We went last night (we had a reservation), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had excellent liver and mutton arrosticini, both accompanied by very good roast potatoes. The pizza dough and toppings were good. The price was a little higher than usual, but I'd say it was good value. The atmosphere was good, and I'd say it was a great experience. Thank you.

From the always fast and friendly service to the simply extraordinary food. I've been there several times and can say I've had exquisite pizza, as well as cured meats and cheeses, but the real praise goes to the quality of the meat; I've never tasted such good meat. Rubia Gallega is truly top-notch. Kudos to the owner, Ubaldo, and all his staff.

Excellent format We sampled various dishes and everything tasted very good The pizza was fantastic, with a light and crispy crust (there's a choice of different types of dough). Perhaps the carbonara wasn't very flavorful, but overall it was pleasant. The meat was good and cooked just right. Dessert was okay. Helpful staff.

10/12/2025: A casual but pleasant place. The food is decent, but people come here primarily to choose an excellent bottle of wine from the extensive list. The spirits are also very interesting. A word of advice...remove any empty bottles from the list that can no longer be refilled.
24/09/2025: A magical atmosphere, music chosen by Massimo, and delicious, authentic dishes. An experience worth repeating every day.
