17/08/2024: Bricco e Bacco was the best meat restaurant I have ever eaten at in Italy--I have been coming to Italy every year for the past 40 years. Just exquisite. Delicious food, excellent service, stunningly rustic space just off the main piazza in Monreale. There is no way to recommend this place highly enough. It is a "Must" for meat lovers in Sicily. 11/08/2024: Prenotiamo un tavolo, arriviamo, decidiamo cosa prendere.. fin qui tutto bene. Iniziamo ad ordinare e in modo quasi ironico, ci viene detto che quel piatto manca, dunque molti di noi rivedono il menù, scelgo un secondo e di questo mi viene detto che forse non c’è la possibilità, dopo verifiche vi erano disponibili solo 3 porzioni. Probabilmente la cena sarebbe andata in modo diverso se su 5 primi e 5 secondi da menu non ne sarebbero mancati 1/3. La qualità del cibo non la metto in discussione perché la carne era ottima. Tuttavia il personale poteva quantomeno avvisare, una volta fatti sedere, che molti piatti da menu erano terminati.

31/12/2023: Posto accogliente, pulito, personale gentilissimo che ci ha accolto a braccia aperte, piatti ottimi dalla pasta con gorgo e noci al branzino, il dolce fatto in casa. Ottimo!!

20/07/2024: We went to the old wild west this afternoon and I can't help but report my super positive experience! Very friendly staff and excellent products. Be wary of negative reviews because they really aren't true. When we asked for ginseng, they also asked us if we wanted a chocolate... really super cute!

10/07/2024: Ristorante poco curato al interno, personale scortese, cibo da dimenticare senza sapore, carne orrenda non rispettano il listino prezzi esposto esternamente, pultroppo ho dovuto per forza mettere il voto 1 ma la mia opinione e 0, per lo piu non aderisce al vero menu di old wal west, spero che queste segnalazioni la leggano i direttori di questo marchio perche non fa altro che novinare linmmgine del marchio. E oltre a leggere i direttori e la finanza prende atto.

21/08/2024: We had dinner with my family the evening before departure, excellent food, very long and informal service (it's ok) but for what you pay it could be better. The thing that annoyed me the most were the people who smoked constantly (despite the ban)🚫. Very nice Mario. A little advice: put competent staff in the dining room so the service becomes better, given your fabulous dishes!

30/07/2024: Siamo venuti qui in gita con la scuola e non ci siamo trovati per niente bene, innanzitutto riempivano le bottiglie già usate, la pasta all'interno era bianca e io nella mia salsiccia ho trovato un pelo. Spero di esservi stato utile P.S i camerieri erano offensivi

29/07/2024: Ho letto altre recensioni e credo che altri utenti le scrivono solo per dare fiato alla bocca senza azionare il cervello. Chiaramente è tipico di chi non conosce la cucina e non ne apprezza il valore. Devo dire che oltre al posto incantevole e sobrio la professionalità del personale ha fatto la differenza. Per quanto riguarda i piatti nulla da dire Abbondanti, ben curati ma soprattutto molto saporiti come vuelta la tradizione pugliese. Bravi, complimenti,continuate così perché non avete nulla da invidiare a ristoranti rinomati perché la vostra cucina eccelle.

16/06/2024: Organizzatissimi, puliti, gentilissimi e... Si mangia pure bene e si spende il giusto. . Un menù completo per tutti i gusti e tutte le tasche. Per gli appassionati di eventi sportivi, poi c'è la pay TV, con monitor posizionati in modo strategico da favorirne la visione da ogni punto del locale. Una rarità nel centro di Bari. Ah, dimenticavo: bagni pulitissimi.

17/08/2024: Here we ate the worst pizza ever. Watery dough, lots of passata and very little toppings and canned mushrooms.

28/02/2024: I have been to this pizzeria other times, after about a year I return on a Friday evening and despite myself, despite having always recommended it to friends, I discover that the quality of the food has worsened. The pizza was not at all as I remembered... we ordered a red beer, since the types of beer were also limited and the draft beer was not available, and we received a blonde beer which was really tasteless. The waiter who seemed to have started that job a few days ago... In the end we were asked if we wanted a bitter and as a choice there was only a poor quality herbal bitter and a Mediterranean bitter 🤦🏼‍♀️...for lucky that this was offered. The icing on the cake was that when we went to the cashier to pay with the debit card we were told that it was broken and since it was the weekend they couldn't fix it! Weekend...Friday evening... Speechless and I will never go back again. P.s. I don't usually give negative reviews but sometimes you also need to know what to do... and the current owner, if she ever changed, just doesn't know what to do!

16/08/2024: Excellent meat! We went to dinner as a group, everyone had a different thing and each course was super both in quality (even the cooking) and in quantity... the problem, the service: we waited 30 minutes before placing the order and others 30' before eating all accompanied by a waitress who didn't know how to handle the situation! Recommended but in a group and with a lot of patience!!

19/06/2024: Great experience! For a "fast food" chain, or at least a giant comparable to other fast food chains, we ate really well! The meat was really good. Sore points: the service was a little too insistent and the plates were hot to serve the meat! If I order it rare, I would like it to remain rare without having to continue cooking while I eat it: better cold than overcooked 😅

12/06/2024: I order cesar salad, bread and glass of red. The wine had gone bad so the manager promptly changed my glass. What I ordered arrived. The bread was raw, the salad was practically non-existent and overly seasoned. The most I report the problem to the waiter and in response he states that this is their standard and that I am the only customer who has ever complained. I thank you, get up and leave

05/08/2024: Typical restaurant of the well-known chain, with excellent dishes (obviously if you like that kind) and friendly and fast service. Clean and tidy environment

02/07/2024: Had lunch today for 4. 1 bowl of nachos for 4 people (are they afraid of ruining themselves????). Two ribeyes, very small portions for €22. One of these, served to my son, burned and therefore left almost completely. Pointed out to the waitress who pretended nothing had happened, ditto for the payment. Budweiser beer on tap, practically water. I don't think we will return.

03/10/2023: Piccolo ristorante all'interno di un agriturismo. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto godere della vista perché siamo arrivati tardi ed era già buio. L'interno e molto piccolo ma arredato in modo originale e caratteristico.Nel ristorante si mangia cucina di terra, pochi piatti con alternative vegane tutto molto semplice. Io ho preso fagioli e salsiccia al pomodoro, molto buoni così come lo spezzatino vegetale.

01/10/2023: Cucina deludente, carta dei vini molto scarsa, dalla quale abbiamo preso un vino imbevibile che abbiamo rimandato indietro.
