation; there are nine of us, including two small children and a pregnant woman. We have a table outside, and before we can order, it starts to rain. No one comes to at least suggest we take shelter inside. We do it alone. No one comes to offer us guidance as to whether there's room inside, or what the possible solution might be. We look for someone and ask FOUR times, and the answer is vague, that they're checking. On the fifth, I point out that there are children and a pregnant woman, and then the manager arrives and tells me they can't work miracles; if we want to wait, they'll let us eat; otherwise, we can leave. I pointed out to the aforementioned manager that I didn't think it was the right way to address a customer, so he approached me threateningly and told me to go somewhere else and not to have a movie in front of the restaurant. Of course, we left... never again.

01/08/2025: I had dinner at this place one weeknight. We were outside. Apart from a few mosquitoes, otherwise, we ate well.

03/08/2025: One of the best dinners in town. The location is reminiscent of a Louisiana fishing lodge. A wooden structure with a beautifully lit portico next to a "Sablonera," a characteristic stone pond where trout are raised. I chose the "Fillet of salmon trout with a side of grilled mixed vegetables." The fish was fresh and well-cooked, the vegetables were flavorful and well-spiced, and I enhanced it with their taragna polenta, which paired perfectly. No flaws; if you find one, forget it and enjoy the dinner.

06/08/2025: The wait was ridiculous; 45 minutes passed between the appetizer and the main course, even after asking twice. The dinner lasted 2 hours for three courses, and the wine even warmed up. Food straight from a work menu. Highly not recommended!
