Very cute place, perfect for a summer evening. We tried the pizzas; the dough is light and very digestible, Roman-style. Excellent ingredients. We also really enjoyed the fried foods. It's nice to breathe in some country air while still being in the city. We'll be back with friends ☺️

A large restaurant, suitable for large groups. The meat is their strong point; they've improved the quality significantly recently. The pizza is also good. I also recommend the prosciutto as an appetizer. You can watch the games.

Everything was excellent: appetizers, Roman pizza, and very good beer. The dessert was good, but they served a cheesecake that was passed off as panna cotta. It was very good, but it wasn't panna cotta. The prices are average for the capital, and the overall experience was still very good. The table service staff was friendly and efficient.

Hi, I'm Massimo, known as Romano. I went to dinner at this place on Sunday, May 24th, and I watched the Roma game. I ate well, everything was delicious, as they say, I ate great. I'm attaching a collage of the dinner. Roma won. Massimo, go for dinner. Everything was delicious, the meat was good, the matriciana was delicious, and the beer was excellent. Go to Fort Apache, where Fabiana will treat you well and make sure you have a great evening. You can watch football matches on TV. Parking.

31/05/2026: We went last night (we had a reservation), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had excellent liver and mutton arrosticini, both accompanied by very good roast potatoes. The pizza dough and toppings were good. The price was a little higher than usual, but I'd say it was good value. The atmosphere was good, and I'd say it was a great experience. Thank you.
27/05/2026: From the always fast and friendly service to the simply extraordinary food. I've been there several times and can say I've had exquisite pizza, as well as cured meats and cheeses, but the real praise goes to the quality of the meat; I've never tasted such good meat. Rubia Gallega is truly top-notch. Kudos to the owner, Ubaldo, and all his staff.

04/04/2026: We ate twice here during our stay and enjoyed it both times, staff were very attentive and great fun, the food was excellent and tasty, the whole place had a real buzz about it and although it was very busy both visits it only added to the atmosphere.
26/02/2026: Maybe it's a coincidence, but they weren't fair to us at all. We asked for a pizza round, we ordered the first pizzas that we liked and then? Surprise. After eating the first pizza, the waitress told us that if you choose the pizza flavor, the pizza round wouldn't be served. Not fair.
