12/08/2024: The photo speaks for itself. Cold chips with cold cheese and serve all rolled inside the bag. If you don't feel like working, stay home, people pay for things!!!!!!!!!!!!!

29/07/2024: I never review the places I eat in but this time I feel forced; the entire surface of the restaurant was strewn with ants, I didn't start counting them but by eye there must have been a few hundred. If the public space has this level of cleanliness, I can't imagine what could be hidden in the kitchen. The fact is that I've been feeling sick for 2 days and I can't help but connect this discomfort to the lunch I had here; although the food was up to the standard of the chain, the presence of live insects wandering around the restaurant does not bode well for the rest

29/08/2024: We went to this restaurant with the hope of tasting good meat, as is represented in the menus. We ordered strips of beef with rocket and cherry tomatoes, two slices of pork with vegetables, a sandwich with chicken cutlet and a tray of chips with bacon. The beef was dry and burnt, the tomatoes weren't even cut, I had to cut them myself, I told the waitress and had the dish taken away and made again, but even the second time she brought the dish it was more disgusting of the first time. The dried and crushed pork slices, the vegetables were frozen with old and used oil and you could even see it by eye. The chips were dry and cold as soon as the dish arrived. We didn't eat anything, we entered hungry and left the "restaurant" with the same hunger we had when we entered. All paid 51 euros... Paid 51 euros for not eating... a disappointment! Disgusting! I don't recommend it to anyone.

25/08/2024: The environment is nice like the others in the chain... the temperature needs to be checked again!! On August 25th if I had the down jacket behind me I would have gladly put it on...coldoooooooooooooooooooo Unsatisfactory service...slow as hell!!...and in my opinion the quality of the dishes has also decreased. Too bad 🤷🏻‍♀️

04/08/2024: We bought 3 sandwiches for €12, which magically became €20 at the checkout without knowing how or why.

21/07/2024: Poor service. We waited 52 minutes after ordering to get the sandwiches. The draft beers had vanished. The price and quality are not there. A hamburger 12 euros without chips included which must be purchased separately. No napkins provided, only those inside the cutlery bag (1 small napkin). Table with short paper tablecloth with the menu printed on it. After waiting a long time for the sandwiches, the managers seemed almost amazed with us. No apologies for the delay. The only positive note is the food which is good although expensive. The bathroom is shared with the condominium and underground with an external staircase.

24/08/2024: Abbiamo ordinato 4 menù (American complete), e solo in cassa ci hanno detto che non potevano farci quel panino. Abbiamo pagato per intero per avere panini incompleti (solo svizzera ed una sottiletta) e patatine fredde

10/08/2024: Sul sito c'era orario di chiusura 23 arriviamo alle 22.30 e troviamo il cartello sulla porta chiusura ore 22. Direi che non ci siamo proprio, abbiamo fatto una deviazione sulla strada di ritorno per niente! La nostra bimba che aspettava da tempo di andarci è rimasta malissimo.
