Many times we walk through the restaurant, eat quickly, and leave without thinking about the person who comes after us to clean up after us. He's always there, collecting trays, cleaning tables, and getting everything ready for the next customer. It's a job that many don't even notice, but it's essential for everything to run smoothly. You can tell he does it with effort and patience. While others enjoy their food, he's working tirelessly, going from table to table with a smile and respect for everyone. Sometimes he even picks up things we could have thrown away ourselves, without complaining. It's easy to overlook this kind of work, but behind it all is a person who is working hard every day. I wish more people would take a moment to think about it and appreciate those who do these tasks that many don't want to do. Thank you for your work and for keeping the place clean for everyone. Even if many don't say it, I'm sure more than one person appreciates it.
