Simply incredible. We came here on a recommendation. It was an incredible experience, both culinary and human. The food and meat were of an incredible quality, and the staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We'll be back, and highly recommended.

When I want to eat excellent meat, I have no hesitation in coming to Ubaldo. The cuisine is impeccable, excellent. The staff is fast, polite, and very friendly. Prices are reasonable for the undisputed quality.

A rustic and very large restaurant with outdoor seating. You can choose your meat from the counter and choose how you want it cooked. The meat is excellent, as are the cured meats and cheeses. The staff is friendly and courteous. The prices are a bit high, but in line with the quality of the food. I'll be back.

A beautiful, welcoming, rustic restaurant, with top-quality meat and top-notch pizza. You can tell they work with passion and genuine ingredients. Impeccable service as always: professional, kind, courteous, and highly knowledgeable waiters. They explain and explain the entire menu with a detail and care that is rare these days. A rustic restaurant we always enjoy! A huge selection of meats and pizzas, truly something for everyone. The staff is always incredibly friendly: it's perhaps the most welcoming place I've ever been. You can feel the care and attention they dedicate to each customer, making you feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I've been to Nashville several times, and every time is a confirmation: the food is truly divine. From the appetizers to the pizza and the meat, everything is top-quality and prepared with great care. The meat is exceptional, and we were even lucky enough to try the Patanegra: simply spectacular! But what makes Nashville truly special isn't just the food. The staff is fantastic: kind, professional, attentive, and always smiling. They make you feel welcomed from the first moment and help make every dinner an even more enjoyable experience. Kudos to the entire team for the passion and quality you put into your work. It's one of those places you always want to return to and recommend without hesitation. In my opinion, you don't deserve 5 stars... you deserve a million!
